Not too bad 3/5
The band isn’t horrible. Battery life is impressive, and the band length is great!
It doesn’t always record steps accurately, but it’s a good estimate.
The app is just ok. It only records for one day. You cannot go back and see other days, just today. So if you forget to look, too bad. It’s gone.
It would be amazing if the app kept data for even a week, so you can go back and see your average for the week, or improvement since yesterday, or anything.
I need to track sleep, but sometimes forget to look, and then I don’t know because it’s gone.
That’s the only update I’d suggest, is for the app to hold data for a period of time. Week, month, year, whatever. So you can go back and look. Even for two days would be helpful.
DONT BUY THE WATCHES. Waste of time returning smh. 1/5
Not great 1/5
It never seems to stay connected to the Bluetooth for some reason, and the information it gives you is inaccurate, I was walking it said I went almost 5,000 steps then I looked at something else on my phone went back into app then it said I had only gone 1500 steps, never had these problems with my Fitbit!
I really wish the app was more interactive!! The design is so basic and boring!!
Apps display 1/5
I can see the data collected on the app on my iPhone it looks just like the pictures where you download it. The writing needs to be darker. Can’t read it at all. So IPhone app is no good to me
Discrimates against graveyard shifters 1/5
Please fix the sleep times. I sleep from 7 am to 1:30 pm
Battery drains in the Band too quickly 1/5
So, I got an iFITNESS band in December. It’s May when I finally open it. I charged it and the first day it was fine. I go to put it on before work since I’m moving all day and the battery drains so quickly after taking it off its charger. I’m not sure if this is normal or my thing if defective
3 stars 3/5
Flaw:it’s not counting my steps
I like it 4/5
By Can't keep track of everyone
I like everything about it so far except one problem with the app. It’s very difficult to read. The background is light gray with white bubbles ... and then some of the text is white or very light. It sounds like a silly thing, but I bought this item to get information, and if I can’t read the information it’s not doing me any good! If they fix that my rating will be 5 stars!
THE F****** TIME 3/5
By zach u fuuuu
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE TIME FROM MILITARY TO STANDARD?!
Hello Awesome! 4/5
This watch is EPIC!!
Freezes constantly 1/5
My first one stopped charging after a week and traded it for a new one but this one keeps freezing from the start so can’t ever get accurate step count! So frustrating. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.
Piece of crap! 1/5
If I could give it zero stars I would. Will not stay connected to app. I have deleted the app and tried to connect it again. It connects for about five minutes then vibrates and it’s not connected. So very frustrating. I have had Fitbit's a couple of times and did not want to spend that much money today so I remembered these at Christmas time at Walmart. I am a believer in you get what you pay for, but I certainly did not get my money’s worth with this piece of crap. Save you your money!!
Day day updated 4/5
It is just the Day Day tracker, updated on the band and bigger screen. Thank you, I needed an update. It’s easier to stay in place.
Won’t stop vibrating! 1/5
I bought mine at Walmart 2 days ago and it’s done nothing but vibrate every 2 seconds! Apparently you have to have your phone on and in your hand for it to work properly. I really wanted it to be a good product because it looks so nice, but it just isn’t, unless I’m doing something wrong...
Fixed Sleep monitor settings make it useless for people who work nights. 3/5
By Ang in NY
I work nights so the sleep monitor won’t let me set the time for when I am asleep. It was one of the features I really wanted when I was looking at trackers.
Decent, but fix the sleep part of the app please! 3/5
By Wednesday Eh
Overall I’m pretty happy with the product. It does what it says it’s going to do, and works pretty well. App is simple to use and pretty self explanatory. My only issue is the manual sleep setting only tracking during certain times (6 pm - 1159 pm start time)Can you just let it work on a 24 hr cycle, and not what you think our sleep should be? What about us night shifters? We just cant use the sleep portion at all because the time doesn’t give us the option. Fix please, and I’ll change to a 5 star!
I gave 1 star would give more BUTTTTT I WORK GRAVEYARD HOURS!!!
I work from 10p-6:30a I don’t get to home till 7am then I don’t get around to laying down till about 8-9am an I don’t get up till 1p then I take nap from 3p-5p an it just is NOT setting my schedule right , keeps flipping all over the darn place I’m so freaking close to selling this darn thing it ain’t even funny and at work everyone else clock was 12 mins faster which means I missed my break all day we don’t all go out same hours main reason why I got this freaking thing out of all and I seriously reached off my couch with out standing and grabbed for my plate of food off the end table an it said I walked “3 steps” but yet I never stepped any where’s .....
Terrible display 2/5
I use this app mostly to track my sleep patterns. It is fairly functional but the pale color with white splotches on the background along with white lettering makes reading the words and numbers almost impossible. I have had this watch for a month and still do not know what the words are in the headings on some of the charts and graphs. There is no option to change the text or background. My husband purchased this watch for me along with 2 more to give my sister and niece and I hate to give them something they can’t see well enough to use.
The app is great but the actual device is crap 2/5
I loved the app and it worked just fine for me. The actual device I have to return to the store today.
It’s not very accurate 3/5
The fitness tracker is nice and I got if for a good price. What I really wanted it for was to track my sleep patterns. I don’t like that I can’t set my sleep time after 11:59pm. Because of my work schedule I don’t get in bed until about 1 am, so my sleep tracker has been off a couple of hours. I guess I’ll spend the extra money and get a Fitbit.
I bought the fitness tracker to keep track of my sleep but when I have recharge the device it will erase past data.
Perfect for me 5/5
By Peyton Danielle
This app is absolutely outstanding it has helped me so much and it is amazing How I can have all this stuff on a watch
Worked for 1 day 1/5
This is a terrible device. Received it as gift for Christmas, downloaded the app and started tracking activity throughout the day and it worked fine. Day 2, started off well but halfway into the day it stopped. That’s it nothing else was tracked. I’m returning the device to the store and deleting the app.
The app is great but you can’t change the time settings which makes it hard to read the time sometimes
Ripped off 1/5
Just got the ifitness and they said to download the app but there was no where it said it was $11.96 plus $1 charge to download. iTunes needs to get their act together and if it costs for an app to have you agree to the charge if there is one. I got no indication or was there anything in the description before downloading there was a charge.
By Ppl pleaser
this app self downloaded into my phone, and i have no idea how, and im a little freaked out bc i havent even searched foe anything like this
By Cute Stratigist
I work a graveyard shift so the app doesn’t quite fit for me. When I go to bed at 8am, the thing doesn’t recognize that I’ve slept at all. I try to set a bed time for 4am, for when I’m off work, but the app has “rules” for when I’m allowed to set a bedtime. Not exactly friendly for using if I’m trying to work with my schedule but the app is designed for only people with regular schedules. Other than that, it’s not too bad. I like that it keeps track of steps and whatnot.
I bought this to track my sleep and I am annoyed at it. The app doesn’t allow to set a bedtime after 11:59 PM. I get out of work at 11 PM. I often don’t go to bed until well after 1 and most nights 2 AM. So it will track me as sleeping during the time I’m actually watching tv or doing dishes... not effective. ): It does track my steps fairly well and tell me the time so at least I am getting into the habit of wearing a watch...
The app itself 2/5
The iFitness is great. BUT, the app is hard to read. There needs to be color changes. Like a solid background. It’s hard to see the green line on the graphs. I also don’t believe it’s very accurate.... but I have nothing to truly rest that.
Great activity tracker, great app 5/5
I bought 2 of these yesterday for my daughter and I. We love them so far!
The app is great, simple. We’re iPhone users so it connects with Apple health. I also use lose it app but I don’t want to have my app and then another app for pedometer and then Apple health and then... urgg!! I love lose it for losing weight (amazing app) I use Apple health to connect all three work harmoniously.
I do wish there was a heart rate monitor. I love the sleep monitor! Keep telling my daughters I keep waking up about 3 am, this morning I looked and I had light restless sleep at 244-259am! I love the alerts for calls and txt, nice :) my daughter thinks the camera remote is “legit”. Sometimes it’s hard to keep motivated, you can set a timer for seditary, so if your sitting too long it will buzz your wrist basically saying hey, get up move!
No vibration on off option 1/5
No vibration on off option
Pretty good for a cheap watch 5/5
By More real
Heartbeat and footsteps may not be that accurate but still has some cool features. Also make it so that it keeps vibrating on alarm until you tap on your watch or something.
Can’t change sleep time 3/5
By SC Draper
I have tried to manually change my sleep time but it keeps flipped back to 11:00 pm. I am a graveyard worker.
I like it!! Honestly I got it from Walmart because I didn’t want to pay $250 for a Fitbit! And it works just as well😋 only problem is it scratches really easy🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Battery life doesn’t last but about 14 or less hrs. Trying to change the time and can’t
Waste of money. 1/5
By Tilly bearzzzz
The price was reasonable but I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Battery life is so bad that it dies half way through the day.
Customer service is horrible!!
I have contacted them six times, with no help. I explained that it’s an easy fix but with only an auto reply to my every inquiry, it’s still not working. I was fed up with it all when I got an email telling me that they are closing my case because they haven’t heard back from me!!!
I had replied to every email!!!
Maybe they should have people read the emails!!!
Good price. Software updates needed 3/5
* Got it for $30. Good price for a decent appearance
* have 2 bands to switch. Got it for wife. She doesn't want it. I liked the dark band
* app is easy to install and connect
~ Accounts the charging time after 7 as sleep time. It adds to good sleep.
~ Bluetooth disconnects automatically. Doesn't connect quickly if returned to range. Doesn't have a sync frequency. Got to manually sync it.
~ Doesn't have a log for running unless you manually turn it on. Haven't played with this feature yet.
~ Finding the tracker. In case you have multiple in your hands and confused which one, the find works. Else it is already disconnected or vibrates twice. With a rubber band this vibrate feature doesn't help find it. No sound to know. No measure how far is it.
~ I do not want the call or msg notification as I believe that's the distraction again.
Just seems as if it doesn’t track steps right. I was making up bags of stuff and it was tracking steps I wasn’t taking. Just the movement of me grabbing a bag and putting an object in it made it “track” steps
Sleep tracker? 3/5
Am I missing something? I don’t have the option to track my sleep, or a home menu? Help me 🙁
This app is great it has everything I need to be healthy and fit amazing
It’s great buuut 4/5
By Coddy coddy coddy corey
Okay it’s great but if someone can tell me how to activate the heart monitor jeez
Takes forever to load data 2/5
It takes forever to load how much you sleep that night and after a while it gives up on trying
Does mine track my heart rate or not? 1/5
The container I bought it in says it can track my heart rate but there’s no option on the app or on the ifitness.
3 Stars Because... 3/5
This is a great tracker because you can see if you have a message or if you get a call and you can track your steps. You can charge it completely in less than an hour. It doesn’t let you see the heart rate though (unless I’m overlooking it somehow) and sometimes it doesn’t track your sleep. The watch falls off of your arm sometimes and it doesn’t have a setting for noise, it only vibrates (which is okay I guess). But my husband and I bought the watches for $20 a piece and this app is free so I can’t complain too much. I just wish it would work properly.
New user 5/5

Learning to use this device is stupid simple. It's comfortable and the price is perfect. While it may not record all my steps perfectly, it is a tool to help keep a general track of my physical activity. It looks cool and reminds me of something I would expect to see on Star Trek. If you want a piece of Tech that has a futuristic vibe going on...this is the piece to have. Love it....love it....love it!
Sleep mood 4/5
I just bought this. So far it’s okay besides it keeps falling off and I’m not sure how to get it into sleep mood so it can analyze my sleep
Doesn't find my watch 4/5
It's a good way to track how much you walked during the week but sometimes it doesn't find my iFITNESS watch when I have it right next to my phone.

It is not updating when I take steps or anything I do on it.
