Something isn’t right at this Wayne location. I ordered online only to go pick up and it’s closed last month I just tried to order again and it says no available times for pickup. Nobody answers the phone. It’s bad business practices.

This app is simply horrible. The “order” button does not work. Why else would anyone use the app other than to place an order? Clicking on the button does absolutely nothing. The color of the button changes, but it never links to the ordering page.

When I first got the app it was great. For about the last year and it always tells me my connection is too weak to load the app no matter where I am what Wi-Fi network I’m on even on one strong enough to load everything I ever wanted but not LPQ can’t use it in the restaurant to record purchases.

It’s near impossible to tell if your order has gone through. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to the store for pick up only to hear my order was never transmitted.

I just tried to update my credit card and it won’t accept the change. So I can’t pay using the app which means I’m not earning my “dough” which is annoying! (Also I liked it better when it was black)

I’ve ordered through the app for 4 different locations, and every time I’ve been in the store significantly longer than those waiting in line. The drink is usually forgotten, and I have to wait for the employees to tend to those waiting in line before they make my drink. They need to take a lesson from Starbucks’ app.

This app won’t let you copy/paste to the password field when it asks you to log in, actively discouraging use from people using password managers.
The app also works very poorly when you don’t give it your location because it immediately forgets what zip code you gave it when you go back to the location search page.
So not very support of security and privacy minded people at all.

Attempted two transactions. The first tome, I got a message that the transaction did not process, but moments later received an email confirming the payment had gone through. The second time, I could not check out items at the counter.
The layout and graphics look promising, but the app doesn’t work.

Ive scanned my receipts (three) and it never works. I don't get credit/my points and considering how expensive LPQ is, the points help. App needs a revamp.

Since the update last week it’s now completely impossible to order. “Adding item” just continues to spin, there’s no way to get into the basket and checkout, and there is entirely too much scrolling with the new UI. The App still doesn’t list ingredients, and it’s unclear whether it now Steve’s credit card info since I can’t even get to the stage of paying. They also promised we could redeem rewards through the app’s new versions but it’s unclear how that’s possible.
New update requires iOS 10.0 or later, which I don't have and many people don't have. And the version I've been using no longer works.
Who made the decision to leave loyal customers behind and why?

Tried to order a giftcard online. 12.50 for delivery. Have ordered online before, delivery by usps no issues. Now not an option. Called store directly spoke to a manager, wouldnt take order over phone, suggested the app, that I could order a gc and pay on the app. Nope. Cant do that. AND, app gets worst reviews Ive seen for an app!

I’ve been using and enjoying this app for a while to order lunch in advance so I don’t have to wait a half hour for my sandwich to be made at the store. I upgraded my phone to an 8+ using iOS 11.0.3 and when I try to select my sandwich to pre-order, the screen won’t scroll down far enough for me to select it and purchase. Basically, this has caused me to delete the app and eat elsewhere. Please fix this, it’s unbelievably dumb to have an error like this, to not notice, to not fix, and to not have anywhere on your site or in the app to report the bug.

Add to Cart button missing from some items. Usually items where you need to select bread type. Nobody check this stuff? (iPhone 6)

Just went to the westwood location. 21 minutes when not busy to pick up egg salad and cup of gazpacho. Rude manager to boot who couldn't be bothered to even check on sandwich. While waiting another guest told me to check my order because always wrong

I rarely if ever have rated an app but this is truly terrible. I wanted to order berry oatmeal but it always priced at $0 and I got a "POS" error when I tried to check out. So I selected banana oatmeal instead which priced but when I tried to online order it, each time I entered my credit card it said "Loading credit card..." and spun endlessly. There is also no ability to select what type of milk you'd like in a chai latte although you can with oatmeal. After wasting 15 min trying to online order in advance to "save time" I just called it in.

Have tried for a week to receive credit on more than $300 worth of purchases to no avail. Should not come as a surprise after consistently poor table service during those visits. Take your business elsewhere.

It shows that you've placed an order in the past, but the lag time is really slow and there's no way to review your order within the app. It doesn't allow you to edit or cancel an order which would be nice to be able to do within a small grace period.
Also, you cannot search for the location you want - it only pulls up a list of those around you. Today I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location, which is totally my fault, but likely wouldn't have happened if I'd been able to type in the street name of the location I wanted to order from. Will be deleting the app for good..

Really hard to use. I am hungry and just ordered food and not sure it even worked. Had to enter card number twice - app is not ready for use. Why rush out with a piece of work like this to shame the restaurant which has excellent food. Somebody was in a rush.

I like using the app to pay when I'm at a physical location but whenever I try to order in advance, it doesn't recognize me or my payment method, asks for me to enter one (I put all my info in) and then I get a never-ending "loading credit card" message. It just doesn't work so I call for the order and when I pay in-store I'm asked, "Why didn't you order ahead?" - it doesn't work!

It crashes all the time and my local LPQ can't scan my barcode 50% of the time. And placing online orders is useless- my food is never ready when they say it is. LPQ and their app aren't cutting it.

It doesn't always open. Several times I have tried to open while waiting in line only to see the main logo page. It fails to progress to the options page where you can actually use it. Le Pain has a nice logo, but that's not why I downloaded the app. Seems like it should be an easy fix. If serious about this app, should prioritize the fix. Otherwise people will stay with Starbucks...
