So glad I bought my new Renegade! So much fun to drive and great in the snow. Great inside fun features Radio system shuts off randomly and I wish it had remote start, I miss that feature. Asked dealer when I was buying but they would not put in.

App is coming along. Just recently went to look at what service is coming next and it won’t load the maintenance schedule. I’ll bump up the rating when the app is fixed

The app has potential however...
When I entered the VIN of my 2018 JG Cherokee on the app it doesn’t recognize “an owner” and to call. Not a huge problem but defeats the purpose of doing all of this online so that I can be put on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer.
I was very excited about the U-Connect app so I can start the car and find it mobily. Apparently U-Connect app isn’t available in my country (USA) or region (Washington DC) which is absolutely ridiculous because my Jeep that lives here also is run off U-Connect.
Sounds cool but very lackluster.

I’ve checked the junk folder to no avail. I can’t login because I can’t create an account because I’ve never gotten the confirmation email. I’ve tried the “forgot pw” link, but the email takes so long to come through that the link is expired by the time it does. :(
I made three mistakes to bought three Jeep 1/5
In May 25th, 2014 . first time buy a Cherokee limited I4 model, I got the lemon transition, rough from 1st gear to 6th gear. I traded in one year and a half when I tried anything kind of engine oil. In 2016 February I changed to 2015 Grand Cherokee limited, before 5000 miles it was fine. After 5000 miles transmission start to rough at 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th gear. I changed $99.99 engine oil from dealership but nothing change. In May 2018 I change to 2019 Cherokee limited V6,I heard it’s a big change on this whole SUV, but when I got it the first day, I hated it more than anything. First,not including navigation,but MSRP is $36,360. Second is the Bluetooth connection there is no memory, when I got phones call, it cannot lowdown volume,no matter use iPhone or android, no matter mute my phone or lowdown my ringtone volume. The dealership service said there is no way to fixed. Maybe wait for new updates. Third is the transmission, is still garbage, I change engine oil in 5000miles in dealership and they did the transmission flash in December 2nd,but after I keep driving this week, nothing better only get more worse,before was 1st gear and 2nd rough, a little in 5th, now is rough in 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th gear. I think this is my last time to trust the Jeep brand, don’t buy Jeep before they make it better for customers.
It’s a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nothing more needs to be said?

On a side note....people stop reviewing your Jeeps on this!!!!! It’s to review the Jeep app not your actual vehicle!!!!

$52k Grand Cherokee High Altitude and no hard copy manual. So I download this app and continue as guest because I just want a manual. I select my vehicle and go to the documentation section of the app and I only have two links one that says vehicles older than 2003 have their manuals at some other website and a button for pairing my phone to Uconnect. So I figured maybe it was because I was a guest so I register and add my VIN - manually because scanning wouldn’t work for two reasons: 1) the barcode on my Jeep is way longer than the little window in the windshield and 2) glare and reflections probably would’ve caused issues anyway. Even closed the app and come back in and still no manual listed on the documentation page. Shaking my head right now. This is such a simple concept and app. It’s not like it’s a banking app, e-commerce app etc..., this app is programming 101. Wish I could attach a screenshot to this review.

Both my sons have owned at two or more Jeep Grand Cherokees each and encouraged me to test drive one. The moment I sat behind the wheel, I knew this Jeep was for me. After a week of thinking about it, I went back to the dealer and bought a 2019, Cherokee 4x4 Limited. My only regret, is that I didn’t buy a Jeep sooner.

Followed the instructions but never got an email to continue, deleting app. Tried a couple of times, deleted and reinstalled app. Not working on my iPhone X. Tossing mailer into trash too. BTW, why do American cars have all kinds of rattling noises coming out from behind the dash? My new Jeep is a 2018 grand Cherokee. I miss my old Hyundai!!!!
My 2015 Jeep Cherokee Summit is the best vehicle that I’ve ever owned. It provides the highest quality of performance and comfort in all weather conditions.
You have the option to schedule appointments and add specific repairs. The app also shows your vehicles current recalls (completed and not completed). But for some reason scheduling a repair you can’t add recall specific appointments at your local dealership.

2019 Jeep Cherokee’s 5/5
We bought our Jeep in July and have driven it about 1500 miles. I like the handling and about everything else except the fuel mileage. It gets around 22/ gallon and doesn’t have a lot of extra pickup. It is a very well built vehicle and overall I like it.

This app is ridiculous. It won’t let you add past service and include the actual date. It defaults to the day of input. And, right now, it’s not letting me input the service I had done TODAY. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

I have input my email address multiple times, but have never received an email confirmation and therefore cannot register. The app is very limited without registration. I’m sure it’s a great app, but I am locked out and unable to get a response.

Luv my 2018 wrangler jl , rides great has all options i wanted.. only thing im not happy about when i purchased in March 2018 i was told there would be no problem getting softtop for this model,well here we r end August still no soft top available. Otherwise would have been 5 stars

Never sends a registration email. Does anybody test this junk???? For MONTHS the registration feature fails to send a registration email. Both this app AND the MOPAR app. Both have the same registration back end, and both are garbage and don’t work. FIX YOUR APPS!!!!
50k Grand Cherokee, purchased new. Their high rating is for what the app should be, not how it performs. Back to Benz once I’m tired or this Jeep. Can’t say I didn’t try to support America.

I found my Jeep at an Audi dealer; I bought this suv one week to the day my beautiful wife of 14 years passed. She had always wanted me to have a true performance auto my entire life so I was leaving having not found one until I happened to hear someone whisper to me, “look over there, it’s here for you”...so one day after I test drove it the people at Audi of North Scottsdale allowed me to purchase it from them. I can’t ever thank them enough because this experience has helped me get through some of the awful, sad, and horrible days I had lived through and see a small sliver of light in my world I now live in as a single dad.

I love my new Jeep Renagade! I never felt so safe and comfortable! There are so many things I’m still learning about it, but that just adds to the enjoyment!
