Intune Company Portal App

Microsoft Intune helps organizations manage access to corporate apps, data, and resources. Company Portal is the app that lets you, as an employee of your company, securely access those resources. Before you can use this app, make sure your IT admin has set up your work account. Your company must also have a subscription to Microsoft Intune. Company Portal helps simplify the tasks you need to do for work: • Enroll your device to access corporate resources, including Office, email, and OneDrive for Business • Quickly reset the password to your work account if you should forget it • Find apps that will help you with your daily tasks as provided by your company • View and manage all your enrolled devices – and wipe them yourself if they get lost or stolen • Get help from your IT department with easy-to-find contact information A note about Intune: every organization has different access requirements, and will use Intune in ways that they determine will best manage their information. Some functionality might be unavailable in certain countries. If you have questions about how this app is being used within your organization, your company’s IT administrator should have those answers for you. Microsoft, your network provider, and your device’s manufacturer do not know how Intune will be used by your organization.

    Once you install this your phone basically is messed up for every other app and if you work at multiple hospitals You have to uninstall and reinstall every time . This was not made my someone who actually has to work in multiple secure areas

    Apple should stop allowing this spyware on the App Store. The invasion of privacy this app forces on you and the inability to manage your phone the way that you want, should be illegal. We should have laws that protect employees from being forced to install things like on their personal devices. My company will now get less productivity from me because I won’t allow this to stay on my phone.

    Profile installation is successful, but application registration fails on *every* *single* *application* The five star reviews must be for those using Microsoft Commercial. Following our organization’s migration to GCC, more users fail registration than are successful. This product falters under the burden of the stack’s terrible weight.

    the app shows the sign in screen and it vanishes leaving the loading symbol but never loads. talked to company IT about it and they can’t figure it out. and it is impossible to speak to anyone at microsoft, they only offer online solutions which don’t address this problem

    I have been trying to get this app to work for a week… it doesn’t work on either my iPhone 13 Pro Max, or my 9th generation iPad. On my phone I can’t even sign in on the first prompt (when I open the app a spinning ball appears and never goes away) and my iPad is unable to download the profile. There doesn’t seem to be any issues with my setting’s configuration… This app is absolute trash, and judging by the other reviews, I’m not alone in that feeling.

    I have spent the last 2 hours on the phone with tech support who wanted me to completely reset and wipe my phone. Come to find out that it just didn’t like that I had my company email configured on with the detail mail app. How ridiculous is that? That I can’t use the Mail app? And that you could not be bothered to say hey we don’t want you to use that app. I don’t know which part infuriates me more. This is absolute junk.

    App installs fine, but won’t sign in to our adds server. “Taking you to your organization’s sign in page” spins for a minute and then “company portal temporarily unavailable. Your app is bad and you should feel bad. Currently looking for a different MDM provider for our enterprise.

    The instructions given to me by my new company were not up to date. The majority of the set up steps did not match the prompts I saw on my iPhone 13 screen. This needs to be updated. It was not a good experience.

    I was surprised to find that I have access to the Company portal on my phone today. In a planning conversation with leaders today, we discussed how having access to the Company portal and Connect would be so very helpful when using the audiobook feature of Precious. Well today I found out, we now have a Company Portal app which allows for access through the Company gateway to our other app and our Precipio learning management system. Thank you IT team for moving this forward as a productivity tool. Much appreciated!

    My device stopped connecting to my server yesterday afternoon (1/22). It appears that a new version of the app may have been released recently. I have unregistered and re-registered my device multiple times via Comp Portal this morning, but it still does not connect to my server. There was no communication about any upgrades/changes to the app. It just stopped working. Total pain.

    During the setup, the app asks me to “install the Intune company portal app to enroll my device” but I already downloaded it! Why am I being asked to download the same app that I’m using?? Then I’ll be redirected to App Store. When I click open I’ll be brought back to the same page where it asks me to download the app. It’s a loop without an end.

    Only user benefit is making the constant nag notification to install it go away. This is a corporate tool to manage your phone (and apparently shill more ms junk for your device) if you have a company owned device you'll likely have to install it. If you have a choice on your own device choose not to.

    I hate this app. It messes with my VPN setting rendering most of my app from Banking to Pintest worthless. I wish I wasn’t required to use it. It’s miserable. Most comments echo my feeling… wonder why this app is so highly rated. Five star reviews with three words in the comments or no comments at all. All the users of this app find it to be a monstrosity.

    After months of having random prompts “nagging” me multiple times every day to let my organization manage Edge, I finally gave in and surrendered myself to the gods of Convenience. (I was reluctant to because I had a personal reading list up there, which *was* SFW but it also was *personal*.) Thanks, Micro$oft.
