Add share to ToDo for a 5 Star 5/5
Very nicely implemented. Wish we can get the ability to “Share to ToDo”... Hopefully soon!

Not ONE new feature since Microsoft roll it over four years ago!
Neglected and low-quality, yet passable? 2/5
1. The app occasionally glitches for me, with tasks (especially sub-tasks/steps) disappearing arbitrarily. 98% of the time this doesn’t happen, but a 1-2% failure rate on something so simple and critical is inexcusable.
2. The user interface is painfully inefficient: I’m sick of accidentally converting tasks to sub-tasks when I try moving them around in the app, and not being able to just shake my phone to undo it.
3. The inability to effectively tag things or use different colors of stars is absolutely absurd, and leaves me suspicious the developers are intentionally not making this app better: It’s such an obvious way to improve the app.
4. (Other problems I don’t have time to get into)
5. But it’s ultimately passable, and I can’t just leave the app given how entangled my tasks/to-do list is in this…
Great integration 5/5
Love seamless integration with dynamics and outlook
Good app, bad sharing 3/5
Great to do list but the sharing functionality is unbelievably bad and always has been. Simple sharing my list with someone else took 10 minutes because of bugs and a frustrating login process. Please at least try this on your own before releasing it.
I absolutely love this app 5/5
I have been using this app for over a year now and I am still just as in love with it as the first day I got it. I am someone who loves making lists but always forgets them when I leave or keeps them in multiple notebooks. I like that I can have as many lists, and as many items as I want all in one place. Definitely will be continuing to use this app! I highly recommend!
Pretty good to do app, but it is tedious to integrate it with Outlook calendar 3/5
By Want More!#!
Like I said in my title, I am having trouble taking tasks in to do and converting them into scheduled items on my calendar. The dragon drop method that I saw in online videos doesn’t seem to work when I’m using the To Do app on my desktop computer. I’m not sure what the issue is. But it’s hard to find help. It would be great if all the Outlook apps had links to a manual or video tutorials that could help solve problems like this.
Great features! 5/5
By Mr Putitdown
Very convenient …
no badges? not intuitive. 4/5
If its due today, why are there no badges indicating the number of to do's left? if there are no badges, it's a useless app. Makes no sense. I set reminders. Even with reminders, no badges. Makes no sense. Except for the "my day screen", the layout is plain jane ugly. Very google like. Makes no sense. Shouldn't the My Day screen be derived from the tasks that are currently due? Why do I have to individually add them? Makes no sense. The intuitiveness of the app is about a 6/10 rating. Do better. Again. No badges indicating how many tasks are left, its 100% useless.
edit: I figured out how to turn on badges. why are they not on by default??? at least on first install/open/launch you should be prompted if you want to use them or not. just don’t assume no. for hells sake.
Fantastic App 5/5
I’ve been using this app for months now and it’s incredible. Many of the features included for free here you have to pay for with other to do list apps. Being able to set custom reminders is amazing — being able to set tasks to repeat at custom intervals is so helpful! I love that this is cross platform as well, so I can keep up with my tasks on my computer as well as my phone. I use this app to schedule my day to day life and it’s helped me manage my ADHD exponentially. I have some feature requests Ive wished for, but ultimately the positives outweigh what i wish it had. The repeating tasks combined with the overdue function is a bit odd, as if you miss a repeating task more then once it will duplicate the entire task. This makes using this app as a habit tracker very difficult, and I have to use a different one. Using the app for anything else is amazing though! Thanks for not messing this one up Microsoft 👍🏻
Newest version is broken 2/5
By Drace Nines
I don't know exactly what happened but the mobile iOS version no longer syncs with other instances of the app I have open. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
Keyword Search 4/5
I Love the app but I wish you could search key words to look for task previously added.

Missing Apple Watch view 4/5

Very capable to do app and visually appealing. Missing the ability to status tasks on my Apple Watch in 2022.
Widgets don’t update 2/5
Tasks on the home screen widget don’t update even though background syncing is on. When I check off a ToDo task on the desktop or in Teams, the widget doesn’t update. This means the widget is essentially nothing but a huge button. One has to click on it to get it to update. Also the line spacing and fonts are huge. I’m over 50 and wear reading glasses, and even I think it’s ridiculously large. If I want to see more than two tasks, I have to resize the widget such that it takes up half the home screen. Add an option for a compact mode for chrissakes.
1.You can’t set a Task or reminder without due date
2.When you get notification for repeated task when you click complete its changes the customised time for tomorrow
For example i set a habit task to brush daily at 8am today get notify at 8am and complete the task tomorrow it will give me notifications at somewhere else 11am the time changes itself
Stopped working and Microsoft can’t fix 1/5
Used this app for a long while and depended on it. Have all my important information, lists and business files on it. About a month ago out of the blue the app completely stopped working. I tried everything; deleted the app, reset my phone, re-downloaded etc. I reached out to Microsoft for support and they haven’t been helpful at all. I tried everything they told me to do and I just keep getting “Something went wrong. ”. Error message was copied and relayed to tech support (you’d think Microsoft of all companies knows how to deal with this!). Extremely frustrating and frankly inexcusable. I’ve never left a negative review for anything in my life (I usually just ignore), but I’m forced to do this with the hopes that someone there notices and reaches out.
Simple and easy but no apple watch :( 4/5
By Mr. Perfectionisto
I wish there was Apple Watch version. Otherwise, this app offer is the best synchronization between iOS, macOS and windows.
Love it! Life changing! 5/5
Absolutely love this app. My husband and I use it all the time. We lift groceries and we can share the app so it makes shopping so much easier. No paper to lose!
Wish it linked with calendar 4/5
I like so much about this app for personal and professional use! My workplace uses Microsoft suite so it integrates nicely, but I also use it for personal use and it’s better than most checklist apps. I do wish it could be directly linked with my outlook calendar, so I could schedule time to complete tasks on my to-do list. I also wish there was a way to aggregate/track/visualize data; for example, how many items on a given checklist have I completed on time this month? How many days have I missed this item that repeats daily? This would allow me to use it as a habit tracker as well as a to-do list.
Need a way to have sounds play when reminder and ability to change them
Cannot have multiple accounts on iOS 1/5
I’ve read countless reviews online with customers pleading to have the iOS equipped with the ability to add multiple accounts.
It doesn’t look like Microsoft reads any of it as there was literally no reply. I say if you are having this issue where you cannot add your business/work to your iOS to do (and it’s important to you), then rate it a one star to get their attention.
My opinion: you guys have great products, If you want people with iOS to maybe one day consider your phone, then show them you listen. That’s the difference between you guys and apple. Apple listens and they implement.
Still doesn't work 1/5
Crashes! Every time
Buggy as heck!!! 1/5
Tasks that are open keep closing down when you go out of the app and come back in!!!!
Perfect app 5/5
You can set notifications for reminders, you can add attachments to reminders, add due dates, easily control everything. This app is easily a 10/10, and has been so useful for school and other stuff, while it syncs to your Microsoft account. All that with no advertisements and no subscription or any fee at all
Doesn’t work with a G5 license 1/5
Would be nice if it worked with G licensing.
I love the app. Easy to use. Integrates with my outlook email. I love it. I love the reminders.
Great way to keep track 5/5
Great app and synchs with other devices including Windows.
New version deleted all my old data 1/5
Microsoft bought this app then released a new version. I accepted the update and lost all of my old lists. I had spent so much time creating Aeros Al bucket lists, now it is gone forever.
My experience 5/5
It’s a very versatile app that makes it fun to manage your tasks
Doesn’t work 1/5
App logged me out and won’t let me log back in to get my notes, save the headache don’t use this
I like it but there is limited sharing options 4/5
I use Microsoft To Do for school so having the ability to share categories (with all of the sun category's) would make this app so much better. I have to send the person I wanna share a link for every individual task I want them to join. Other then that this is a great app in general I use this to remember things, and mainly for a school agenda and it’s an amazing app and I’ve stocked with it for 2+ years.
Its simplicity is the reason i use it
Bug with keyboard attached to iPad 1/5
When trying to tag a task (e.g., #NameOfTag) with an external keyboard a bug prevents further keyboard entry. After the # is entered it something is intercepting come keyboard strokes. The result is something like #McsTD R” rather than “#MicrosoftToDo Report Stupid Keyboard Bug.” The backspace key is similarly effected.
The issue DOES NOT exist on the virtual keyboard. Does Microsoft test this app with external peripheral devices. Keyboard entry is pretty basic stuff.
Easy to use, good features 5/5
By Nancy JS 57
It very much fits my needs. I especially like that I can move old undone tasks to a new date, and set up repeating tasks, like daily class announcements
No multi-account support 3/5
Lack of support for multiple accounts has been absent for a long time now
Recurring notifications still unreliable 3/5
It's been years without improvement. They arrive hours late or not at all. They're fine initially but then get worse over time. Daily notifications behave the worst and eventually become unusable. On Android and windows everything works perfectly.

Why is there an update every week? Also, you should’ve just left Wünderlist as it was.
Almost There 5/5
Getting to be my favorite reminder, to do app !
Love this app 4/5
Literally the only reason it’s a 4 is that I want to be able to program the my day feature the night before!!! Please make this fix. Like the other reviews. Otherwise awesome how it integrates with my email (can literally make tasks etc right in outlook).

Bring back Wunderlist!!! ToDo is AWFUL 1/5
By Chimikin Noodlesons
Honestly, ToDo is the most disappointing to do app, especially after replacing Wunderlist. There is SO much clicking involved to set due dates and reminder times, when Wunderlist could set the dates/times from text. Also, it is constantly glitching and sporadically does not notify me which makes it entirely unreliable
Does anyone test this app on a regular basis from Microsoft? This clown software keeps giving me the same ridiculous error saying: That phone number doesn't look right. Please check the country code and phone number. Everything I’m entering in is correct but apparently Microsoft can’t afford descent software offerings. What a joke.
Additionally now it’s telling me after using an email that I have to do this dumb puzzle to make sure I’m not a robot and I’ve done it several times and it keeps asking me to do it again.
