Latest update still not working 2/5
The latest update does not take you to Zipongo or other third party apps.
Horrible app in regards to how prizes are distributed and whether you win or not! They have told me That i won twice and right after said it’s a mistake. apparently this is happening to a bunch of people as well and of course they never try to make it right they just say sorry and brush it off and then block you from being able to comment on the actual app!
Can’t click any of the progress tab. It shows as you are clicking, but nothing happens and half the time errors out and closes.
Twice in the past 6 months emails have gone out saying people have won prizes, then apparently there’s an error & the people haven’t won. “Oops my bad” type responses & being told the company isn’t responsible for the list doesn’t cut it

During a recent give-away, they posted a list of the winners. My name being on there, I was excited, started looking as to how I can spend that gift card, only to sign back onto the app 5 days later with them saying they posted the wrong list and that they were sorry for the confusion.

This app should be shut down! You put in your steps, use your points to win free stuff. The Jiff people pull the names, say hey you won. Then a week later your name disappear from the winners list. This happened to me and many people. Happened to me twice. I now only use it for my health assessment for work. No longer tracking my steps and applying for prizes. Jiff makes errors while pulling names and then doesn’t compensate he people they said won but didn’t. The crew running the app are idiots.

JIFF released the quarterly winners for CVS on Thursday 4/12/18. It was a long list and my name was on there, twice. On 4/16/18, JIFF decided to EDIT its winner list and my name plus hundreds of others have now been removed. JIFF’s explanation? “Sorry for the confusion.”
This is false advertising, fraud, and absolutely horrible customer service. And it’s not the first time it’s happened to me and others since December.
It’s called double checking things before publishing. There are now hundreds of upset individuals who were told they won only to now be told “sorry for the confusion”. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Myself, along with many employees were emailed that we had won prizes the other day and to wait for a follow up email for specifics. Now today, the list of winners has dwindled due to an “error” by Jiff that we found out about by accident and we didn’t actually win. Not only did they take away the prizes we worked hard to earn points for, but they couldn’t even let us know there was a mistake and offer any consolation.
Aside from this complaint, there was a lot of cheating during this contest, and I can’t help but think all of the cheaters were rewarded because they earned the most prize points. Jiff, please make this right somehow. This is very unfair.
Had the app for a while it does track everything fine. When the challenge was over I got an email about the winners list. My name was on it! Then never got a second email. I contacted them they said they would look into it, checked it again a few days later they deleted my name!

Jiff offers sweepstakes. You rack up points and enter sweepstakes to win giftcards or other things. However, Jiff must be extremely disorganized when they handle who wins the sweepstakes. They have twice sent out winners lists or emails and then recanted saying they made a mistake or now just this past weekend started removing people’s names from the winner’s lists with no explanation as to why they were removed and why we haven’t received our prizes we supposedly won. I would think given this is a regular part of what Jiff does, that they would be more organized and be able to handle these things correctly. As the company that handles benefits for the company I work for, I feel less inclined to believe they can actually correctly manage my health benefits because of this. I look on the newsfeed and all I see are angry posts from people who also feel ripped off and are still waiting on an explanation. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
They scam you telling you that you won rewards and then when they realize they over sold it, they just remove your name. I hope CVS corporate finds out about this quackery
This app is a joke. They change rules after a challenge starts and don’t follow through with quarterly sweepstakes.
Been with this app for 2years and would love to delete it. Work hard to earn points , redeem them for sweepstakes prizes January I was told I won a prize, than day later they said sorry it was mistake. Now received email again telling me I won once again and would email within days to let know what it was... 4 days later my name was off list and Jiff support has made no contact as promised to explain what is going on, I won’t even rate it because they don’t deserve a rating.
Myself along with at least 20-30 others have reported receiving e-mails staring that our names were drawn in their quarterly drawing. We received notification that we won with our names on a list. Only for on that SAME list, 3 days after it was originally publishes and made public for our names to be removed from the list. The FIRST incident happened when they “accidentally” sent out mass e-mails stating that you won something. How is this hard? Why are names we removed? This is utter NONSENSE. Oh and not mention changing the rules on your step challenges to make it harder to win. Just ridiculous.

First of all my fitness tracker keeps unlinking. I have to link it several times for it to keep track of my steps, now my name was on the winners list and removed 4 days later.

This app isn't legitimate , I received an email with all the winners listed , with mine on it also, only to have my name removed several days later , along with many many other CVS employees !! I can't believe this is being allowed from this app to be dishonest and fraudulent to so many of employees !! Please look into it , I won't be using it any longer !!

The customer service team is non existent .. I wish my company didn't use it and would choose a better platform... they change the rules without any notice to fit their agenda and tell you you won something and then never send it to you.
Great Idea In Theory.. Fails In Execution 1/5
I downloaded this app as recommended by my employer. It’s supposed to be an incentive for tracking as you do healthy things. You get points for certain activities I.e. logging food, steps per day etc. to redeem for gift card giveaways. I was extremely excited to see an email listing me as a winner Thursday. Saw on Friday we should all received further information on Monday. Well Monday rolls around and apparently me with a lot of others are randomly removed from the listing with no explanation just a generic “sorry for the inconvenience. We’re looking into this”. I’m not going to waste my time and phone space on an app that doesn’t deliver. Apparently this is a common issue and I find having this app is pointless. Will be deleting.

The app is supposed to help you be healthy, but not much of a help. They offer various programs and give you points to buy tickets for a drawing for prizes. If you enroll in a program you can’t unenroll. So I enrolled in a food tracking program, but didn’t like it. So now I get constant notices that I haven’t input my food.
The app freezes up all the time. They even have a support link that goes to a blank page. So it’s difficult to report any issues. They set up a health screening and assessment with my company. After you complete both you qualify for a discount on your insurance. Problem is it’s difficult to navigate what you need to and have done. I know this should be easy, but it’s not. There’s a message everywhere to do this and that. So you do. Then you see a message again to do the same thing. Did you do it wrong, has it not updated, did someone forget to hit submit button. Who knows? Then it takes weeks to send info to your employer. So you have to keep your fingers crossed all goes well because my employer and Jiff simply point the finger at each other because any issue is someone else’s fault.
Update: they sent out an email last week with the sweepstakes winners listed. My name was on the winners list. Now a couple of days later my name has been removed. Learned about this on the Jiff newsfeed. Apparently this happened to a lot of people so I checked the list. Now the my name isn’t on it. Pretty sorry to email someone and say they won something then say they didn’t. One more reason to hate this app.

Lots of work interacting with an app for very little reward.
In the time you'd take setting up, maintaining, and sending your personal information into the app (and wherever else), work a couple minutes of overtime and use the money to buy lottery tickets. You'll be less frustrated and have a better chance of winning something.

I updated on 4/12/18 and now I’m unable to sign into the current challenge (that ends TODAY) to view my progress. I’m very close to the last milestone and this is very frustrating. I keep asking others on my team to confirm that My steps are counting.

This app is extremely frustrating. It is incredibly slow. You tap a button and it takes way too long too load. Too many dead end buttons that don’t take you where you think they should. The help and support area is a joke. Very disappointed that my company chose Jiff. The app is annoying and the company itself is even worse.

If the app won't let you log in to track daily items daily (instead of throwing off errors whenever I or my spouse try to log in), it is pretty useless. I am going to complain to my company and make sure we stop using this app.

This app should just work, racking up points that are logged through other apps like a food tracker and walking and the watch
Every other day a reminder and it has to be manually synced and even then it often misses sleep or food
Make it stay in RAM, just fix it otherwise stop distributing it

Having trouble with this app. Not very happy. The app worked great for the longest time until one day I logged in and it just says page is unavailable. I have contacted Jiff and they have no resolution for the situation. So now I cant use my app.

Where to start? This company lacks majorly in customer care. Many times my points don’t add up right. Issues with logging in. And now, I redeemed points for a 100.00 gift card and they are way behind to issue it! Every time I contact their jiff support and it takes weeks for them to respond and fix. I’m hoping to get my company involved.

OK first of all you have a app thats for Cvs employees and you take all of these action steps to win prizes and only prizes you can win our entries into gift card drawings or sweepstakes. It’s BS. The app doesn’t seem to everything, you have to manually enter most of your information. Why do I have to actually participate in the app only to win a chance to win something else.

Completing steps and don’t ever get the points it says I earned. Now site is down for days and can’t complete any steps. Repeated messages requesting help with these issues go unanswered. Messages marked Closed but nothing was done, received no response at all. This is unacceptable. I’m supposed to be getting money for medical bills!
Update: Finally heard back. No answers to my questions, and they’re asking for my phone number to call me. Not appropriate.

Have Jiff through work. Been trying to connect for months. Even had several other people to try to help me. Tech support has an email. Supposedly they answer in order of receipt. Wandering what year that will be. One star is far to generous.Not healthy to use this thing. It will definitely raise your BP and frustration level.

Doesn’t show completed in app but when I call it is.
App does not always work properly. For weeks (sometimes months) I was getting under-awarded points. It took another couple of weeks to fix the issue. By the time I got the points, it took another week to redeem them, and by then I was ineligible.
So very slow 2/5
Takes weeks for points to show up after health screenings. And if you try the “contact us” method of communicating with Jiff, they never respond. So disappointing!
