Downloaded the app to try it out. It was cheaper than Uber and Lyft. Felt good that I can get to my destination cheaper. Requested a ride. The driver was in the way. I’m waiting. Looked back at the app and it said that my payment can not be used. Talking about it’s fraud. Are you kidding me? So I went to Uber to get an Uber. They saying that my payment method can not be used at the time! Come to find out my bank put a block on my card because Juno said it was fraud. It caused me to spend more money and almost made me late to picking up my son! Unacceptable. Do not use this app! My first review ever and hopefully it’ll be my last

Went to NYC and heard about this app with a great discount for first time riders. Took it from LaGuardia airport to Manhattan and got a discount of ~$17 which made it cheaper than lyft which I usually always take. The next day I got charged by Juno for ~$17, they say it was because of traffic. Strange that it was a few cents different than my discount. I’ll be sticking with lyft.

I’ve been using Juno for months now, and it’s a pretty good service but then someone introduced me to Lyft and I have to say Lyft has way better fees!

All drivers should generally have an idea of the area where they are going. This driver was from the Bronx and didn’t have the slightest idea about Queens. Of course, he would entirely rely on Waze which a lot of times is not the best route. Also, I respected him being very cautious driving but sometimes when your passenger has to reach the destination at a certain time, he could definitely have driven a little faster without speeding. Hopefully he would be more familiar with the different boroughs of NYC. I wish him well.

The app is good. However, the map choice destination needs some help. I wanted to go to a specific destination at a park in NYC, it automatically put an address 1 block south of my chosen destination. Inadvertently putting me off of a direct route and causing me extra time. This is NYC guys. We don’t have time to divert from a direct route.

The Juno app was flukey in showing the location of the assigned car for pickup. As if they didn’t know where their driver was.
Otherwise loved the driver and the ride.
The friendliest and most professional drivers. Clean cars and overall a seamless experience. If something goes differently than expected, you can actually call them!

I’m so over this application as a whole.
On two occasions I was given an upfront price & charged twice the amount by the time the ride was over. The first time, I was compensated by getting refunded the difference of the original price. Just today I was given an upfront of the 39.00 just be just charged 52.00. I’ve sent Juno two emails & have yet to receive a response. This is ridiculous ! If I could give no stars, definitely would. Smh

The Juno app works well. But for some reason my home address always leads drivers to the back of my building. I've contacted Juno customer service about it but they couldn't correct the problem. This happens with Lyft too, so I suppose it's a problem with Google Maps or something.

5 stars for it’s Customer Service line. Typically a company’s weakest asset, it’s by far Juno’s strength. Pickup is usually a longer wait than like apps, and the driver switch-off is a constant (pushing waiting times longer). Also, drivers pick up a fare and dont drive towards you at alllll. And texts get no response. Calls go to voicemail. BUT, customer service is A1 in terms of getting ahold of the driver or awarding credits.

When I checked on the app the price it said 16$ and with discount 15$, at the end I was charged 22$. If I knew I would use Lyft instead of Juno. I thought it’s cheaper than Lyft but in reality it’s just a trick to make you use their service and at the end they charge you double. Don’t be tricked by their pirate like business practice. Deleting and never using this again.

It gets the job done in terms of picking you up and dropping you off but come on,Getting you from point A to point B has NEVER been so expensive and time consuming. $80 to get you from Queens to Brooklyn seems like robbery to me considering that it used to cost $30-40. Not worth it. Take the train

When I found out that Uber takes 38% of the drivers earnings and Juno takes only 10%, there was no question that I had to switch and I did. I have been completely happy with my Juno experience and have used Juno exclusively since 2016. Using Juno about once a week since then, I have only had cause to rate one driver/experience below five stars. I recommend switching to Juno, 100%.

I have encountered many issues with drivers not coming to the location which I have entered into the JUNO APP.
Instead of driving to my location, for example, they have appeared at an address around the corner. When speaking to the driver by phone they insist that I come to where they are. They state that the GPS took them to the wrong location; and, they simply want to blame the GPS, as if, this is something that is totally acceptable. They just “don’t get it”; they act as if they do not understand that we use this system because we want to be picked-up, from where we are. They do not understand that if I need to find their car a block away, or around the corner, I may as well, just take a yellow cab. Or, simply, I just use the subway.
They do not understand that they need to carefully look at an address and ascertain if they are at the correct address (the described drivers actually don’t even look at the address). I believe that JUNO needs to install better standards which their drivers need to adhere to. It is, as if, they know that the above described behavior will be tolerated by JUNO; and, that they easily can get work from other entities, therefore, they can just do as they please. Another issue is, drivers who agree to respond, but learn of an assignment from another source of work, and likewise cancel. This happens too often and is absolutely unacceptable. Again, I stress that JUNO needs higher standards for their drivers. I hope this does actually happen. I would prefer to be a loyal JUNO customer; but, rather, I often find myself using alternate transportation. I hope that JUNO gets control of what is going on. This needs to happen from the the very top of JUNO! Without any doubt, the drivers should not be running the company!

As a driver JUNO start a new scam which is really bad , they started Long ride but it’s not long ride,it’s about 30 minutes ride from the airport which is really tough for us after waiting an hour it’s not satisfactory and it’s definitely a scam ride!

I was disappointed to see a $2 wait time fee on my bill. I was at grand army plaza when the driver arrived at the corner of 5th Avenue and 58th street. He was not at grand ave plaza yet I had to pay an additional $2 to walk to him. I understand from the driver that he could not pick us up at the location due to NYC laws but I shouldn’t have to pay extra since I had to walk to him. I see this as an issue with Juno not the driver.

This was our first ride with Juno. The first offer was for a pickup several blocks from our hotel. I tried again and the second offer was for a pickup right across the street. Unlike other ride services Juno took us to the door of our destination. Our driver Andres arrived at our pickup location within 3 minutes and made our ride very pleasant with friendly low key conversation. It was a great first experience!

Use this by default as more ethical than other services. Fun surprise is that they are also the best!! Everything works! And drivers are pleased to have gotten job through Juno.
They don’t quite have LaGuardia pick up down. App isn’t as good as lyft for that.
Have used maybe 100 times through the years — beginning with Getting. The few times I’ve had problems they’ve been quick to respond and generous with refunds. Do miss the scheduling in advance feature.

This guy pulled up completely rude & ready to argue. He should not be representing this company and driving people he has issues with whom he does not know. Seriously a major blow to @Juno knowing that there’s a bigot & verbal confrontationist towards people who they do not know. After all the bull**** that I’ve been through with Juno within the past two weeks (06/24 - 07/08), I’m considering never using this platform ever again & never recommending it to anyone. Shameful that this will never be resolved, but I will post this on social media and tell everyone who asks about a RELIABLE car service app.

The app said 20 and change for a 1.5 mile ride. When it came time to rate the driver (who was great) the app said it charged $40 and change.

i’m glad they finally added an extra stop. Most drivers would say just change the address before the ride ends which is ok, some drivers would say no, i would have to order a new ride. Very happy
