    The app itself is well designed, but to not have the ability to access anything regarding your rewards points is a major oversight. I like having the ability to pay, but if I can’t access my points to use them and I have to give my rewards number to the staff of the restaurant, it’s pointless. Good start, but poor execution. I hope it gets better over time.

    I have ben using this app for about a year now. When trying to use the mobile pay feature of the app it continually fails to authenticate my card. This has continued over the so called updates of the app to fix bugs. No other restaurant app I have has this problem.

    Got on the waiting list of 40-50 minutes on the app. Arrived 20 minutes later and the wait was now 50 minutes. Getting on the list was pointless. Went elsewhere for dinner.

    No matter what credit card I put in I got an error message saying there was a validation error. When will these places realize Apple Pay is the way to go? Serve food and leave mobile payment to the experts.

    When the Longhorn app was first introduced, I used it to try to pay for my check. Input all the information, and submitted payment, and even got a confirmation number, but server could not verify that payment was made. He got the manager involved, who even called their tech support, and could not figure it out. After a half hour of waiting, I also verified that the payment had not been charged to my card, so I paid again with a physical card. Now, many months later, I figured I would try it again. This time, I even tried to pre-populate my payment information, and the app fails to verify my card info, and also tells me that the logged in person doesn’t match the card info (which I had sent even tried to enter yet!). When that failed again for a second time, I decided to try to fill out the rest of my preferences. I went into settings, and tried to turn on FaceID, and the app instantly crashed! Tried a few more times, with the same result. Ok, giving up, but I should at least try to contact app support under the App Store, so selected the support link, and... it took me to a web page that would not load! Final last resort - leave this review... hopefully someone gets the hint!

    A quick look into the app showed that developers did not take blind customers into consideration yet. Reminder , a blind persons money is the same as everybody else’s. Please label your buttons so that voice over on I phone can read them. Will report app issues to NFB, blinded Veterans Association and other blind social groups in my next email blast. You guys are just steps away from fixing simple problems. Suggest contacting Apple developers for support, they have dedicated team of blind to help make app completely accessible.

    I loaded the app primarily to see my points and rewards. The app does not do that. I still had to use the website for that. I was able to pay my bill from the app which was nice. Didn’t use the waiting list option since it was a Monday night but if that still works like all these other reviews - that option should be removed. There is no point in offering that on the app unless it allows you to use your wait time before arriving at the restaurant. Why even offer it on the app at all? It only creates animosity toward your chain.

    App advised the wait was 20 minutes. Upon arrival was told the wait was 1 hour. Hostess apologized as he typed in my name and said he’d try to get me in in 40 minutes. No thanks, app deleted, off to Outback...

    I couldn’t believe that after using the app to get on the wait list and quoted a 36-45 minute wait time that I was told the same 40 minute wait time when I checked with the host. When I asked, he stated that the wait time doesn’t start until you check in with the host. That’s no different and impressively deceptive as represented in the app and the description of getting on this list. My party immediately left and deleted the app. Very poor customer relations and will always color my feelings about this chain.

    Longhorn and Darden Inc sent an email saying if I got the app, there would be coupon offers sent to my app and email. THEY LIED! Since I installed this app, I have to go searching for any and all discounts and coupons. In fact, the emails stopped sending coupons at all. DON’T INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU WANT AN OCCASIONAL LONGHORN COUPON FOR A FREE APPETIZER OR $5 OFF. They look at installing this app as a sign they hooked you as a fish; they then reel you in with no more bait.

    I patronize both and my points are not combining to one account. Olive Garden is telling me they are going to expire if I don’t eat there by 2/28/2019. I just ate at the Long Horn recently and the points have not merged. I need a solution for this....

    Get on the wait list and the app tells you a time- note that your wait time doesn’t actually start until you arrive at the location! Very misleading!

    My Tourette’s went way out of control this am. App wouldn’t work on two different devices. iPhone said it couldn’t pull up the order page. iPad said my pickup time had changed, although I was never given a chance to choose a pickup time, and the app refused to move past that point. Luckily, I reached a courteous young lady at the local restaurant to take my to-go order.

    Your pick up time has changed when updating an item. Ok fine but at least keep the changes made to the order or update the cache after dismissing the pop up. App does not keep the changes. Oh and don’t give me a blocking pop up to upgrade the app if App Store does not refresh to show the new version. Why do I need to kill the app to have a correct redirection to the App Store to upgrade my app?? Ughhh so frustrating.

    I wish I could complain about wait times or issues with payment methods. The app shut down repeatedly as soon as I opened it. When I finally got into the app, it couldn’t find any restaurant locations. Finally I gave up and deleted it.

    This app is pointless. I joined the wait list and was told 10-15 minutes wait. I got to the restaurant and the hostess didn’t even know there was an app. And I was made to wait 35-45 minutes. It literally did nothing to save time. I was so disappointed Absolute waste.

    When I selected to get on the wait list, I was informed that there would be an 11-15 minute wait. When we arrived 10 minutes later and checked in, the wait time was now 20 minutes. At 30 minutes, I might have chosen a different establishment. Take a look at the Chili’s app. There wait time is accurate and you can check how the line is progressing.

    There are some major glitches with this app, such as not being able to add items to your cart and a message comes up saying “your pick up time has been changed” and I had not even gotten to that point. When you are able to add food the app doesn’t seem to communicate to the restaurant the entirety of the order. The whole process is one big circle. The restaurant is always nice and fixes whatever was left off or not recorded but that’s added work for them they shouldn’t have to worry about on the back end.

    I got this app to be able to get on their waitlist. At the restaurant, they told us that you actually don’t get on the list until you get to the store. SO WHAT IS THE POINT IF THIS FUNCTION? Totally ridiculous.

    I used the QR code to pay on the mobile Website but there was no option to do so - only download the app. Downloaded the app and was met by a screen forcing me to enter full personal information to create an account. Guess what Longhorn. If I was to use Mobile Pay it’s for speed and convenience. I don’t want to be giving you my date of birth, address, cell phone and other stuff to pay a bill. Don’t bother with the app - waste of your time. Quicker paying your server

    Had lunch two weeks back and the service was awesome - Steak was perfect and the entire meal was amazing - thought is was a fluke because it was not very busy on the day we dined - so thought we try dinner the following week when it was very busy - once again the service was awesome and the steak was perfect!

    This App serves absolutely no legitimate purpose except to give them information to sell. The waitlist feature is not even connected to my local location. No matter what day or time it just says no wait even though there is actually an hour wait. So you think “we’ll at least I’ll get some offers” Nope there are no offers except a place you can enter a code you don’t have. Umm that’s why I downloaded your stupid app. This app is what happens when you go cheap and hire a kid that creates apps on the side. Avoid at all costs.

    We used the app to get “in line” for the Winter Haven Florida location tonight. It said 30-45 minute wait. 25 minutes later upon arrival at the restaurant we were told it was still 45 minutes. Don’t have the feature if it’s not going to work.

    App will not let me add new card for payment unable to validate. Also allowed me to put my gift card in subtracted total from bill but failed for invalid gift card when I tried to submit payment.

    No scan option to put your receipt right on the app for your rewards.. I missed big dining points because I thought I could just add my receipt to my app to get my points and there is no option to do that.. You can only pay the bill with the scanner.. Red Lobsters is much easier to use.. check it out!

    Credit/Debit card authorization keeps failing. App is bugged, needs work. Do not “developer response” with suggestions, this is an app issue not a payment problem. Fix it or we will no longer dine here.

    I love finally having a Longhorn app but I don’t see “Specials” when ordering on the app? There’s also a good possibility I’m blind and I’m just missing it though. Also, I just updated to the new version and when I try to enter an offer code, it says I’m not logged in and I clearly am. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

    Nice looking app BUT it makes you think you’re getting on the wait list with an accurate wait time. Was quoted 31-35 minute wait on the app. Arrived after 25 minutes and was told it would be 30-40 more minutes. Hostess stated she hates the app because no one in the restaurant works with it to coordinate it and give accurate wait times.

    Used this app to put us in line. It said 11-15 minute wait. It took us 2( minutes to drive there. Checked in and the hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Another worker tried to explain that the app only puts us in line ahead of people who didn’t use the app. Very misleading.

    The app is HORRIBLE. My family wanted to join the wait list one hour prior to our arrival time but the app said no wait so we just went on over at the time we had planned. It said no wait even as we sat in the lobby being told by the host that there was a 25-30 minute wait. Don’t trust the app. It will lead you astray.

    We were quoted 26-36 minutes for our wait time. We show up at 30 minutes and we were told it would be about 20-25 mins. I asked if this was additional to what we had already waited and the hostess said “yes unfortunately. I’m sorry”. Don’t make an app with a wait list option if it’s not accurate! We put ourselves in line to avoid this and now here we are, standing in the cold doors, waiting for a table for another half hour. Ridiculous. Also another recommendation for the app - include the countdown for the incorrect wait time so that way people know if they need to hurry to get there or have another 10 minutes to do something.

    The app took forever to load options and choices. After 20 minutes it kicked out my pickup time because too much time had passed since I started my order. I only wanted 4 meals easy enough, so I thought. Finally had everything ready to go put in my card number and it said payment would not cover taxes, what does that even mean. This is the worst app ever, I will not be using it to order my Togo meals again.
