Horrendous app. Took half a dozen tries to download. Sign in function is clunky. Finally signed in so I could check in online. Entered reservation number - app then says - “you need to go to the front desk” to check in? Why did I bother? Lots of wasted effort - you all can do better.

And the staff is always professional and nice.
We love taking our short vacations to M Life properties whether it be in Vages or Washington DC.

The workflow is horrible. It doesn’t remember who you are when you sign into your mlife account , doesn’t show your reservations, doesn’t show up coming reservations , once you check in everything goes away and you have to “check in” again every time.

The absolute worst app. It cannot be this difficult to fix, as it worked before. It went from being a five star to a 0 star in my opinion. It’s simple… Fix it.

No longer functioning! 1/5
Just in time for my trip to Vegas and the Aria, this app is not functioning at all. When I try to open the app it closes (on my iPad) or just remains frozen (on my iPhone). I be trying for 2 days now, including deleting and restarting. Ugh!
We got to the hotel to check in at midnight. We faced ridiculously long lines after a long day of travel, only to check in and find out that our room with a king bed was no longer available. So we were given a 2 bed queen room in the royal tower. Ironically, the couple checking in right next to us was told the very same thing. This is extremely frustrating. We were told we could check back in the morning and SEE if a king is available. What a pain! We are only here for 3 nights so switching after we have settled in is not an option, especially if we have to SEE if one is even available. The room we were given was #6173. We walk in and right off I see a huge stain (size of a dessert plate) on the the sofa. We turn on the a/c which works amazing and I decide to open the drapes to check out the view. The windows are filthy. The dirt appears to be on the outside? This is certainly not a great start to a vacation I’ve been looking forward to very much.

They changed the app and now I have to go to the website only to see which properties are offering room comps. Why waste my time on the app at all if I can’t see the one thing that sets the stage for my entire trip?
Much easier to just deal with my casino host directly.

Been trying to apply for the MLife Credit Card and takes me in circles. Never had to work so hard to get the Credit Card. Still don’t have it

I waited over 30 minutes to check into the Las Vegas property. 30 minutes in I decided to do mobile check in so got out of the regular line with my mobile app downloaded and all the info filled out. It refreshed just as I got to the mobile check in desk and decided then to show a “something went wrong” message. Don’t waste your time with this app - I had to get back in the regular line and wait an additional 45 minutes - and this is at midnight. Figure out your check in MGM! Not staying here again.

We stay at the Beau every time we visit Biloxi. It’s a nice hotel and they always comp us a room. Not much to complain about regarding the rooms and gambling area. I gave 4 stars for one reason. They never have enough wait staff out on the floor. They need more waiters to cater to the thirsty people gambling, I get frustrated when I have to leave the table and go get a drink ..after doing so a few times..,, I just go back to my room.

We had a fantastic time staying at Mandalay Bay. Our room was terrific and the service was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. We look forward to our next trip and staying at one of the MGM properties.

Can’t see comped offers 1/5
I will be visiting Vegas in July and I always make my reservation through the app but on this occasion I couldn’t because I had no comped rooms so I contacted my host and he says he is seeing my account differently from what I have and I do have offers so he reserved for me. I don’t mind using my host but I like to see what’s available before making a decision and now I can’t do it so that’s why I’m giving it one star until it’s fixed

It’s spring break so the lines are super long. So to avoid that u did mobile check in but after waiting 20 minutes I never got the QR code to check in. So clearly there is something wrong with the system.

I shouldn’t have upgraded my version. Check in isn’t working . And the only reason I downloaded the app was to see my free play . And they take it off . Omg . Should have never upgraded. Bring back free play balance ASAP!

Tried many times to check in with this App, but it couldn’t find my confirmation number. Had to stand in the longest line ever at 11PM just to check in. Your app is WORTHLESS, and so is your hotel. First and last time I ever stay at one of your resorts.👎👎

I was very excited when MGMSpringfield was built because it will mean having a piece of my favorite place (Las Vegas ) close by. I was disappointed when I went and found out it doesn’t have a race book in it. 😔
