    It used to be within accounts you could hit the tab to see all of the top moving stocks - but it up or down, now it is only up. Please put the negative back in there as well.

    I used to love the app design until the most recent “accordion” redesign (perhaps still rolling out - not yet reflected in the App Store screenshots). It just looks awful and performs terribly (stutters while scrolling, awkward gesture to get to additional account options). Would also love to see what others have requested in their reviews, including: - better Apple Wallet integration, allowing for push notifications of *all* transactions like AmEx - iOS 14 widgets - dark mode - Siri integration

    Easy to use for balance and deposits. Need to add back the option for all the features in PC app to phone and iPad. New presentation is not intuitive.

    Although this version has new features it lacks one very important one that has always been very useful and available on previous versions. There’s no way to view payments you have scheduled. You can only see account activity from bills that have already been paid. This is a major oversight and really inexcusable. I’ve also noticed that when I went to check the ratings and reviews, The ones that I saw were all from a year ago - why?

    While I like the JPM app, it seems apparent JPM app developers do not read reviews as to what customers want that the app does NOT do. I’d like to know WHICH account my notifications are for. I have several accounts and it is VERY tedious and time consuming to go through each one to look for the triggering activity. It can’t be that difficult to do. And, several reviewers have mentioned the same thing apparently for a few years now....

    The screen for mobile should adjust for horizontal as well as vertical positions. The alert notification is ok but when you go to the alert screen for details you have zero indication which account, if you have multiple accounts, is generating the alert—-so you have to look at each account to determine the origin of the alert. Horrible.

    Am I the only one with this problem? Every time I log in it tells me that it’s temporarily unavailable. There is times where I am able to log in but most of the time it tells me that I’ve already deleted and re downloaded the app and still same problem

    Love this app! Very easy to use. Love the way you can see image of your check. Also can check to see that payment to Chase credit card has been scheduled. Also love deposits by camera! Having Quick Pay on Mobile is very handy. One suggestion: For alerts, please default to open account that has the alert. Or show a check mark next to account with alert in list of accounts under Alerts. I have to go through all accounts to find the one with an alert to read. #########Edit--Please bring back the ability to see that a payment is pending when we go to pay a bill. Used to be there and was very handy.

    It took over 30 attempts and speaking with a rep from Chase to get a new password established. Even when following the cumbersome and excessive password requirements, nothing I typed in would be accepted. After being sent a half dozen codes to enter, I had to be walked through the desktop version in order to establish a new password. What’s the point in having a mobile app if you have to go through the desktop eventually anyway? That’s an hour of my life I wish I could have back. The rep I worked with was very pleasant and helpful as we were both at a loss to know why this was all happening.

    If you are a JPMorgan Private Bank client, the app is a clean, efficient way to stay on top of your investments and banking accounts. The app is essentially identical to the Chase mobile app, but does not have any ads or promos for other products, making it a little cleaner.

    Why create cards filled with white space on the main landing page (iPhone)? Waste of space with zero added functionality. Either being led by perverse design teams obsessed with “clean” and inefficient interfaces, or....I have no clue what the alternative explanation is. I want to give it one star out of frustration but it would misrepresent the severity of the offense. It still works. So that’s good....
