Every time I try to sign in it doesn’t recognize me. Even when I ask for pin retrieval and get my pin emailed to me, which is the same PIN number I always use, it STILL does not recognize me. I have to call the service center every time I want to sign in! What good is the Ap ???

Mary and Dakota did an excellent job keeping the breakfast area stocked with good food, and made sure everything was clean. They were super nice and kept fresh coffee out constantly! The man at the front desk was also very helpful and offered me Tylenol when he overheard me mention a headache. The everyone is very pleasant and helpful, always saying “good morning” and aren’t disgruntled like other hotels. The bathrooms (like the rooms) are also very clean and updated which is a HUGE plus. Will definitely stay here again. I’m picky when it comes to hotels but this one is great!

Doesn’t have face sign in not letting me sign in
I’m in Geneva, wanted to book a room at the Crowne Plaza, the app kept spinning spinning spinning and spinning. I even did an update and the app will not work. I have to go to the website to book a room. Very very poor technology on IHG®.

The, “App Support” from within the App Store takes you to a page asking you to download the app and has an FAQ for the hotels.

I’ve been submitting a request for a landscape rotation on the iPad app for nearly three years.
Apparently I’m the ONLY iPad user in the world who finds the app very difficult to use on the iPad app due to the lack of rotation ability.
Seems like such a simple request...
Let the iPad app rotate so it can be used with an attached keyboard.

I was hoping the past stays would show back up on my app but it hasn’t. The past stays help me immensely when booking my travels. This portion of the app needs to be fixed and the past stays need to show up. Do something and fix it.
Difficulty with viewing other than next reservation 2/5
I have several reservations over the next several months and I am unable to view the details on any reservation other than the next one. I guess I’ll try the website and see if it is any better. This certainly will have a bearing on what hotel chain I book in the future if it doesn’t get fixed. I have an IPhone 8 with up to date IOS and app.

This app takes forever to load any information. There are some very talented young unemployed App developers out there, maybe the current developers of this App should trade places with them! In the mean time I will just use the Hilton App- it works.
Will not display multiple reservations 3/5
If you have more than 1 room reserved at the same location and same date, the app will only show 1 room/reservation. As far as I can tell, there’s no way to confirm the reservations for the other rooms.

Don’t make points + cash booking! 1/5
I made a points + cash booking on this app for $210 and 15k points. The reservation said 45k points. I canceled within 10 minutes thinking I had made a mistake but they still charged $210 to my card. They explained this is how the system works and nothing they could do. I am an Aspire Elite member staying in hotels almost every week and rather than trying to address my concern for a simple mistake they basically told me to get lost. Very disappointed will be exploring other options.

The app never lets me sign in after the first time so I’ve had to create multiple accounts and then my awards are messed up. Happens in the app and website. I would stay with them more but not if I cant book online.

The biggest issue with this app is that it messes with the login. I registered an account, but after several days, I can not login in as it said no record. I tried to register another account using the same email address which worked for a few days. Now, it does not work. Should I register again? I am not really sure what is going on with this app.

In February and April I received emails stating I have a free book download available and there are no instructions as to where to access it. In the email there’s a “download now” but it takes me to the page to book a room. Do I get the books or not?

I make all of my reservations through the app. I can check my points and redeem my free nights through the app. Never had a problem with any reservation and any request that I make through the app is always taken care of by the time I get to the hotel. I would recommend this app to anyone trying to book hotels through IHG.

This has to be the worst login experience of any app I own (now deleted). Force a stupid random PIN on you instead of setting a password I actually know and can remember. Good luck remember in the PIN two weeks later. Get the PIN wrong and they lock your account. You can’t get it unlocked without wasting twenty minutes on their stupid hotline. Give people an easy path to authenticate, get rid of the stupid PIN (you’re not a bank - I just want a hotel room), and for heavens sake don’t waste people’s time on the phone because of your overly restrictive security. Argh. Literally picked a different hotel just so I could move on with my life.

The latest app update is crashing 4.27.0. Tried reinstalling and have shutdown my phone. Still have the issue. Tried to find support but every link opens the app for support. That doesn’t work well when the app is crashing at app start up.

You should really test things before you release them! Constant crashes! Travel for business weekly, normally stay at IHG. Guess it’s Hilton until you fix the app!
This latest update keeps crashing when I try to use it on my iPhone. Went to the website to register a complaint. No way to do that. So I was forced to write this review.
App will not remain open. After last upgrade, app crashes after about 500ms of being open. Hope you fix soon.

This really has nothing to do with the app per se but the ability to get a folio. As a spire elite it staggers me at to cumbersomeness. All of the other major brands send a PDF folio immediately on the morning of check out but not so with IHG. The hotels don’t even have access to my email address and when I give it the generally screw it up the CHECK OUT email sent out with the HAVE BILL EMAILED is useless. It isn’t in any format I can submit. Not sure why IHG can’t get with the program. This is way too easy and surely I’m not the only person who has this issue
