Been using the app for years. A large reason I stay at HIE is the ease of the app and their nationwide locations. The newest update will not keep my CC info. Further, when I hit the “Find Hotels” button it takes me to my current reservation. What a cumbersome hassle now.
Surprising how quickly I will change brands based on the App performance. Maybe I should just find a pay phone and call the central reservation desk and ask them to locate hotels and then I can write down my options using a real pen and paper and then locate them on an Atlas. Where is my pocketful of pay phone change?? I know I have that number somewhere in my Rolodex... Oops, I’ve lost my pen. Rats.

Was great 8 pm cookies were a bonus and our son loved the hot tub, I work at holiday inn express Roseburg we just got new mattresses maybe you guys could do that soon! That was the only dislike of our room, was the thin, worn and springy beds. I still give a five front desk and the breakfest lady were really nice

I like the app except for the fact that when I am using it on my iPad Pro, it won’t rotate to landscape view. I usually make my bookings with my keyboard so the iPad is in landscape mode, but the app always stays in portrait mode. It is a little annoying to have to look at the app sideways or set it up where I can’t use the keyboard.

The developers need to correct the current issue. Says the app is no longer supported with the current version and that I need to update. Updated app and still says the same thing. It keeps sending me back to the App Store where it has already been updated. It’s in a constant loop. Fix please.

This app is very easy to navigate and I can make a reservation quickly - even when I forgot to reserve a rom earlier. I have even sat in the parking lot of a hotel and made the reservation before I walked in. How easy is that!?!

When trying to delete a message in the in-box, I will hit the delete icon then the circle, in-process circle goes and goes and goes before it pops back to the inbox showing the message still as unread at which point the screen is frozen.

The app is ok. Works most of the time once I got my new password that they changed for some reason. My only major complaint for the iPad app is, landscape mode. I would give it one more star for that alone.

The messages sent through this app are a pain to delete. Sometimes you have to open the message before you can delete, and, always, when you delete even after reading the app locks up. I don’t read messages anymore.

This really has nothing to do with the app per se but the ability to get a folio. As a spire elite it staggers me at to cumbersomeness. All of the other major brands send a PDF folio immediately on the morning of check out but not so with IHG. The hotels don’t even have access to my email address and when I give it the generally screw it up the CHECK OUT email sent out with the HAVE BILL EMAILED is useless. It isn’t in any format I can submit. Not sure why IHG can’t get with the program. This is way too easy and surely I’m not the only person who has this issue

I travel weekly for work and IHG hotels and the IHG app are a huge help. They make travel easy because I am able to make and change reservations quickly. I also appreciate the ability to search for hotels using the map to find the best option on my travel route. I have not had a bad stay yet and I keep coming back because I trust the IHG brand.

This is as low quality as the majority of their hotels. The app is poorly formatted or operational for iPhone X. Deleting messages just hangs in the balance. The entire app needs a redesign and update. So do their hotels.

IHG properties gained my business after Hilton, well let’s just say “Lost it”. Three years later I can say that switching over was the best move I made. I spend 3-4 months a year total on the road and with IHG they really take care of me.

For some reason with the latest update, I can no longer open the app!!! I click on it, it tells me to update, with no option to not, then it brings me to the App Store, with only an option to open the app, but then it still says to update, and there I go in circles, not being able to get in!!!
