    I’ve tried several times to use this to order curbside and am always getting ‘unable to process’ and ‘your order didn’t make it through our system try again’ notices. I really want to be able to order, but if they can’t get the app right during COVID when the only option we have is to pick up, that makes me second guess if they really care that much. It seems every single thing I tap just results in an error message. Don’t waste your time and order from someplace like Chili’s that has a decent app that actually works....

    Dear Longhorn, Your food is delicious, you waiters attentive and the restaurant is fabulous western rodeo. Your app however left a bad taste in my mouth, as it’s still very buggy... Open app, and it locks up for 2 minutes.. ok, finally allows me into the home screen. Click touch less payment, scan QR code.... wait 90 seconds... I’m sorry QR code not found.. Take out wallet and slide card to waiter..... Such hope and promise for a covid19 touch-less payment option... yet failed

    The App is fine and the convenience is fantastic but it doesn’t allow you to pre-pay using the cell phone...only by computer. This is inconvenient. I keep getting an error code when time to pay. If that is fixed, it will be great.

    Using the app was not as easy as I’d hoped. I really like the steaks but getting the order right in the app was difficult at best. Had to put in comment for extra butter and choice of salad dressing and got neither. Getting baked potato the way I wanted was another nightmare. Instead of potato with butter and pick what you want the option is loaded and then pick what you don’t want. The food was good but I’ll probably not use the app again.👎

    We’ve used Curbside a few times during this shutdown and they’ve been great! Order online. Text them when you arrive. They bring everything g to your car. Go home to cold salads and hot food that’s very yummy!!!!

    Curbside order was placed at 1:45pm to be ready at 2:20pm. Currently 3:30pm still waiting and no one has checked to let us know anything. Total train wreck!

    I can’t understand the high rating on this app. I find it unusable, nothing but one error message after another. I can’t checkout, can’t change pickup time, can’t delete the order. Their website is just as bad.

    20 min on an app to order is way too long , put extra sides on the same line with food we are ordering , trying to find a way to add extra sides is also not very user friendly . I’m in my 30s don’t see how someone in their 50s or 60s would manage to navigate this very well. At checkout the app wanted me to fix a coupon code that I never tried to input in the first place, so I couldn’t pay online forcing me to enter the restaurant and pay.

    Could never check out and pay online as it produced an error msg telling me to present coupon to the person at pickup. Never tried to use a code, didn’t have one and could never override to order After several minutes of trying and having time pushed back I gave up deleted my payment info from the card and deleted the app

    I like the potential of this app, but it never works correctly for me. Tonight, it wouldn’t let me pay online. It said my coupon code wasn’t valid, even though I hadn’t entered one. The previous time, the app said the restaurant was out of steak, but they had plenty of steak.

    While learning to use the Longhorn app. and looking for a high quality steak dinner we have become accustomed to at Longhorn Steakhouse during less stressful years-gone-by, we were astounded to be treated so well at the curb-side pickup followed by a perfect steak dinner from a bag when we made it home.     I ordered curb side of course, through the app, and it was easy. Everything was ready on time and everything I ordered was in the bag. The food was great and cooked just right. The tea is especially good. I will definitely be back and recommend this to everyone. ☺️

    The app stalled at the payment so no food ordered. And the link here on the App Store wouldn’t open. They cook a good steak but they need to fire their application provider. Right now in the middle of the pandemic is no time to have a poor to-go app.

    I’ve been trying to login into the app to place Togo orders for months. It won’t reset my password or even recognize my account. I have a rewards account and receive coupons and emails monthly. I’m not sure why it won’t let me login , reset my password . I’ve tried to create a new account and the App doesn’t work for that feature either. I love longhorn and I hope they fix this soon.
