User friendly 5/5

This is very easy to use even if someone is not good with computers
Needlessly complex. 2/5
But par for the course for these things.
Avoid if possible 1/5
Unfortunately this app was required by our IT department. Since the install I have been unable to access Outlook on my computer. The credentials management fails every time I enter my password. Is there a negative star rating?
Works like a virus or ransom wear! 1/5
By Not on the road again
I had to install it on iPhone and iPad due to company IT security requirements. As soon as I installed it started to delete all my contacts leaving only contacts that were on Outlook. It also deleted my Bluetooth connections. Fortunately I was able to go to iCloud and find the restore contacts function. However I now have to find a fix so this app does not delete them again. IT department is clueless on a solution. SO if you install it perhaps turn off sync of contacts with iCloud until you see how it behaves? Or at least do a back up of as much as you can before install the Intune app? Good luck.
Absolutely terrible 1/5
This app is becoming required software at large corporate clients, but is spyware. It has actually shut down my connection to one client because another client made some sort of rule which was pushed to my personal phone and applied changes without my acceptance.
Pain in the neck! 2/5
It tells you after you start the process that your current password is not strong enough. Good luck then finding out how to correct this in this app.

App does not work with new iPhone. Endlessly loading software. Tuff to dump when you change your mind. At at the end...doesn’t work
worst app 1/5
Never works as expected
It is not good for the personal phone and it installs more software what you imagine. Those softwares is not useful for you.
Slow and buggy 1/5
Slow and buggy. It wants me to update it when I try to open, that forwards me to the iTunes Store and than from there back to the app and this repeats in a dead loop.
Just followed the prompts and read instructions along the way, easy enough!
Sorry piece of crap app 1/5

Terrible. Clunky. Opaque. Bye bye privacy.

Corporate leash garbage, just drains my battery, does nothing useful for anyone.
Malicious download warning for google chrome install 1/5
By Do Not Use - Virus Warning
This feature will not go away no matter what I do. I have a brand new iPhone and one day later installed this because Intune stated I had to, and now I have to go to Apple to see how they can remove this feature that constantly pops up despite me selecting “cancel”. Total virus. My IT mobility department said that isn’t supposed to happen. Shame on you for ruining my brand new phone!!!!
Perfect for out of touch corporate COO’s and CEO’s 1/5

This app has ruined my life as an iOS developer. Thanks Microsoft
hate this 1/5
forced passcode requirements are stupid for personal devices
Company requirement 1/5
Piece of crap! 2 weeks and still don’t work. Have to use it at home since wireless is not available at work to get your devices working. Doubt it would work either. Phone and text work and that’s it.
Sign of the times 1/5
So this is what it has come to. Companies expect us to turn over complete control of our own personal devices to them in exchange for the privilege of doing work for them on our own time on evenings and weekends. This is the very definition of Big Brother.
Also, I’m convinced that 90% of the five star reviews are either bots, or people who have no clue that this software essentially gives full control of your phone to your employer.
Morally wrong 1/5
Why would I want my company to view personal materials?
Force lock? 1/5
I’m obviously biased because I feel like having to install an app giving so much data is not right to begin with, but then forcing me to lock my phone is a terrible idea. I leave passcodes off for convenience and am really annoyed all around with this app now.
Why do all the 5 star reviews read like bots or paid reviews?
It’s locks down phone to where I can’t even use apps designed to do my job.
It’s a Microsoft app. So it’s dreadful 1/5

Remember how liberating it was to have work email and other work apps on your phone? Those were the days.
Work is forcing this app on us 1/5
Trash. Constantly crashes.
The worst 1/5
This is the most intricate obstruction for me to set my away message while sick from home. Thanks
Bad experience 4/5

Very bad experience
Evil company enforced spyware. Once you configure your email and calendars using it, if you can, I would urge you then delete the app. Unfortunately you may not be able to do that if access to your email requires that it remain installed. For some access to email may only require the initial configuration and be safely deleted after the initial configuration. Do not trust Microsoft or your employer. They may claim they can’t “see” your web browsing, contacts, texts etc. using this app but that is a lie. If they can configure the security on your phone, they can then access anything they want on your device. I would give it zero stars given it’s insidious nature but you can’t submit a review without given at least one star. Needless to say this creates a statistical bias in any app rating. Way to go Microsoft!
Not good 1/5
More than 3 months to get the compliance
Stop asking for ratings 1/5
Make this a bit easier 1/5
Or better yet, have it done specifically for the user of the phone before delivery
This is very restrictive! 1/5
When I down loaded this app. I can no longer get my regular e-mail. I also can not retrieve my contact phone numbers or list of names of my contacts. Bad App and bad trade off for security. I would rather not use this app. What were we thinking????
Well Done 5/5
Nice overlay of taking user to settings then back for mobile registry.
This is the best app available on any mobile device.
step backwards 1/5
less convenient than previous method. install process is clunky and overly complicated
What’s updated? 1/5
Comments about what is updated is not funny or useful.
Great app 5/5
Easy to use and install
Took a bit of sweat but it all worked
Managed work content on my personal phone 1/5
Optimal Blue just needs to provide remote users with a separate cell phone for work requirements instead of putting us through this scrutiny on our own personal phones.
Will not sync 1/5
Company policy forced a password reset. It would not accommodate my new password.
Buggy app 1/5
Very confusing UI and buggy
Doesn’t work with MFA 1/5
By dissatisfied MS user15
Doesn’t work with MFA & MS support told me to open a case with Apple although they are the developer of the app.
This is ridiculous that, in order for me to check my work email while not at work, I need to download this entire app, change my passcode and let pennmed completely access my device. Let’s talk about privacy interrupted...
Too lengthy process 3/5
Too lengthy process
App Issue 1/5
Not downloading company app as expected. Asking Touch ID every 10s...
Battery woes - excessive heat 1/5
This app appears to be draining battery and leading to excessive heat on iPhone 7. Apple already replaced one device but problems persist whenever the intune app is installed. Safety issue?
I am compelled to use this by my employer 1/5
I resent the requirement of my employer that I must use this.
No apps 1/5
I downloaded the program and there are no apps to download, view or use. Not very useful. Don’t want to download the new IOS system because I heard it crashes your phone.
