Instructions are not precise. Getting the profile downloaded activated is not clear.
Not good 1/5
Terrible. It’s bulky and isn’t user friendly for someone that’s not an avid technologist
Installation fail 1/5
By failed install
Can’t recognize which apps are installed or not.
I tried to install outlook but the installation failed. I deleted the partial install from the home screen and now Microsoft thinks app is already being installed and I cannot download the app....
Not user friendly 1/5
I would not recommend it

The worst 1/5
Allow app and book assignment won’t stop popping up over and over again
Kinda of pain 1/5
My company uses this as BYOD device management tool, but it forces a lot of security protocols on the end user. No four digit pin, or simple passwords. Also I’m not entirely sure about the whole “we can’t see into your phone thing”....
Not bad for Infy. 5/5
Other companies are way ahead.
This is awful. This made me use a password I will nevertheless remember 1/5
This was the most difficult thing I have ever had to set up. Horrible
Buggy app that constantly kicks you off your email. Obnoxious. I don't understand why accessing company email has to be this ridiculous.
Unable to Accept Apple Media Ts & Cs on iOS12 1/5
By Stuck in a Loop - Please Fix
Unable to accept Terms and Conditions on Apple Media Services screen that pops up constantly - no “Accept” buttons. This means I am unable to download any of my company’s shared Microsoft apps. IPhone 6s on iOS 12.2. And yes this is an older phone but companies aren’t replacing older devices quickly so this has to be widespread. Please fix!!

Nothing good about the app 1/5

More JUNK 1/5
By Alex B. Smart
Go figure running Microsoft Apps on an IPhone would have issue. anyone with any common sense would stay from this junk not my company! Don’t use this App unless you have to it is complete garbage!!
By Billy Boy 13
Lost all my email access on a Friday afternoon. Was told that I would have access in 20 minutes. Did not happen. Have to wait till Monday to call from office. Sounds trivial but security upgrade removed my email access for no reason.

This is an intrusive app that will strip you of your privacy. There is no way this app is compliant with gdpr and some state employee privacy law. When you install this your IT Department will gain complete access to your personal device. They can see your location, know your device password, can add and delete apps, look through your contacts. I suspect they can also read your email messages. MS privacy notice is very deceptive and does not list all the things this app is capable of. I just know what I’ve been through and how my previous employer controlled me. I deleted this app as soon as I left my last employer. I know ask employers if they issue their own devices. I am unwilling to sacrifice my privacy for illegal employee monitoring.
Microsoft has killed this app/Outlook 1/5
The new security policy has totally killed my access to anything in the Cloud, no matter what I do it has me in a loop of Managing this device, on top of that Outlook only supports a SINGLE 0365 account, so much for managing my boses emails/calendar!!!
Incessant notifications 1/5
Probably this is due to my company’s IT department, but this app keeps requesting permission to install books and apps, but there is no way to agree to that. So I am spammed every few minutes with a notification. Microsoft should make administration of this app Idiot Proof.
Does nothing as far as I can see. Was difficult to install. Had to do it several times. Just seems to take up space. Maybe I’m missing the point or I’m just not using it correctly?
This is the worst 1/5
By bring it back to BEL
Can you make it any more difficult to get my emails???
A waste 1/5
By Dilly Ballas
This app is moronic and not needed. Just another waste of resources with limited ability to do anything.
It’s stupid 1/5
App Installation Status 4/5
Please restore the ability to see app installation status (installed, failed to install, pending sync, installing, etc.) on the storefront page.
The app works exactly as intended. 5/5

I am not sure what people expect. However, this app is part of a larger platform called Intune. This is an Enterprise Mobility Management platform that a company would use to manage access to and security around their own data and applications.
This is not an invasion of your privacy, it is the company taking appropriate action to secure their data while extending the privilege of accessing that data on a personally owned device.
Now, as someone who manages this platform, I can tell you that if your device is registered as a personally owned device, the data that your company can see about your device is VERY limited. In fact it is limited to information about the apps and data that they manage. Your personal information is not collected or accessible to your company or to Microsoft.
Location information is only available in a very limited fashion and only for the system to use. It is not visible to your company at all.
I do wish people would learn what an app is used for before they download it and review it.

Tried downloading and don’t work at att. I’m not going to download at this time because of what my peers told me and all these reviews. I’m cool
Impossible to set up company email account on Ipad
The poorest piece of SW I've seen 1/5
There are places where one has to ignore the prompts and switch to the iOS to continue. MS look how Apple does it: one click in the AppStore
Step-by-step instructions are very easy to follow and didn’t take long at all.
Good service 5/5
Invasion of privacy 1/5
This app is a complete invasion of privacy: your company will get access to ANYTHING you do on your PERSONAL phone. Completely unacceptable.
By Anixter is awful.
Corporate spyware. That is all.
Confusing, complicated and difficult to update 1/5
By JP May 2012
The title says it all.
I lost my entire data on the phone because of this stupid app which locked my phone even when I didn’t do anything and asked me to remember a passcode which I could not remember. Given an option I might sue them for forcing me to accept the conditions and then make me responsible for the loss of my data on the phone.
Fred Hafner 5/5
Thanks! Works Great!
Lacks details on data control 3/5
More details explaining what “data” the Microsoft administrator could erase would be helpful.
Apple should ban this 1/5
App is just spyware, everyone complaining should contact apple about this app.
I refuse to give my employer access to my contacts, app list, or remote access of my phone. They don’t pay my phone bill. I used to use outlook perfectly fine and now they require this.

By BDawg (aka Godfather)
Microsoft and all companies that use this are communists.
It’s been installing now for about 10 hours and keep saying account and I have to keep re-entering passwords and he keeps dismissing everything. And short for the last 10 hours I haven’t had access to my email.
