I wish I would've read the reviews before I downloaded this app.
I live in Ohio and the closest one to me is supposedly in South America… Even though there is one just down the road. Since it only works for people in South America how about putting that information up in the app so we don't waste our time ...... it's just a total waste of time!!!!

One would think that since kfc is such a wide spread and POPULAR restaurant in the U.S. , that the app would be set for U.S. citizens as well as others from around the world. But in this case, there are no options for people in the U.S.. Don’t download the app.

You would think with all the negative reviews that someone with KFC Corp would look into it and resolve this. But I guess that either their customers are not important or they are not concerned with negative reviews. Trust the reviews: this app is not for the United States nor can you change the location to the U.S..
