Horrible!!! Even after 5 years 1/5
It baffles me to see how this app hasn’t improved a bit since the last time I was forced to use it.
The downloading of management profile - and checking device settings takes wayyy too long. The only reason one would use this app is if they only had 1 option to ever get access to any company resources.

Won’t register iPhone 13 pro max 1/5
Shows unable to register device error. Tapping the error shows registering briefly then goes back to the same error. My company says that iOS may be reporting the wrong device identifier or an unknown identifier that Intune doesn’t recognize. Fix please!
1. If you don’t install Microsoft apps you continually get notifications until you install their apps. There’s no way to opt out of this from the user standpoint. This notification is really distracting and unnecessary.
2. In addition to nagging the user to install their Microsoft apps. This also bloats the number of install counts within the App Store even though the user doesn’t want the app.
Doesn’t work with iOS 15 1/5

When I updated my iPhone to iOS 15, I lost access to my company mail, calendar, and messaging. When I try to run the Company Portal app to reconfigure everything, it lets me sign in but then immediately just pops up an error message stating “Company Portal temporarily unavailable.”
Please fix this ASAP.

Just another way for the company to control my life. It’s bad enough that I have to use my personal phone to send in daily delivery reports, but now they want to add to my never ending list of useless duties. It’s time we got paid for the use of our personal phones and stop making our hectic lives even worse. ‘Nuff said!

So this app is probably good for the company…it horrible for the end user. It limits so much of what I need a phone for in the first place. The company phone will now sit on my dashboard and I hope it melts there.
I will violate company policy and just use a personal phone to conduct business. Writing emails is now too painful and time consuming.
Kicking me to office 365 on mobile device is telling me you don’t want me doing more than reading emails.
Every app is linked to the company so the ones I need from 3rd parties don’t work correctly any more…the 3rd parties are trusted vendors.
Although it says stuff is private why does it keep asking for location data every time I open the app even with it turned off. I don’t believe the privacy disclosure is true, or it would stop

This application is horrible, if I could give it a little piece the corner of a star I would. It never can recognize that the profile is downloaded or already installed, I lose precious time having to reset a phone it is the one app that I hate to have to deal with in my work day.

too many permissions for personal devices. This heavy handed management is fine for corporate owned devices, but for personal info ones, it is unacceptable. even just having the ability for my employer to wipe my entire device (not just corp data), disable my camera or icloud?!! f off.
It will not download the profile. It says cannot establish a connection with the server… now I cannot access my work emails.

I was forced to install this by the university I work for. Grants a broad degree of control over personal devices, much of which is not necessary. Should have options for narrower control of personal devices (why do I need to give my organization control of the camera on my personal cell phone?).

My company promised that installing Intune on my iPhone would only effect corporate items like email. Not at all true, I have had multiple issues with apps and passwords totally unrelated to work. I might need to wipe my iPhone and reinstall all my apps.

After reading all of the reviews about this app having total control over your phone. I decided to use my old iPhone 8 that was just collecting dust to install this app on. It doesn’t have any service on it but they got my number if they want to call me and I will just connect to the WiFi when I need send an email then shut it off to go back off the grid. The app itself seems to be working just fine no complaints so far. Now if you don’t mind back to being off the company grid 😂

Everytime I go to add my device on this app it redirects me to the Apple store to download this same app. I press open and then it takes me back to the screen that says add the device and then takes me back to the Apple store to download the same app that I am currently using!!! It’s a never ending loop!!! Fix this ASAP
