This was our first ride with Juno. The first offer was for a pickup several blocks from our hotel. I tried again and the second offer was for a pickup right across the street. Unlike other ride services Juno took us to the door of our destination. Our driver Andres arrived at our pickup location within 3 minutes and made our ride very pleasant with friendly low key conversation. It was a great first experience!

Use this by default as more ethical than other services. Fun surprise is that they are also the best!! Everything works! And drivers are pleased to have gotten job through Juno.
They don’t quite have LaGuardia pick up down. App isn’t as good as lyft for that.
Have used maybe 100 times through the years — beginning with Getting. The few times I’ve had problems they’ve been quick to respond and generous with refunds. Do miss the scheduling in advance feature.

This guy pulled up completely rude & ready to argue. He should not be representing this company and driving people he has issues with whom he does not know. Seriously a major blow to @Juno knowing that there’s a bigot & verbal confrontationist towards people who they do not know. After all the bull**** that I’ve been through with Juno within the past two weeks (06/24 - 07/08), I’m considering never using this platform ever again & never recommending it to anyone. Shameful that this will never be resolved, but I will post this on social media and tell everyone who asks about a RELIABLE car service app.
Still waiting for Apple Watch version. Uber has it. Lyft has it. Why not Juno? 5/5

The app said 20 and change for a 1.5 mile ride. When it came time to rate the driver (who was great) the app said it charged $40 and change.

i’m glad they finally added an extra stop. Most drivers would say just change the address before the ride ends which is ok, some drivers would say no, i would have to order a new ride. Very happy

I found no morality of this company,When driver fare was not fixed they always increasing commission, they dreamed 80% commission , and one day no need any driver, self driving car, drivers are independent contractors, they don’t care if drivers make money or not , Juno has lot of one dollar rider, drivers make $5 a hour, but they make good profit every short trip, when driver fare fixed they went to court, making sue against driver, trying to make lot of trick like no out of money, no surge when there’s less then 20%, why don’t you increase your commission now ?we won’t never ever forgive u how you break your commitment with driver in every step.

I called them at 1 am to correct a fare because I was overcharged. They have dumb drivers but GREAT customer service. He refunded me in about 3 minutes on the phone. I wasn’t even expecting anybody to answer at 1 am I mean really. Wow love u guys

It gets the job done in terms of picking you up and dropping you off but come on,Getting you from point A to point B has NEVER been so expensive. $80 to get you from Queens to Brooklyn seems like robbery to me considering that it used to cost $30-40. Not worth it.

This app was great. Used to be a fan. However, in two occasions within the last week the GPS took the driver on a much longer course. It extended the first trip over 45 minutes! Good bye Juno. It’s been fun
Typo in your app makes me wary 3/5
A teacher once asked how the class would feel if we were about to be operated on but the paperwork had typos? Not confident in the facility’s employees and the doctor was the class’ consensus. There’s a typo in your app that’s supposed to say, “quiet ride,” but it says “quite” instead, and before pushing apps or updates live, I think it’s important to proofread at the least. You have programmers checking for bugs and errors, you should have at least one employee proofreading.

I have been using Juno for about a year and have been extremely happy with their service. I walk with a cane and move slowly and the drivers have been very considerate of me disability and are excellent drivers. It is also one of the few car services that has a telephone hotline which I have found extremely helpful. I live in the NE Bronx near Mount Vernon and sometimes need trips into Mount Vernon. My only regret is that Juno is cannot pick up from Westchester County. I hope Juno will eventually extend their territory beyond the 5 boroughs.

I dropped my iPhone 8 Plus in the cab (my negligence). I was carrying some items off and I forgot my phone inside. I contacted the driver with my boyfriend’s phone and said to hell with me!!! Reported this situation with JUNO, nothing much happened. There goes my phone... might as well take an Uber next time.

Much Cheaper than Uber. At times Uber gets expensive with prices it’s a nice alternative than the other car service apps. The drivers are clean keep their cars neat for their customers
