Licendi Inbox is the mobile app of the Licendi customer support team. Licendi sells software licences online at licendi.com. Our support agents use Licendi Inbox to look after customers wherever they are: • See conversations from the licendi.com live chat and get a notification when a customer writes • Reply to customers, add private notes for colleagues and attach photos, files or voice messages • Assign conversations, change their status and organise them with labels • Use canned responses for frequent questions • Switch between the inboxes you work in Licendi Inbox is a work tool for Licendi staff and partners who have an agent account on the Licendi support system.
