Intune Company Portal App

Microsoft Intune helps organizations manage access to corporate apps, data, and resources. Company Portal is the app that lets you, as an employee of your company, securely access those resources. Before you can use this app, make sure your IT admin has set up your work account. Your company must also have a subscription to Microsoft Intune. Company Portal helps simplify the tasks you need to do for work: • Enroll your device to access corporate resources, including Office, email, and OneDrive for Business • Quickly reset the password to your work account if you should forget it • Find apps that will help you with your daily tasks as provided by your company • View and manage all your enrolled devices – and wipe them yourself if they get lost or stolen • Get help from your IT department with easy-to-find contact information A note about Intune: every organization has different access requirements, and will use Intune in ways that they determine will best manage their information. Some functionality might be unavailable in certain countries. If you have questions about how this app is being used within your organization, your company’s IT administrator should have those answers for you. Microsoft, your network provider, and your device’s manufacturer do not know how Intune will be used by your organization.

  • Many failed attempts 1/5

    By gabage part deux
Had to try 10 + Times and for some reason my contacts did not restore until I fully installed the device manager. It seems that those Romeo things should not be linked together. Very confusing and unclear process to get this completed.
  • Archaic 1/5

Archaic and out dated. Get with the future. This is the worst process I’ve had to deal with.
  • Not sure how this benefits me 2/5

    By Bacon-N-Eggs
I will not use this app, my employer’s loss. I use to check my email all the time, had notifications on and everything, with this new Intune requirement I will only look at emails on their Pc. Too bad, but I will not give them a door into my phone.

  • Horrible App 1/5

    By Gtpd22
When trying to setup my iPhone to access my companies Office 365 email, it keeps coming back with “unable to verify account information”. I can login to Office 365 with the same password that I’m using to connect my device with. I’ve reset my phone, no change. I’ve reset my phone and restored from a backup, no change.
  • Installs Stuck on Pending 1/5

    By MajorSTom
Installs get stuck on “Pending” and never finish. Users have to then use the App Store instead.

  • Horrible 1/5

Horrible software - our company had to provide us with a 25 page written guide walking us through installation, it was laughably complex and convoluted

  • Installation fail 1/5

    By failed install
Can’t recognize which apps are installed or not. I tried to install outlook but the installation failed. I deleted the partial install from the home screen and now Microsoft thinks app is already being installed and I cannot download the app....

Allow app and book assignment won’t stop popping up over and over again
  • Kinda of pain 1/5

    By Jrambellows
My company uses this as BYOD device management tool, but it forces a lot of security protocols on the end user. No four digit pin, or simple passwords. Also I’m not entirely sure about the whole “we can’t see into your phone thing”....
  • Not bad for Infy. 5/5

    By Nav2Kar

  • Useless 1/5

Buggy app that constantly kicks you off your email. Obnoxious. I don't understand why accessing company email has to be this ridiculous.
  • Unable to Accept Apple Media Ts & Cs on iOS12 1/5

By Stuck in a Loop - Please Fix
Unable to accept Terms and Conditions on Apple Media Services screen that pops up constantly - no “Accept” buttons. This means I am unable to download any of my company’s shared Microsoft apps. IPhone 6s on iOS 12.2. And yes this is an older phone but companies aren’t replacing older devices quickly so this has to be widespread. Please fix!!

  • Upgrade? 1/5

    By Billy Boy 13
Lost all my email access on a Friday afternoon. Was told that I would have access in 20 minutes. Did not happen. Have to wait till Monday to call from office. Sounds trivial but security upgrade removed my email access for no reason.

  • Got me a work phone 5/5

    By mohamad714

  • Think long and hard 1/5

    By Amai muso
This is an intrusive app that will strip you of your privacy. There is no way this app is compliant with gdpr and some state employee privacy law. When you install this your IT Department will gain complete access to your personal device. They can see your location, know your device password, can add and delete apps, look through your contacts. I suspect they can also read your email messages. MS privacy notice is very deceptive and does not list all the things this app is capable of. I just know what I’ve been through and how my previous employer controlled me. I deleted this app as soon as I left my last employer. I know ask employers if they issue their own devices. I am unwilling to sacrifice my privacy for illegal employee monitoring.
  • Microsoft has killed this app/Outlook 1/5

    By Loremaster101
The new security policy has totally killed my access to anything in the Cloud, no matter what I do it has me in a loop of Managing this device, on top of that Outlook only supports a SINGLE 0365 account, so much for managing my boses emails/calendar!!! Thanks!
  • Incessant notifications 1/5

    By elmay61
Probably this is due to my company’s IT department, but this app keeps requesting permission to install books and apps, but there is no way to agree to that. So I am spammed every few minutes with a notification. Microsoft should make administration of this app Idiot Proof.
  • Loner 1/5

    By archicamp
Does nothing as far as I can see. Was difficult to install. Had to do it several times. Just seems to take up space. Maybe I’m missing the point or I’m just not using it correctly?
  • This is the worst 1/5

By bring it back to BEL
Can you make it any more difficult to get my emails???
