    I am a fan of Intercontinental and Crown Plaza hotels and had high expectations for IHG points. However, when I started using this App, I realized there are not even FEW options available to redeem points other than Holiday Inn, but also impossible to filter out the IHG hotels that take points. When I called the customer service they took down my feedback and transferred me to a complaint department that just hung up on me. No follow up or solution provided. I had to admit the IHG points are probably the worst points ever; and the App does very little to help you navigate to hotels that you can even use points, or find dates that certain IHG hotels take points. Huge disappointment!

    I’m am sick to death of trying to book a dam room with my points only to have you fricking people tell me all rooms for this are booked!! If there’s an open room in the dam hotel, as a elite men I should be able to get it!!! I stay over 300 nights a year in hotels up until now it was IHG!! Not any more!! Choice and Hilton will be getting my company’s money!!! Very disappointed in IHG!!!!

    I have always had the best experience at all of the ihG hotel locations, especially Danbury I-84, they are always very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly!!! I will be in Danbury this weekend, but my usual location doesn’t have availability, so i will be staying at the Bethel location. I have never been there before and I am really hoping that it is just as great of a hotel!!!? Im hoping that it is not further away from where i have to be the next morning of all my stays? Plus, the I-84 location has my headphones that I accidentally left behind at my last stay there and i was planning on just getting them at my next stay. If anyone happens to have some input on the Bethel location, id love to hear it. Thanks so very much! Sincerely, Heidi Baird

    I can’t view my upcoming stays on the app. When I try to book through the app, it just loads indefinitely. Tried on and off wifi. I don’t seem to be the only one either.

    The app does not even have a proper electronic copy of the bill. Have to call the hotel to email the final bill. Poor process of handling critical financial documents. Every other hotel chain provides the proper electronic version of the actual bill.

    Try to add in additional people to my reservations, could not do it on the app. Always difficult to use points and very rarely available to use at hotels. Was almost 100% Holiday Inn. Now starting to move to other hotels that actually allow me to use my points.

    The app looks great but after installing the app and logging into my account, I have been unable to add my rewards card to my iPhone wallet. I keep getting an error indicating I should try later. Is there something I am missing?

    This app maliciously blocks form completion features from your iPhone, so that you manually have to type in details like your address and credit card number, repeatedly, whereas if you go through the website it will allow you to use safari’s auto fill function to fill those fields. it is shameful when an app actually makes things harder for the user then the same activities would be without the app. Literally zero reason to consider this download.

    Cannot understand why everything and every operation is soooo slow. Apparently lack of optimization. Marriot BonVoy does a lot better. Learn from them! In addition, why cannot I add my China UnionPay card??!! China is still not big enough for you to see??

    I can't actually booo anything through the app so i signed out and tried to log back in but i can't. I have changed my password 3 times and still can't log in. This app doesn't work!

    This app has worked well for me for a few years, but all of a sudden I cannot log in. Updated, no change. However I can login on the computer, so clearly the issue is with the app. Pretty much worthless now. iPhone 14 with iOS 16.0.3
