KidWarden tells you right away when someone sends your child something worrying. When a child aged 9 to 13 gets their first phone, strangers and bullies can reach them in messengers long before a parent finds out. Kids often do not tell. KidWarden gives you an early warning, so you can talk to your child and react in time. HOW IT WORKS Install KidWarden on your phone and on your child's Android phone Connect the two phones with a one-time code from your app On the child's phone KidWarden runs quietly in the background and checks incoming messenger and SMS notifications When a message matches a phrase from your list, you get a push alert with the app name, a short fragment and the risk level WHAT IT WATCHES FOR Attempts to meet your child in person Requests for photos Asking your child to keep secrets from parents Sexual content and suggestive messages Threats and bullying Requests for personal information like address or school YOU STAY IN CONTROL Edit the list of detected phrases, add your own, set a category and a high or medium risk level Restore the ready-made default list at any time Mark alerts as handled or save the important ones Call your child straight from an alert See whether the child's phone is protected and when it last synced Send a test alert during setup to check that everything works RESPECTFUL BY DESIGN Phrases are matched on the child's phone You only get a short fragment of the matching message, never whole conversations Nothing is blocked and your child can use their phone normally Your child cannot change the settings IMPORTANT The child's phone must be an Android phone. The parent app works on iPhone and Android. KidWarden detects phrases, not meaning, so it will not catch every risk. It is a warning tool, not a replacement for talking with your child.
