The app worked fine at first. I could see my schedule and it let me know when a new schedule was posted or if I had a message.
The new update now I have to log in like it’s a computer and than it said I’m not in the system. I’ve been using it for like 3 weeks. What’s going on? I uninstalled and installed again said the same thing. I looked at the other app where you had to pay. It’s doing the same thing.
Fix it. This is getting really annoying.

Before the new update it worked fine I could see when I worked easy and switch shifts all of it fairly easy then the update came out and ruined the whole app now it’s just this big confusing mess

The app is ugly as hell first of all and it’s nowhere easy to navigate. Not only that but it doesn’t notify you when you have a message so I don’t see my important messages from my manager until I open the app and then go the messages.

this app just makes me want to throw my phone across the room in frustration. the layout is absolutely terrible. you have to login and then login again with something called mypass and i don’t even know what it is. the layout is then shrunk and you have to try to scroll what is clearly made to be a webpage not an app. then when requesting off, you (for some unknown reason) have to write something in the comment section to actually be able to request it off. i wish i could give this app negative stars

Login issues 1/5
For everyone saying they can’t log in because they don’t have the login credentials, I found the fix! Instead of logging in, click the button below that says Login with MyPass. When it directs you to that screen, again- do not log in. Instead, click on the link that says login-LABOR or something to that effect. There you can login with your regular username and password. It’s super annoying that you have to go to three different pages just to log in, and this issue needs to be fixed immediately if not sooner, but at least you can now log in.... however long it takes.

I have no issues with the app except I have the setting turned on so that it adds my schedule to my phone calendar, and it adds every shift twice! Not a big deal, just very annoying.
Refresh Token Missing... 5/5

Every time that I open the app, it keeps telling me that a refresh token is missing or is unable to login. I have to login every time now. What’s up?
The app used to always stay logged in but it doesn’t anymore.
Deeply upset not only about the bugs that plague this app but the creators unwillingness to fix them without charging you. Overall a terrible app. Never downloading again.

If I could rate this -0.1 star, I would. My app randomly updated. Now I only see start time of shifts and not end times. Even when I check shift times for my team. How can I get this corrected? I deleted and reinstalled twice.

The update on 10-10-18 changed the layout to not show the time we get off of work. That is a necessity where I work so that function needs to be reinstated ASAP. Usually a great app for my place of business.

I use this app for my job and it used to work great, no problems, but with the new update that was just released today (Dec 11) I can’t see when my shift ends and I can’t change my availability. Really disappointed and I hope this gets fixed fast!

Most recent update is not good. It no longer lists when a shift ends. How the heck are you supposed to plan around work when you have no idea what time you get off? I would appreciate it if this was fixed.
Don’t like the fact that it does not show what time people get off of work.

The new layout is terrible!
It doesn’t show the overall length of each individual shift, but instead only shows the start times!
The staff button doesn’t show accurate employees.
Also, updates to personal information isn’t always properly saved!

The latest update has not been helpful. I have lost the ability to see the end of my shift time and any shifts end time. Please fix it so I can see my schedule again....kinda defeats the whole purpose of the app....

With the new update I can’t see when my shifts end, or when anybody else’s shifts end. For example, if my shift is a 6am-2 it’s only showing me the 6am part. This happened with the new update. Before that I’ve had no issues with the app.
This new update doesn’t show my complete schedule for each day like it did prior. It only shows when My start time for work is but not my stop time. You need to fix this! I am very upset that I did the update!!!
I can’t even open the app after the new update!!!! It says “These credentials are not eligible for this application”.... but I can use the same password and username to log in on the website! I use this app everyday please fix it!!!!

The app is just not easy to navigate. I believe this app could be so much more organized. I find it unnecessary to have to first click on the calendar icon on top, and then each day of the week over and over just to set up your availability. I think having a pop-up or a drop-down box after simply clicking on each day of the week, with the time frame you are able to work, would be much easier and faster to set up.
Even on the website, the availability calendar is set up almost like an excel sheet when it could just be a one-click drop-down box of the hours you’d want to work.
The message feature on the app doesn’t give me notifications of a new message so I often read them late (doesn’t go through push-notification), and new messages should be in bold print to differentiate between old/new messages. Simple features make a huge difference.
Says I have invalid credentials. I see many others have this problem too, did anyone get this fixed or can point me in the right direction?

The system allows only a pre 3 week notice and there is always something going on. Since the system makes the schedule as I have been told it doesn’t allow us really to make our real schedule. Logging in is always a bother and we are in a time where we need quick access.

I’ve used this app for about a year and at my old job, it worked just fine. I’m starting a new job that uses hot schedules and I’m trying to log in (with my permanent username) and it says “Authentication failure: these Credentials are not eligible for this application” I’m sorry but what in the heck does that mean?! Why can’t I use it with one account but I can with the other?! One star until I can get it fixed or get help, this is ridiculous, HS Team Staff, could you maybe give an error code or something so we can troubleshoot ourselves??
