I downloaded the app specifically to be able to fax and scan documents yet I still can’t fax from the app as advertised. I even downloaded a second app specifically to fax and it won’t work with my iPhone either.

I have been using this app for almost 3 years now. I pay for the premium service and it is completely worth it. It’s simple to use, as like any app there are a few learning curves in the very beginning but that’s it! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an all-in-one scanner app for iphone.

I purchased this app in 2019 and used it to scan my documents. When I upgraded to the iphone14, the app no longer was registering that I had already paid for it and re-requested payment. I see it as purchased in my app store purchases, but the veraion on my phone is still requesting payment. All my scanned files are gone, to boot. Stay away!! Buyer beware.

I’ve been using this app for several years now, loved how organized it was. But now with the recent update all files I’ve saved if I click on it it only shows 1 page when there’s between 10-30+. Nothing is in order like it used to be newest first and now I can’t find specifics I’m looking for, also it just looks like a big mess now that I have to sift through and still can’t find what I’m looking for. I named everything all the time and nothing is named it’s all just jpg. Whatever number and if I search for what I had it says not found! I have bad OCD with being unorganized, please fix it back how it used to be! I do pay the $20 a year for pro so being a paid customer I am highly disappointed with the latest update. I use this app monthly/daily at times. It’s very important to see all my scans and I can’t now! Unless this issue is resolved before August, I won’t be continuing usage. I gave 3 stars for how much I liked the old version.

I’ve had this app for years and it’s mostly been fine, and I paid the one time fee years ago because it was useful, but now I see that I’ve been downgraded to the free version, and that batch scans are off limits unless I subscribe. Feels pretty scammy to remove one time purchases as well as the benefits of them. Anyway, just deleted the app and felt annoyed enough to leave a negative review.
