you should be able to check if your car is compatible with the app before you’re forced to buy the subscription!! makes no sense buying a subscription just to find out your car is not compatible like get serious. I just want to scam innocent people out there money.

So let’s start off with you have to pay for the app before even knowing if your care is compatible (mines not) so now I’m out 23 dollars and can’t even connect to a customer service agent to cancel this stupid subscription (you have to subscribe upon downloading). Rip off and a joke.

It is stuck on demo car n ite not getting off. I even removed the app n put it in again n its still stuck on demo car obnoxious. At first it rold me everything about my car. How much ch gas n oil if its low yet mph miles now nothing i say onstar BIG mistake. Ive had wifi in all my cars since 2015. I never had to make an account n pay for data on my wifi in my car. Of course the previous cars were Fords. U got in the car n it switched over from whatever wifi u were in rite to Ford n our second car was the same. Infinity. I never had to pay an extra 50 a mail nth to get any info. N if u do break down atent we paying enuf in insurance that they take care of that????

I’ve purchase this app. Followed all the instructions and it wouldn’t let me add my car SUV. I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it compatible with the digital key. I’ve cancelled the subscription which I paid $70 for. Still no refund. This is sad.

After checking to see if my Jeep was compatible, I purchased the year long package and found out soon after the purchase that my Jeep does not have the software to accommodate this app. I've reached out for a refund same day able haven't heard back. The BBB is my next stop. Very unhappy.

There doess not appear to be a Uconnect website. I established commite. When I try to connect to my truck, I give it my FCA login info, it says that it is connected but that I don't have a Uconnect subscription. It says "click this box" to get a subscription. Then the little icon just spins on my iPhone indefinitely. If you can't address this, I want a refund. Having to commit to a subscription only to find that the app can't be made to work is maddening.

Save your time and money this app in my case for Mercedes and Audi and my friends Toyota it does nothing more than what the apps that are free through those companies already do. In fact, it’s much more limited and buggy. For example, Mercedes, I will add the vehicle and it will show it there but it doesn’t let me do anything with the vehicle and every time I click on something it tells me to add the vehicle again on Audi. It only shows about half the things you can do. For example, you can’t remote start the car and what’s the point of it if this doesn’t add any functionality than I already get for free let alone if the app just doesn’t work and they had the audacity to charge you $20 a month or $70 a year already submitted for a refund. This app should not be allowed on the App Store save your money. I got this because I thought it would be nice to use with Siri instead of having to go into the Mercedes have to start my car, but that functionality doesn’t exist whatsoever either whatsoever either.

There is no way to trial this software. You have to commit and pay money. Apple may refund if it doesn’t work but I wouldn’t bet on it and give these thieves money. Yeah, there’s a demo mode that does absolutely nothing nor lets you see how it works for you… so… basically pointless

I downloaded this app and it doesn't work with my jeep, I thought there was a free trial and I canceled it within the same day and my account was still charged $76 and I've contacted two different emails for app support asking for a refund and have not got any responses! Don't waste your money!

Bought this app, had my doubts. Currently it says my car is about 7000 miles from me, when it’s less than 50 feet away. It says I have 6200 miles on my odometer. I have 4000. Tire pressure for each tire is currently 0. No oil levels listed. Not one function is working and it shows as connecting successfully

You’re charged without a trial period. When your vehicle is incompatible with the app there is no way to retrieve your money back. It’s a shame Apple allow developers to scam their customers.

This app makes you pay ahead of time so after i paid i filled in the appropriate information including my VIN number of my vehicle. Then it came back stating my vehicle was not eligible for this app. I asked for a refund and cancel the subscription and i am not getting any cooperation.

This app does not work with my 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport. I paid the $69 annual fee for the service and it does not work. I followed the setup directions to the letter. Still no luck.
