Mobile Pass 5/5
Awesome apps, no lines!
Saved time in Iah 5/5
Saved time but the line is held up by officials just chatting with folks who did not seemed to concerned about connecting flights.
Faster than even Global entry!
Mobile pass lines not open 1/5
No Mobile Pass lines were open when I arrived st ORD on 14 July. Took me 1:25 minutes to get through passport control. Very dissatisfied
Great app 5/5
Walked right through Customs. Was wonderful
Customs still needs work 3/5

Good app, but customs still needs help organizing on their end. The process at JFK customs was confusing, slow, and the staff could use some customer service training.
Breeze through 5/5
Walked with my family through Passport Control faster than I usually do with Global Entry privileges. Thank you!
Very convenient!! 5/5
Mobile pass is an extremely important application for folks that are looking to avoid the long lines during immigration at POE. I highly recommend it!!
Saved 30 minutes at IAH 5/5
On return from Delhi I zipped through customs with the Mobile Pass App. Highly recommend for international travelers.
Quick some places not others 3/5

Worked well leaving Europe coming through Philly. The line was difficult to find, glad we were first off. A packed customs would not be a good place to find the line. Did the renewal for the year as I had a few trips scheduled. Off the cruise they didn’t even scan it. They didn’t have a line either, but they let me go through global entry line. As it grows there maybe more value. It’s just finding someone who knows what it is and where to go to fully benefit would be ideal. Two more trips to go. If it works I will keep it for the 14.99 otherwise let your personal experience decide. The paid version stores the passports. So it is easier to check your group on the app. Trial version you load each time.
Worth it and easy to use 5/5
Saw the info about the app via the airline app. They also mentioned and encouraged it during the return flight. I completed the info and submitted when I landed in SFO. There were clear signs and it was the quickest line with one person ahead of me. Very easy to use and I’m glad there was an app for this.
Great app! 5/5
The app probably saved us 45 minutes in line at
So quick, can’t think of a downside, 5/5 stars 5/5
Downloaded in the airport, the process was super quick and easy. There was NO ONE in the Mobile Passport line at JFK, and I was through faster than the person I was traveling with... and he had Global Entry! This app is the best timesaver I’ve experienced in a long time. Can’t think of a downside, highly recommended.
Life saver 5/5
Mobile pass vs global entry 5/5
By Adudu A.
Passing through immigration was seamless and without any hurdles and delays.
It’s hard to say if this worked because the customs process at ATL was terrible. Confusing people coming from multiple directions, had to change lines four times. It took over an hour to snake through lines.
Mobile Passport 5/5
Unbelievable timesaver! Will always use on international travel!
Even free it’s great 5/5

You may have to enter your info each time but you can do it for you and others in this one app as you deplane. Easy, faster... really no need for the global interview, cost, paperwork... unless you country hop. Even then, maybe just upgrade here. Great timesaver.
Easy Breezy 5/5
Get this app. Saves time.
The best $14 I’ve invested 5/5
By mt wonderful
I used, mobile passport at JFK airport. It’s saved me better than a half an hour of waiting in line it’s well worth the money spent
It works! 4/5
I actually don’t want to give away this secret but next to having Global Entry this is the best way to get through US Immigration. The biggest difference is that with Global Entry you get a priority line at immigration and Customs, but today I got in front of at least 100 people using this app.
The mobile passport line had one officer or whatever running it so it took just as long as the kiosk line. Confused as to why this even exists.
Worked as promised. 5/5

Zipped through customs while others waited in line.
Saved a lot of time 5/5
Saved a lot of time going through immigration upon arriving at LAX from abroad.
Mobile pass at Atlanta airport 1/5
I have used Mobile pass 5 times now and it’s quite a time saver. However at the last trip thru Atlanta airport there was no separate line and we had to go thru the normal customer lines. Obtime savonga at all
Saved me at least 45min 5/5

Instead of waiting in alone that stretched 8 rows deep, i was put in a line with 4 people ahead of me. Was through customs in under 15mins...thank you!

I’m really not happy with your new app I can’t see my passport and I don’t intend to spend 1499 per year
ATL Airport 1/5
Had to make the same line as the passengers that dis not have the app. Did not save much time, besides the fact that did not have to use the kiosk.
A real convenience! 5/5
Tried this for the first time yesterday and what a great app! It saved so much time! Thank You!
So much quicker!
Super simple! 5/5
Easy and fast, love it!
Worth it!! 5/5

Worth the $14.99 a year!
Speedy! Definite time saver 5/5
Started using this a few years ago and highly recommend it. Especially when traveling with children.
Easy peasy- time saver 5/5
Downloaded app upon arrival after seeing the line for machines. Took seconds. Highly recommend!
Not being manned today JFK 1/5
Submitted my form only to learn at the airport the station was not operational.
Didn’t get to use it. 4/5

When we landed in Chicago, we were herded through the chicanes with hundreds of others and the signs all said no phones. I was glad I knew all the questions and had my passport ready. But I didn’t want to risk it.
Easy peasy 5/5
Super easy to set up and go. Saved tons of time not standing in line with the rest of the crowd. I have no idea why more people don’t use it, but I’m not complaining, keeps my wait times lower!
App won’t open at passport control! 2/5
Everything worked out perfectly using the internet on the plane, however, when I reached the passport control officer who asked me to show the entry page, the app just froze and did not open. I was lucky there was another officer close by, I was sent to regular passport control. But if there were none close to me, I would have had to get in line with everyone else. This app needs a page that can remain open without the need of internet for after the questions have been answered! 2 stars.

Did not work

This was not needed at all. They just wanted to see our Passport at ATL. Very nice agents though!!
Dropped priority 2/5
While we skipped the kiosk for questions and receipts, we were pushed to the side in line while they passed everyone through the had a physical receipt from the kiosk. In the end, we spent 15 min more in line than we would have if we simply used the kiosk.
Pointless in Atlanta 1/5
We just returned to Atlanta And we were excited to use the mobile passport app. Last year it saved us a bunch of time Waiting for a kiosk. We just moved right through. However this year we had to wait in the same line to get to a kiosk. We may saved one or two minutes.

Awesome App! The quickest I have ever gotten out of an airport!
Excellent App 5/5
Used this when returning from St Martin to PHL airport. Very easy to use. Only complaint would be that it only lasts for 4 hours so if your trip is longer you’ll have to complete everything as soon as your plane lands. Although you are told to NOT use your phones when going through immigrations, you must have your phone out and show your receipt in the app to officers as soon as you enter customs. No doubt this app allowed us to get through much faster!
The app is simple and helps cut long lines that are used by filling out the paper. Now if we can just get help improving baggage claim times 😀
Waste of time 1/5
The Mobile Passport was a waste of time. When we got to customs and immigration there was no waiting. I went to the mobile passport line and the agent said oh sorry my machine is not working so I’ll just do it manually. So glad I didn’t pay.
Hate to say how good it is, because then I will have to go through the hassle of getting global entry if everyone else gets this
Easy peasy 5/5
I can’t believe how easy it was for us to get through customs. Only second time we have been able to use it, but it was amazing. Thanks CBP!!!
