Amazing love but there is an issue 4/5
I love lulu and they have amazing service! But I recently started noticing that when I hit the add to cart button it didn't add to my cart. This is really disappointing because I'm not able to remember what I want to buy.

i LOVE lululemon!!! you might think “omg why would u pay that for leggings?” and don’t get me wrong, i thought that too but when i bought my first pair a while ago i knew what the hype was about. my favs are the align leggings. THEY ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE LEGGINGS I OWN!!! however one thing i absolutely HATE is that i pay good money to get my leggings and ship them to my house, when they give me the LOWEST class shipping available. it has been VERY BAD lately and my leggings literally took like 1.5-2 weeks to get here. INSANE!!!! i understand if it’s just one time, but it’s EVERY-TIME!! anyways i expect more from the company if i’m paying that much. BUT I LOVE LULULEMON WITH ALL MY FREAKING HEART💞💞💞💞

I have contacted Lulu 4 times now about a top I ordered a month and a half ago. They keep telling me I'll be contacted about receiving the item. It never shows up

Please fix your app interface. When scrolling though the items, the app loads new items and takes you back to where you first start. Please check your WMTM section for womens.

Love the app. Only thing I would love to see changed is the way we are allowed to view items. For example “new arrivals, low to high price, etc”
Bad privacy and staff 1/5
The staff in store are generally with very low standards. And I can’t delete account from the app. It has privacy concerns.

I have found your web sight to be over and beyond what a customer wants when purchasing or just browsing. The displays of new fashions look fab, and although I personally can’t use many of the current styles you have what young grandmas want. I was speaking to my stylish girlfriend and explained to her why I cant use Lysse leggings except around the house as they have great features in the front but the butt part will weaken and that leaves you looking weird. Same for Zelle. When you can get the best fit for $10 more why not. I’m one happy customer!

I like the fit of my sweatshirt. But after a few washings it’s so faded out I probably won’t wear it.
I wash in cold and hang dry all my lululemon shirts etc. I currently have six of these sweatshirt. Two of them are faded.

Creating an account problem 1/5
Every time I try to create an account so I can have a wishlist and keep all the things I like there is says “we cannot create your account and I won’t tell me why it won’t or anything I would be glad to shop if I could create an account. I’m not going to rate it because I don’t know enough about it yet and I don’t want to miss lead someone but I have to put a start to send so I’m just going to put one that doesn’t mean it’s bad for me I just don’t know enough about it yet.

An order was marked as delivered that never showed up. I waited a few days; nothing. I try to call customer service and I’m currently on the 50th minute of waiting. I tried to use their chat bot, but it can’t handle orders and told me there would be a 50 min wait for chat.

I have been trying to reach you on text, live chat, phone, email and GEC to no avail.
All I want to do is cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing the order. I don’t understand why this is so difficult!
Your text is undergoing maintenance.
Your live chat disconnects after 15 mins and there is a 46 min wait time.
Your phone is a 50 min wait time and disconnects after 45 mins.
When I try to email, the capatcha image doesn’t show and I can’t play the sound so I can’t send this email.
Your GEC prompts me to select an issue and then promptly says it can’t solve the problem.
I literally reached out to cancel my order after 5 minutes of placing it and I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my order within the 1 hour limit policy. I wish you would have a self-service cancel button like most retail shops in this day and age. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a retail shop.
Please contact me and help me cancel this order

The app typically doesn’t jump around dirk g scrolling. Currently it is. Example. Scroll down a bit and it will pop back up to where you were just a few seconds ago. Yes ya strange behavior I was located on the Made to much site die woman. I do have a screen capture of it if you want it.

After waiting on hold 40 minutes and getting cut off and telephoning back and waiting on hold 50 minutes and Kevin cut off I went to the store to return a pair of women’s leggings that were sent to me arbitrarily by mistake. The store would not except them. Now I’m in for three hours of my life that I will never get back. I called again the next day and they tell me that it is up to me to obtain a shipping package and download an email, print it, fix it to my supplied transport package and then take it to a FedEx or arrange to have FedEx pick it up for me. Imagine a company that will not except back at a store an item that was incorrectly sent to someone. It is beyond frustrating trying to do the right thing. I i’m still waiting for them to contact me like they promised. I never bothered to send me the label to print out at my expense. Hi I am very frustrated and upset and I think I’ll just sit on this product of theirs until they straighten out their priorities

Easy to search items and good sorting categories. Love the option to scan a tag in store to see options.
Missing: the option to save items for later!! It can be hard to keep track of items I previously liked… but wasn’t yet ready to purchase. Other apps have the “saved for later” cart option & this keeps things organized & clear. Also, when items are out of stock the photo disappears & it’s hard to remember what it was? Often, items will be restocked and unless you remember a specific color name/description to search for it later… you may never find it again.

I’m a size 6 in everything and apparently that is a popular size because there is never anything available to purchase. Losing a lot of money as I have been looking for weeks for new leggings and tops and have yet to purchase as availability is not there. Very disappointed!

Clothes are Great but the app and site are maintained by brain damaged developers. Checkout was nearly impossible with shipping and billing address updating with the others information even if I uncheck ‘ billing same as shipping’. I just abandoned my cart I was over it.
