Functionality routinely doesn’t work. There are no instructions explaining what you’re supposed to do to progress. My daughter spent about 8 minutes finger smashing the screen, trying in vain to get this app to actually do something before she just gave up.

Tried to scan a check and the orientation is off and then I couldn’t scan the back of the check. It doesn’t update in real time. It showed a donation was made but not showing it in the total. The app is glitchy and slow.

I cannot believe you have so many positive reviews. I have had nothing but problems with this app.
I was able to submit a PayPal donation once and then had nothing but issues right after trying to submit another.
The fact that I have to make different accounts for each child is an absolute pain and has caused confusion.
Now, I’m trying to deposit checks that were given to us from grandparents for donation and I can’t deposit them because the app stalls out and freezes. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It should not be so difficult for someone to make a deposit via check or in general.

The motivation behind this app is great. But it would be better to be able to have one login and then be able to toggle between different kids in one family. Having to do separate emails, log-ins and passwords is just a lot and frustrating.
It also just freezes a lot or takes a while to recognize donations and challenge checks.

It would be great if they can make it to where we can add more than just one child instead of making new profile for every child we have. We have 3 and to have them in one profile and able to switch from to another and not log out and log in to another.

App is glitchy doesn't show badges earned. The place to "click here" for support doesn't work-made self donation but it didn't "count" and was required to donate $10 as a minimum. Requires 10 emails but most people don't check emails and no option to send it as a text message which would have been the most efficient way. The qr code doesn't work either.

I really don’t like this site. You can’t have multiple kids under one user name and it’s very difficult to navigate. I signed in to donate and I can’t find anywhere to even do that.

Literally everything we entered was changed in the app, even the goal we chose, and none of the challenges we completed were credited. I have spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to change it back and am just not willing to spend any more of my time on it at this point. It’s sad because my child would really like to participate.

This app is a HUGE pain for me personally to use. I am admittedly not tech savvy, but that’s all the more reason to make it easy for parents/guardians to use.
It’s not easy to share your child’s donation page and it’s a pain that each child needs their own login. I’m glad I only have 2 kids so I don’t have to do this a million times.

I do this for school every year and raise a lot of money. But there are glitches that say I didn’t donate even thought I did. I resented the app multiple times and the even reset my device but it says $0 raised even if I just raised $50. I love this app a lot but pls fix this bug because it makes me really frustrated and makes me wonder if the money that I’m trying to donate is going to a different place. Pls fix this bug.
