I’m always late when I use this app and my driver cancels about 4 times before I can actually get a driver to reach my destination and already have waited about 15 minutes for my cab that was 4 minutes away

Juno has been recommended to me by numerous TL&C drivers as a great alternative to Lyft , as Lyft deemed to be very expensive of me spending upwards of 2,400$ over to course of three (3) months. Unfortunately Juno is no better.
- Drivers seem to be more professional and compatent.
- Drivers always respect and grant all my requests
- Customer Service is superb with fast response
- The pricing is exactly the same as Uber/Lyft making it difficult to afford my daily commute.
- Often have to wait upwards of ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes for my driver to arrive
- About fourty (40) percent (%) of the time the vehicles seem to be dirty and smell of cigarettes

Charged me wait time of 46 min? I met him within 15 min. And was directed to a wrong entrance to my destination. Driver claims it’s the map app he has didn’t give clear directions.
Still waiting for Apple Watch version. Uber has it. Lyft has it. Why not Juno? 5/5

The app and service works the same and just as well as Uber or Lyft. The difference is the drivers get a larger cut of your ride. I always ask and all the drivers say that, if they could only drive for Juno, they would.

I was skeptical about trying this app since i had bad experience with uber and lyft is even worse so far I've been using this app for a month and I’m LOVING it!!!! Great reasonable price the drivers are professional so far very nice they actually get down from their car if they see you with full hands and help you i would really recommend trying this app trust me you WONT REGRET IT if i can give it more than 5 stars i will !

Juno’s app does not work well. They have a very hard time showing you where the car is and they charge you for waiting time when car over 5 minutes away. They need to fix their app or not worth the hassle

Many middle school students are now taking car services to school by themselves.
This feature is important so (1) I can share my default payment info with my child, and (2) my child can SHARE her TRIP STATUS/LOCATION with me.
Ideally, the option to be able to TRACK my child's location during her ride would be even better. For safety reasons, I want my middle-school daughter to be able to share her trip status and location with me.
Please add these features!

The service and available drivers is good. But the 30% off for first 15 days isn’t true. I got a quote for my ride. It was the same price as the 30% applied card price. Maybe the discount is a credit? But nowhere does it say that. So, who knows!

I downloaded Juno and usually only used it in the morning to drop my children off. It was only a 10 minute ride compared to taking the bus and train for about 25-35 minutes. The drivers were almost always unfriendly and most of the time smelled really bad. I would have to roll the windows down on numerous occasion. The worse part about Juno is the drivers professionalism. Almost every driver I have ever had was discustingly rude when it came to pulling into a parking lot. Some of them went as far as to cancel my ride if I asked them to please pull into the parking lot of a grocery store because I had groceries and two small children. One guy even cursed me out and called me names because I asked him to please pull into the parking lot of the place I asked to be picked up from. It’s crazy, I know. I’m so sorry for having two small children Juno. I’m sorry that that inconveniences your drivers so much that they get so upset and curse me out when I ask them to pick me up in front of a doctors office or a store with groceries in 10 degree weather and small children. I’m sorry that the drivers are so upset that they have to pop the trunk so I can put my stroller in. Its not even worth bearing for a 5-10 minute trip home or to my destination. I’ll just take that 30 minute train bus ride or spend the extra money on a friendly and reliable Uber ride. Even when I’m alone the drivers are either late or lost and I find myself waiting in the cold for at least 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous and I will be deleting the app and notifying all family and friends that I’ve have to just use Uber because the 1-2 dollar price difference is not even worth the hassle of being treated like a piece of trash by drivers who are annoyed by pulling into a parking lot or me having to pick a mother and tow small children up. Customer support are all descent human beings but really don’t make a huge difference because the drivers are still less than descent humans and no a 10 dollars credit isn’t good enough especially if the drivers are horrible ever single ride.

JUNO used to be great company for riders and drivers. They used drivers for their company’s advertisement. They lied with drivers for time and times again. They always think for their unfair profit and for that they can do anything yo drivers.

I have been using Juno for about 2 years and the drivers have always been great and the cars are also clean! Their customer service is excellent- my friend left her cell phone in the car once and the person from Juno who we spoke to was very nice and my friend recieved her phone the next day!! Totally recommend people to use Juno!

What is the point of this app? Other apps for rides offer private rides at the same price or cheaper. Apparently the perks are that there is real-life customer service rather than email and the drivers treat their passengers better. Usually just make enough time to ride in a shared vehicle and usually the stops only add 10 minutes to the ride, tops.
Driver wait time 3/5
My experience so far has not been great in terms of how long I’ve had to wait for a driver. Each time I told 2-3 minutes and then it becomes 9-10 minutes I’d wait and then the driver cancels and you’ve to wait for another car. When in a rush this can be frustrating to have to wait outside longer than expected.

The app is basically the same as Lyft and uber but the company takes 1/2 as much of a cut from the ride fee (in other words the drivers make more). After using the app though it does feel like it is in beta - takes very long to load and the fonts and menus look so minimalistic and barebones.

I do not know what’s worst the driver’s or the bad customer service!!! The driver’s Juno accepts never know English or where they are going, if they don’t drive dangerously and erratic, they driver so slow it doubles your time. The driver’s also start the ride before they arrive to the location so you start paying wait time before they actually wait. It’s ridiculous... Once you complain to Customer Service they belittle you, I have spoken to some nasty people in Juno especially the staff that works at EST night. Out of two rides I do daily if both are not bad one is. Just horrible!

Have used Juno for three years. Very familiar with all ride sharing services. Recently the app has gone down right when you need it, confirmation and pickups. I thought it was simply glitches and I probably needed an update. No.
I have now been over charged twice for rides I was never on. I validated that I used another ride service and yet I received bills for dozens of miles of rides which were not me. After weeks of arguing with Juno and providing support they declined admission of fault.
A colleague ran into the same situation with them and they refunded the entire +$$$ charge but again without admission.
In summation I doubt this is a tech glitch, seems that a scam is being run at Juno.
Unprofessional drivers 5/5
On three separate occasions I have been placed in a bad position. One a driver maked himself available and was 7 blocks away he sat there until the 5 min was up and tried to cancel. I had to contact the help line for this. The second time a cab driver drove in circle after waiting 8 minutes for the cab. I tried to call and text I was sent to voice mail. Ultimately the car was canceled for then driving in the opposite direction. I had to get another cab that was 10 min away to come get me. The last time the cab claimed he was infornt of my door and then canceled. I ended up waiting another 9 min for a cab. All three times I was made late for work or school. Had these service showed when they said they would show I would have been 20 mins early. Because of the inconveniences I have gotten a verbal warning behind the first 2 and the last one which prompted this rant has caused me to get an absence and an automatic 5 % drop to my grade. This was is completely unacceptable
