This was the first time I ever had an issue with a free subscription. They offer a week free subscription, which I got. After downloading and entering my email and a password it routed me to the sign in page, which didn’t work. I tried resetting with no available way of me logging in. I cancelled subscription at the point which was less than a hour from downloading the app to cancelling the app and they still charged me in full. Never have I been charged when canceling a free subscription like so. Had to reach out to Apple and let them know what was going on here and a case was opened.

Signed up for the 7 day free trial to see if it would work with Spectrum TV while in Mexico. It didn’t work (the Spectrum app didn’t fall for it) and I immediately cancelled the subscription the same day. Of course, I was charged 11.99 - not 7 days later, but immediately on the day I downloaded the app. Requested a refund from Apple. Beware. And, no, I never used this app before in my life. I downloaded it for the first time just yesterday.

i downloaded this app because i saw it on tiktok, i thought it was free. i accidentally bought the year subscription instead of the month one and then cancelled the trial, even though i canceled it it still charged me money, even in the free trial.

And other devices and even my phone I’m receiving more lag time, and look like Google Safari other search or blocking search activity, when IP vanish is activated or connected. This is happening with the streaming from kodi and other apps.

Don’t purchase this service. It causes your browsers to block your search content and only results in webpages that say SNS blocked or I’m Not a Robot challenges over and over. Support was useless and gave the advice to turn off vpn to use streaming services. If I have to turn off the service to use my internet streaming, which is what I want to block the tracking of, then why have the service. It’s useless.

I just got this application so I’m not sure exactly how it works and it doesn’t really have instructions telling you about how it works so that makes it harder for me to figure out. And I’ve noticed at times I have to turn it off or it won’t connect to certain sites. I’ve Dad this for a bit now but all the same still applies.

The main reason I renewed my subscription was I heard that VIPER was rated highly. Since I don’t own a computer, I’m not eligible for VIPER. I was quite disappointed when I found this out AFTER I signed up.

Was a good VPN to start and then as the updates came it would make my phone very hot or glitchy and then they fixed it until last update it’s now disconnecting and fluctuating so much it’s causing massive connectivity issues. I tried other connections instead of wire guard but they are very sluggish. Reached out to customer service but they gave me steps I have already tired. The app needs a update.

Listing Customer service borders fraudulent advertising. An email response days after outreach is not service. The only solution to the issue was a new VPN provider.

It used to be awesome and for whatever reason I also did not see any ads in my Facebook newsfeed. Now it disconnects on its own but still has the icon on, if I’m connected in the USA it blocks me from getting on internet. I now have ads in my newsfeed again. I e changed configurations and uninstalled and reinstalled many times and it never works right now.

You thieves. I paid for your service, you took the money, the subscription says it’s active in my phone, but I can’t login, it tells me account not found. You took my money but didn’t create the account or accept the application. Give me back my money.

I did not mean to make a purchase what so ever, i wanted to check out the app before i subscribed and i thought if i filled my stuff out it would let me pass and come back around for a subscription. it did not and i ended up getting charged for a subscription that i can’t even use because it doesn’t work on the website i was trying to use it for.

Excellent software. Easy to use, never a problem finding and attaching to a fast server. If my IPVanish VPN is not loaded, I’m not browsing the internet.
It would be nice if an icon could be loaded and visible at all times to make sure the VPN software is up and running. Many times the VPN unloads without the user’s knowledge for various reasons like you stopped and started your WiFi or Bluetooth software, so having an icon visible would be very helpful. Just an idea. Love IPVanish!

I singled up through the App Store May 2022 right away it said my account was suspended and I need to pay. I waited for thing to catch up. Called customer service no answer. Did chat they want the email but will not let me forward it. They only want a screen shot and the app crashes when I attach an image. I have spent hours messing with this.
Update after going thru multiple customer service reps the finally got it worked out. And I received my full year. Thank you

Whenever my VPN somehow is turned off and I open the app, I have to re login and add the VPN config to my settings every time. It’s really annoying, fix this
