I did say you guys didn't give the coupons then really little points even not 5$ on 100$ spend if not on the time of Christmas when everywhere so many deals going around then when one the last movement. Disappointed!

Every single time I try to purchase products from the app or through the website, my orders are always cancelled. The only thine I can purchase my order is if I call customer and they process my order from their end. Yet they fail to inform me the reason I couldn’t purchase online without having to call them. I purchase online from different stores and never had any issues.

Would not recommend. They changed my credit amount for no reason from 1000 to 600 whick affected my credit score. They have also out charges on my account that they said they would correct because of their mistake. Still have not corrected.

I’m pretty upset. I placed an order specifically for 1 item and to get “free” shipping I added other items to my cart. They canceled the item I was wanted saying it wasn’t available but it’s still showing available online.

Always a sale going on!! I find my shoe size 11 here very often which is usually hard to find in some stores. My go to place if I want to find affordable items for a fantastic price!!

This app is not user-friendly for the blind community. There are not enough details and it is very difficult to navigate the website when it repeatedly skips you to the top of the page every time it refreshes. Please be a little more descriptive when titling the colors.

Absolutely “0” stars!!! So many presents purchased for family out of town. Some “not so smart” worker messed up my order which went out west instead of east, actually showed the mistake when looking at tracker…UNBELIEVABLE! Obviously Christmas items needed for Thurs. shipment no where near getting here. Hence, the presents are needed to be taken to Richmond area of Virginia….I am in another State…Not going to happen, so packages will sit in a box in driveway……will probably get stolen….ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE! JCP!! I expect a complete reimbursement immediately. I now have a day to get other items due to items not being on time 😳😢🤔🤬🤬🤬Soooo disappointing!

Pages load slowly if at all. Spontaneous bump offs and starting overs. Very frustrating to shop online at other stores then come here: it definitely feels like a step back in time.
The JCP Sports Fan Shop is hard to access once in JCP as it takes you to an entirely different site. You’ll be lucky if your cart remains with previous adds from other JCP areas. Once on fan shop, you cannot go back to items you’ve added from the fan shop to see them before checkout. They simply won’t appear although the description does. Very lame.
Went to my account purchases to leave reviews as I find this us so helpful and appreciate it from others when I’m shopping* online. I am still at a loss as to how exactly to leave a review. It should be easy but it’s not.
I have been a JCP customer for over 40 years but have to shop online since my local store closed. I want JCP to make it. They must give immediate attention to bringing their app and website up to modern technology or they’ll be toast.

I went to the store at cypress TX today. I found a dress in 3x size with price tag and S without a tag. After scanning it, the price showed was $17,99 however at the checkout the customer called the duty manager for approval because with the store scanner was showing $35,99. When the manager ( her name was Rhonda) arrived, she was trying different registers and waisting almost 30 minutes and I showed with my phone scanner was saying only $17,99 she refused to honor the price.

She was having an attitude even I showed her the price on my phone as no she was holding te line for a long time.
I felt very disappointed if one of JCPENNEY employees can’t honor the price of product.

JC Pennys is using some bottom feeder shipping service fit their deliveries. This is possibly the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Totally unprofessional, when you call them to ask where your package is not only do they have no clue but when you tell them the delivery date they say it’s delayed by one day. You could actually tell them a day, which I did that is completely made up and the tell you the next day.
JC Pennys is unfortunately on its way out.
Bit of advice, place your order with next day delivery, they will screw it up. You’ll get it sooner than Laseship but then call them, tell them it was late and they will refund you your shipping cost.

I ordered a sweater and a pair of pants but did not get either package. When I went on line it said it delivered to an old address. Even though that was not my default address. I called the old address and they said they never received it either. when I informed JCPenney they said that is the address I chose and they are not responsible after delivery. So I’m out 85 dollars. Never again.

My package was delivered to the wrong address but I have the correct address in the system. I received the second package. JCPenney has done this a few times but I always get it anyway. This was clothes for my grandkids for Christmas. They blatantly told me since I have the wrong address it’s my fault & to call UPS. I’m on ten by then. Tried contacting UPS, was told had to do a claim, tried that after having to register & it said claim can not be processed & to call the company that told me to call them which is JCPenney. I basically got bit screwed out of money & JCPenney don’t give a rats butt. I WILL NEVEE SO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I have told everyone I know how a million dollar company won’t reimburse $60 or sene me my order. I do not have to make this up, This has ruined my presents for my grandkids. God is watching & I have prayed & he will answer

The app gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn't launch. When it works (which is rare) it's great, but I don't have ten minutes to wait for it to open.

Beware when you online shop at JCPenney‘s. Not only do they charge you for shipping when you have it shipped to the store if the item doesn’t fit and you return it they make you absorb the shipping cost. They never used to charge when you had item shipped to the store. Now you have to pay for it if it doesn’t fit. Also the app will not let you post anything unless you give it more than two stars approval. I tried to put one star and it would not let me send it. JCPenney‘s has really gone downhill and I will never online shop again if I have to pay forShipping if I return something. Plus the review is bogus to it will not let you give them a bad rating.

I don’t understand with all of the money JCP puts into advertising how they can’t fix years of having a bad website and technical issues.
Items are always running out of stock (as you’re shopping and after you purchase) and whenever there is something on clearance they make sure you have to spend $75 or more to get it shipped to you. It’s not available for store pick up ever.
I’ve tried numerous times to give JCP a chance again. Recently had a large order and my rewards weren’t added on. I found out my account was split it two by 2 different emails.
So after contacting customer service numerous times an associate told me they fixed the problem and now I’ll only need to use one email. They reassured me that all of my account info would not get lost. That it would all just transfer over.
Here we are 13 days later and not only is my account blank/erased but it’s under another persons name! Now corporate told me I need to wait another 2 weeks for the tech department to contact me. In the meantime I have a big order I got for my birthday that pains me to have to return.
It’s such a hot mess.
Just don’t buy anything from their website to save yourself the headache as the customer service is non-existent.

I really love the styles and the clothes that they sell at JCPenney‘s. Also the jewelry and the bedding. But the app needs to be updated because it doesn’t clear your orders once they’ve been picked up or delivered that’s frustrating because it makes a long list of orders that you no longer have. Time to clean it up and delete some things I’d say.

The JCP app is easy! I live in a rural area, no shopping here. My closest store is a two hour drive (one way), and located in another state. I’ve needed to return a few items, as long as I have the shipping papers, original bag, NO problem. I do order four items at a time, so divided out shipping charge is minimal. Shipping is on time :). Hubby is even his own clothing!

UPS vs USPS 1/5
Notorious for splitting an order and only delivering a portion of it. Takes months to get a credit for items not delivered. The problem is your order starts out being delivered by UPS. They for some reason give items to the post office and those are the items that you will never see!!

I have been trying to purchase an E-Gift Card for a month now and not one employee knew what they were doing or what was going on until a few days ago. One gentleman advised me that they didn’t have any available. The home department at the store I shopped at doesn’t have much of a selection either. I am very disappointed with any of the 800 numbers you call. Very hard to get to the correct person that’s needed and the employees that can’t speak English and don’t know what they are doing!
JCP doesn’t understand Touch ID! 1/5
The app has improved over the years, but they still screw up the most basic parts. They clearly have no idea how Touch ID is supposed to work! I have it set-up and selected for Touch ID, which should allow me to sign in with a fingerprint. Instead, I have to type in my full user id and password, and THEN confirm with Touch ID. Huh?!?
Filter NEVER works 1/5
Since I have downloaded the app, I have yet to be able to use the filter to narrow selections for specific clothes sizes, shoe sizes, etc. I don’t want to scroll thru two thousand clothes options for my children. I should be able to narrow it to their specific sizes. Fix the filter!!!
This app rocks. I have other retail apps that are so hard to shop on, but the JCP app design is so seamless and makes shopping online so easy!! Props to the JCP app designers; they really knocked it out of the park.

I just want to give a shout to Nicole at Synchrony Bank and Shanelle in your rewards department. Amazing they should both have a raise. I had called in several time and everyone I went into the store it was the same old thing. I had requested my email changed months ago and by months I mean April it’s now October. Every time I called or went it the problem was still there. Today I was disconnected and called back extremely upset. I got Nicole on the line she was amazing. She kept me on the line and we did a three way call with Shanelle in reward. What an amazing team they were able to get everything worked out and such great customer service!!! I am so great full I was ready to close this account because I was so frustrated. I just want to say thank you to the both of you JCPENNY is lucky to have you.

Called about problem with the app not linking to my credit card. I tried to do it online and you have to single clink an arrow to go backwards to pick your birth year.
I called customer support and told lady who answered the issue. She transferred me to credit card services and man kept telling me my account was ok.
I finally said can you help me with the my wallet portion of the app or can’t you?
He didn’t answer and transferred me back to phone tree.
I hung up and started looking through sections of the app. Found credit card section and was able to link to My Wallet. No where does the app let you know you have to do it this way.
