    Our Oklahoma family this trip added to five people, Mom and StepDad, a pair of 22 -year-old twin boys, and our daughter, 26, who was married in the Chapel at Seaside last October. That Wedding trip was so enjoyable by all, that we decided to revisit Seaside/Watercolor again, and once again, we had a delightful time. Everyone enjoyed the Beach, and a wide array of fine restaurants. The girls especially enjoyed shopping in a number of specialty shops, to equip themselves with all those ‘Seaside’-labeled apparel items to show off back home! Other than we all thought the entrance lock on our Condo was installed on the wrong side of the building, there were absolutely no complaints by any of our group. It’s great to be able to report a great time by all in our diverse age group (72 to 22), and we would highly recommend both the property, and 360 Blue for all the ways they work and plan to help you have a good experience!     Omg!!! What a Great place!.. the perfect place for two or the whole family... my sister and I just spent 3 days there.. Judi spares no expense... she covered All the bases... full kitchen, lots of bedrooms to choose from which are all comfy and very cozy! Full size washer and dryer.. a beautiful huge deck to lounge around or have a nice outdoor dining experience with a fantastic view!..or watch the sun go down..easy to get around town and do what you enjoy..a must see and stay!.. thanks Judi, we’ll be back!,Karan D.

    Our family also went the same time as the last reviewer went but we had a different experience. We also had to leave after two nights and even though I did buy the insurance we did not have to use it. The management allowed us to use the balance of our time for the same unit in May we are going at a different time to avoid hurricanes and red tide. We did not have any problem getting the credit and were not asked about our insurance. We couldn’t be happier with how this situation was handled Robert

    I would like for someone to meet me at the location if I decided to stay again. To ensure the place is cleaned. The stairs had not been swept. I miss grilling on Friday night because the gas was not on. I had to constantly call on Saturday to have dinner party ready. My stay was for my 60th birthday. My husband, children, family, Co workers & siblings joined me there from different cities/ states. I had an agenda/ menu planned. My family & I had to clean & change itinerary when we got there before setting up & decoration. Afterward the stay was okay. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for jacuzzi & pool heated. Please give all details when renting out.

    I’ve been coming to SB the last ten years after skiing all over in US n in Europe. SB is a great place to ski n to have fun. Always have had great time here n received great hospitality. But........ I always leave my skis at the ski corral. I was stunned to find out the fees have been raised from $4 to $12 overnight? B/c of a new management. This is plain old gauging. It’s not about the money but it’s about the attitude. We spend thousands of $$$ to ski to have fun. But gauging is a bad idea. There is no better way to piss off your clientele than to disrespect them by gauging. I hope you’re listening new management.

    Spent the month of February in this wonderful condo. Wanted a great ocean view, and it was provided. The two master bedrooms were convenient when we had guests. Everything we needed was included. Loved the location. Would certainly recommend this property to others. The Vacation Company is very accommodating.

    It may be surrounded by bigger and grander places but this is a gem. And until they build a huge unit directly in front of this cottage completely blocking the view I will continue to return.     It was incredibly difficult to find the information I wanted from this app due to poor organization and no content in this application is searchable. Also, in my case I was provided incorrect information for accessing my allocated unit in the app. The resort management company I worked with used this app as an excuse for poor customer service. Deleted the app immediately upon checkout.

    First impression walking in the door blew us away. All we could focus on was ocean, ocean, ocean!The condo was beautiful, furnishings were high end, and decor was amazing. Really enjoying the openness of kitchen & living area, looking right out onto the balcony, right out to the ocean. Some of the furnishings are starting to show wear, and need a table & chairs for outdoor dining. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beach getaway, whether it be long or short!

    We just returned from WaterSound and loved our stay at My Blue Cottage. The house is adorable fresh cozy and clean. Also it is beautifully decorated. Our 5 year old daughter loved staying in the loft. The location is ideal close to beach with gorgeous dunes and two heated swimming pools. We all slept great here. This was our fourth visit to the area and My Blue Cottage is hands down now our favorite place to stay. We will definitely be back here. The owners have thought of everything well equipped kitchen and each room is fantastic. Sally, Mark and Lee. Houston, Texas.

    Room was nice but very poorly maintained. Besides finding centipedes and large roaches in the bedroom and dressing room, the shower curtains did not work very well. Front desk Personnel was not very helpful. Parking was terrible, I have a handicap placket but could not use the handicap parking as there was a car with no handicap placket (the same car all of the time) and neither did it bother the guard or front desk.

    Overall we love the high pointe resort however 11e needs a major cleaning . The floors were sticky throughout .... all beds were sandy on arrival . It’s a three bedroom and we had six people here but could not all shower without the hot water going out . The sliding doors to patio do not work properly. The cob webs were taking over .The shower curtains are molding .This place has great potential but needs closer attention to maintenance!

    Our family will not book through 360 blue properties ever again!! They care about money ONLY and who gives no thought to their guest. We booked 6 months ago and did not buy travel insurance bc vacations are a highlight to our family and we never miss. However the week we were booked fell during hurricane Michael. We still made our trip of 9 hours to the rental home and stayed 12 hours due to the MANDATORY evacuation. This wasn’t a cat 1 or 2, this wasn’t a family who decided to just not go on vacation, etc. we were a family who tried to make our vacation work and unfortunately we decided to follow the state officials mandatory evacuation area and leave 12 hours after checking in ( the home was in the mandatory evacuation area zone). We payed 5500 for 12 hours! We called the property to ask about any assistance ( getting any type of refund or or help toward further rental) and were told no. We weren’t even asking for a 100 percent, we were asking for some help back and were told no. You all could care less about the people renting your properties and we found that out the hard way!

    Since 2016, our family has rented "Simply Paradise" for our early fall family get together. The location is perfect, situated in south Nags Head right on the beach. Great view of the ocean from the upper and lower decks! It is a awesome house for large families as there are ample bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. Suggestions for future improvements would include increased seating in the living area and a few new mattresses! Heartily recommend this house for a fun vacation!

    For our small family this house was perfect. Very “beachy” in the decor and great sitting areas. We enjoyed the front porch for breakfast. The screened in back porch was great in the evening. The beds were comfortable as was the couch. Many a nap was taken on the couch! The week at Beach was perfect and much needed for R&R. The weather couldn’t have been any better!

    I was looking for a large house for our annual family reunion. We needed something with lots of gathering space as well as lots of bedrooms; handicap accessible and on the beach. Coastal Comfort, with 4 king bedrooms and 4 with 2 queens; 1 huge open living/dining/kitchen combination as well as a smaller gathering space on the upper floor. With the elevator, beach front, and boardwalk over to the beach this one fit the bill. It even has it’s own swimming pool, ping pong table and hammocks. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with equipment and dishes. The home is luxuriously decorated and furnished. The beds were great . . . and it was obvious the place had been meticulously cleaned. Folks (Susan and Geoff) at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were great to work with. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house.

    We stayed in Bikini Bottom and loved it as always! We had a blast visiting Ft Pulaski, Sting Rays, the beach and all the shops. We also visited Savannah and the terror tour.

    We’ve been going to Hilton Head for years and just love it. So glad we found The Vacation Company and have rented through them for quite a few of those years, they are so easy to deal with and so helpful. In November we’ll be spending our third week this year In Sea Pines, it will be our third week there this year.

    We have enjoyed out stay and would highly recommended for large families. We have 3 children, & 7 grandchildren so the 6 king size beds and private bath were great; and two rooms with trundle beds gave everyone a place to sleep Kitchen was well equipped and the large table made meal time a time to gather and catch up. They responded quickly to the small service issues we had, the beach cart needs some attention as 1 wheel is broken 😟.

    The studio, 1943A, Coast Blvd., Del Mar, Sea Breeze Vacation Rental-was very small for sleeping 4. No table or chairs for eating, card playing or puzzles. Very limited utensil, not enough forks & spoons. Weather was extremely hot (8/6-8/15) 90’s, being upstairs, very uncomfortable heat. Sofa upholstery was dirty. I was very disappointed with the studio. Also, portable A/C was available in options to ask for, when I called and requested, I was told there were no A/C. I will not recommend with this rental agency.

    We, a family of ten, just returned from Rosemary Beach where we rented the above home through 360. I have traveled to many places in my life and rented many beach vacation homes. I have to say that the Home and the service provided by 360 were the worst I’ve ever encountered. They home was dirty and in disrepair. During the five day stay, we encountered refrigerator, security system, door lock, television and technology, and pool problems. Spoke to many people throughout our stay including “managers” and really with the exception of a man coming out to say he would have to contact a third party to make repairs and a woman with a small child who came to remove a soiled diaper found in a bedroom dresser, nothing was ever addressed. It’s a shame such a beautiful place left us with such a bad memory. We will return to Rosemary Beach but find a rental company with an emphasis on customer service.

    We had a wonderful time, the kids definitely liked the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water when taking showers. Nice size kitchen and places to sit for eating. The living room is very confined, I would take out the large end tables and put more seating room. We could usually fit 6 people in the living room which made the others have to go somewhere else. The weather made it difficult to sit out on the deck because of the mosquitos, so much water everywhere. We did a lot of sweeping outside the decks, pretty messy. My daughter had to rewash her sheets, there was black all over one side, not sure what it was. My grandchildren loved being able to fish in the lake, they caught a couple and released them. It was nice watching the deer when they came out. Nice size washer and dryer. A good size lawn for kids to play too. A big thanks to Christine at Kitty Hawk Rentals for finding this place for us, wonderful lady!!

    Very dirty house. It is not rated what is posted. No fire detection, dirty plates left, dirty bathroom, open faceplate on wall outlets, dirty linens on the bed, dust coming out of the vents when the AC kicks on , dust coating on all the ceiling fans, dead bug left on the shower wall, decking needs repaired as my husband almost fell through rotted boards, no privacy on sliding doors as multiple broken blinds were found in the closet and unable to be rehung, and when linens were washed & dried they come out smelling like mold and burnt rubber, because the washer and dryer need repaired. The dryer squeals and the washer has visible mold in the rubber seal.

    We absolutely loved the house and the location! There were 8 adults and one 16 month old baby! The beach access was so simple and close to the beach. The pool on the back porch was a perfect way to end each day! The house was spotless when we arrived and very comfortable for the 9 of us! We hope to return next year!

    Keystone Condo #1318 Aug 2018 Keystone condo: + Door won't lock, keys are useless dead bolt must be engaged to lock door + Many windows won't open + Blinds are broken, many can't be opened or closed +Carpet stained and dirty +Carpet not attached to stair, dangerous +Several lamps with no bulbs (no replacements in condo) +Pile of dirty towels sitting on front rail for our entire 4-day stay +Very dangerous deck; nails sticking out of the wood floor +Dirty Gas-Grill, too nasty to use +Floors and counters were dusty, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or refreshed for many months. +Shower-head in MB fell off when adjusting the angle of spray +Rocky Mountain Resort Management charged an excessive pet fee and cleaning fee for the service we got. These fees were added after we booked the condo (too late to back out). Generally, the entire condo is in a very run-down condition. Hardly worth the price we had to pay.

    The view is outstanding. Two bedrooms enjoy the view. The location is convenient to many enjoyable activities the area. The size of the kitchen is nice for preparing a meal.The air conditioning is not too great, only one bedroom has a unit. The area inside the door, an entryway, also has a unit which doesn’t make much sense. More screens in the doors and windows would allow more cool air into the house. We were glad none of us had trouble going up and down steps. Perhaps the steps leading down to the house should be mentioned in the description of the house.

    Every day except Sunday of our July 14-21 visit to Dream Come True began with loud hammering, sawing, and drilling on the house under construction next door. It lasted from before 7:00 am until around 4:30, making it impossible to enjoy the rest and relaxation we so craved. The house itself was lovely, and I would recommend it when the construction is over. The owners shouldn’t have rented it at this time, and there was no disclosure that this obnoxious noise pollution would be occurring. We felt swindled.
