More times than not something on the order gets forgotten or even this last time the driver marked it delivered while I was standing on my porch on the phone with support and he was nowhere to be found. It’s seriously just not worth it. Support doesn’t care, the store doesn’t care. You might get a refund in 7-10 days but it’s not worth the grief.

Live five minutes from my little Caesars and I have set the little Caesars store five minutes from my house as my store and when I start the order it’s at my store and then you change it and order it from some other goddamn store. I am so fed up with this I haven’t even been ordering from you and if this continues, I will not order from you again get it together.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, a stuffed pretzel crust pizza, stuffed crazy bread, and extra marinara at 8:30 tonight. The pretzel crust pizza was re-released yesterday, 03/27. We get ready and drive 25 minutes to the closest Little Caesar’s only for them to tell us at 9:10 that they did not offer the pretzel crust products yet, were out of crazy bread, and because we ordered on the app, they could not issue a refund. The store gave us a regular pizza, a stuffed crust pizza, and 2 sides of wings to make things as right as possible, despite the fact that issue does not lie with the store, it seems to lie with the app and it’s communication. At this day in age, food ordering should be an omni-channel experience, which is does not seem to be supported at this time with Little Caesar’s.

I was given the wrong pizza and not offered any compensation for an additional 20 minute wait and the rest of my order getting cold while I waited. The cashier also took the incorrect pizza back from me and took it to behind the counter which is against health and safety code.

Ordering online at the Livernoise location in Detroit Michigan is a waste of time. This is my third experience with ordering through the app and each time the order is not prepared until you get to the location and inform the employees you have placed an online order. It does not matter that the order is fully paid for and ordered 2 hours in advance. This location is very close to my children’s school so I patronize it for convenience however when service is poor, convenience no longer matters.

Ordering on the app was a pain. Took too long for the pizza to be “ready”. Took even longer waiting in line at the drive-thru to pick it up! I guess they let people pull up to window, order a pizza, then wait while they cook it??? That’s crazy!
After waiting in line about 20 minutes I went inside to get it and had to listen to the girl whine about how hard they’re working. I can appreciate that, but do better!
If you offer a service (order on the app then pickup at the drive-thru) then make it so we don’t have to sit and wait forever. If you can’t do that, let the customer know they need to pick it up inside.
