I loved this app. It totally helped me out with Christmas gifts, I was raving about it. I made 4 purchases, all paid with my chime debit card. I have made every payment before or on time. I have 1 payment left on 2 purchases. I’ve been trying to make a purchase over the last month and it keeps telling me it doesn’t support my card yet. UM...HUH?? Then why was I able to make 4 separate purchases with the SAME card I’m trying to use now? I’m dumbfounded and actually super agitated right now. Totally over it. Makes absolutely NO SENSE. If this doesn’t get fixed, you’ll be losing a customer not to mention plenty others.
I returned a product and it shows on your end however I haven’t gotten my money back and another payment was taken out

I lost my debit card and so I got a new card and since I didn’t use the app to make the purchase I am unable to update my card so it’s declining because they using my old card

Chime not accepted anymore, girl at klarna said its amazon no true its Klarna! Im elaborating because you answered this is all electronically run? Your losing good customers because customer service knows nothing about what going on with app and they cant even give customers reasons this is their answer oh its the app try again later! Thats not an answer! Now i use chime and cant buy anymore!! Makes no sense to hit up support they know nothing!!

Until that’s fixed, I’ll stick with QuadPay or Afterpay or PayPal in 4. Too many other options now.

I was Flemish about klarna bc I heavily use QuadPay but the convenience of “buy low, pay the rest later” is the future of consumer online shopping 🛍... it’s also an addiction sometimes.
Card approvals not @100% 2/5
It’s a hit or miss, the card can get decline by the company you trying to purchase from or simply the card from Klarna does not work and you have to go through the hassle of calling your bank, calling the company you’re trying to purchase from and finally Klarna to realize its a Klarna issue.

I like that Klarna is an option for payment but I don’t like that they separate the payments to each individual item instead of by the total of the shopping trip. It makes me not want to make another purchase.
If you don’t mind all the small payments then it’s not a big deal

No one at this company is visionary enough to see that their customers would like an actual balance and know that because of what is or isn’t available in that balance they know what the can and can’t buy... who wants to roll dice on each purchase to see if they’re approved or not in the moment of buying...?

i will not be going through klarna again. i ordered a dress from a boutique in august and had to return it in the beginning of september. i reported the return to klarna, and the boutique at this time. Klarna reached out in October to confirm that the investigation was complete and i informed them that it was. just last week (01/2021) i received an email from Klarna along the lines of “sorry for the delay, we’re glad it was resolved!” then the payments for an item I RETURNED AND DO NOT OWN resumed. they told me to contact the store because i guess it’s the customers job to babysit stores to make sure they update their payment processors. i cannot get in contact with the store after numerous emails, voicemails, social media DM’s, comments, everything you can think of, but klarna still wants me to make payments! for something i don’t own! :) the agents were all very nice and understanding, but that does not make up for the goose chase i’ve been on all week because stores can’t follow up on their end.

I used this app thinking it would be useful. When I was attempting to buy my son an oculus the session timed out with GameStop. It out a hold of 423 on the Klarna account and is still preparing the order now in January this all happen in November of 2020. There is still no resolution

Of course there was a response that they would help me right away because of my negative review. Yet again I was told that they can’t do anything when I went through Facebook like they directed me. They said the note on the account is for me to contact the company where the ghost card was spent. I have no order number, no shipping address, no name of who the order was placed under. How they expect me to dispute the charges is beyond me. They also aren’t doing anything about the money taken out of my account. BIG SURPRISE! Go with any other company other than KLARNA. There is absolutely zero protection if someone accesses your account. They basically wash their hands of you and don’t take the matter seriously.
I honestly loved the app until someone gained access to my account and spent over $300. They also immediately paid three transactions I had open to make a purchase. Which took over 200 out of my account. They claim they have 24/7 online assistance .... that is 100% untrue. I waited until they opened and called... the person on the phone said she couldn’t help me I’d need to contact them online. Ok fine, did that. Then online directed me to call. So I called was told they couldn’t help me or stop the transactions I needed to contact the store. With what freaking information? I didn’t make the purchase. Asked to speak to a supervisor... supposedly there aren’t any that can help, they have to submit a request. Well big surprise no one has gotten back to me. There is no protections in place and Customer service is a freaking joke. Horrible horrible experience.
