    I have anxiety and hate ordering at places like this. I'm not sure what issues others have had, but I used it for the first time today and everything went smoothly. There are definitely a few extra "add item" screens but it's easy enough to figure out.

    I use to love this app but once i got a new phone it stop letting me log in. It had to verify but when i put my phone number in it keeps saying “phone number already taken.” Which is obvious because it is my phone number that i have used to originally make the account a log time ago. I can’t leave that screen and even after removing the app and reinstalling it the same screen comes up. I have already emailed you guys for assistance and no one has responded and this was weeks ago. 🙄 Edit: i notice you responded saying email technical support but as i said in the review above I did email you guys and NO ONE RESPONDED

    This app is cool, but it would be a lot cooler if it had coupons on it and deals like other food apps. You get a $10 coupon for every $100 you spend, and that’s it. No actual coupons. Getting 10% back isn’t that impressive. Moe’s has good food so it will always be one of my favorites, but wish there was more rewards.

    I just paid for dinner at a Moe's using my debit card because the Moe's reward app wouldn't let me redeem my reward points. It kept saying "insufficient privileges to redeem". It said the same thing when I tried to scan my receipt for the points. I don't want to just complain, I also want a full refund of the amount I paid for, and a promise that something like this never happens.

    I use this app or the website weekly to order Moe’s (I love Moe’s), but whoever they hired to program the app is a lazy programmer! Besides very strange design choices and the interface, such as how it goes backwards after you build your burrito then adds it to the order, it won’t let you edit past orders! You can click on them and remove and add items, but you can’t edit the items directly! Lazy programming! The old app lets you do this! These apps are meant to make our lives easier and have us spend the least amount of time ordering food and waiting in lines, with every major update the app takes a step backwards. I guess that’s one way to make a lot of money as a programmer, never fix the problems so you need to keep coming back! The old app from a few years ago was perfect and the rewards system worked perfectly and was easy to navigate, easy to build burritos, and easy to save and edit past orders

You just lost me as a customer as I enjoyed using the convenient app to preorder my meal and was a frequent customer who came most Monday’s. I will not be waiting in that long Monday line to save a couple dollars

    I find it ridiculous that Moe’s finds the need to scam customers by forcing them to have an app for a deal that has been in place for years, Moe’s Monday. On top of having the app, they make it even better by having you wait a week until you can use the deal, so customers can not download the app in store while they are at the register, surprised by the unexpected cost of their food. I am disappointed by how Moe’s handled this, as person after person walked in and was just as surprised as me.

    Desperately needs modern iPhone X support. It feels like the ghetto version of Chipotle with an app like this. Chipotle’s app is nice, modern, and smooth and supports ApplePay.

    It’s almost like this app was developed by a 5 year old. I should be able to re-order previous orders with edits; however if want to place a new order similar to an old order but just make minor changes, I have to completely start from scratch?!? Also some of the rewards do not apply within the online ordering within the app but do prevent you from applying other rewards points once they have been “activated.” Truly a disappointing app, but I honestly shouldn’t be surprised from a franchise that seems to now be okay with sub-par standards.

    This app used to be so great, and the newer version is not!!! There is no way to edit your order once you add to the cart! This tripled my order time because I kept missing the ingredients that were already added. I chose delivery but when it went through it defaulted to pickup. When I went to reorder a previous order, the app did not allow me to edit it so I had to start all over. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

    Every time I order in the app I get to the store just for them to say they didn’t get it and make it then. This prevents the purpose and I haven’t been happy with the app for about 7 months now and have removed it and refrained from Moe’s. My last nacho salad was so terrible I removed the app and won’t be back.Those points aren’t worth the hassle. You all need to revamp this app quick!

    I love Moe’s, only reason it’s getting 3 stars. Their app is okay in general but the first time I ordered from it and not ordering again like this btw, I submitted the order from the Walmart checkout line not even 5 minutes away from the Moe’s, took me about 10 to get there and I waited until the app said it was ready for pickup before I went inside, i get inside and they didn’t even start on it because it was a bit busy, now I’d be fine with that if they made my order as soon as I got there but not only did they not make it as soon as i got there but I wasn’t able to even talk to an employee until about 5 minutes of me waiting and occasionally trying to get their attention at the register, okay now at this point it’s still whatever but then she says it’s not ready and I ask when will it be? And she said SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE.. I’m like are you kidding? She wasn’t. At this point it’s 20 minutes after I placed the order. So I said okay, please try to hurry and I sat down, im starving at this point because I didn’t have time all morning or afternoon to eat food and it was around 7:30ish, so I’m getting super mad right now, another 10-15 minutes and several customers later, they realize that I’m still waiting on my food, and they tell this guy ,who I think is the manager, to make mine, so after a total of 30-35 minutes after placing the order, I finally get my burrito, I pay and I go home and guess what, he made it wrong :/ and that is why I will never use this app to order again, rather wait 10 minutes or less in the store than over 30 minutes

    Every Moe’s I’ve been too serves white Rice. On the app there is no option to order white rice. So if you want to order ahead your must make a call to the store. It’s very annoying because my order has been gotten incorrect.

    Orchard Park location; no Joe Junior option and no way to specify Tofu on menu items for pickup. For the non-dairy or the non-meat eating audience, this app is kind of useless - all we get are reward points, but even the special offers and rewards are things like nachos and cheese... um, no thank you. So now I drive to Moe’s and stand in line and ask for my Joey jr. with Tofu like the old days, nice app, lol.

    I really do love the Moe’s app but just recently, like yesterday, it stopped working. I was trying to put an online order in for a burrito, for $5 burrito day, but it will not let redeem my reward. It kept saying I didn’t have anything to redeem. Then I got something called connection server issues and the points I have earned are all gone. It wouldn’t even log me in the app anymore. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it will not let log in because of my phone number. It is asking me to verify my info but it will not accept my phone number because it is already in use. Not sure what to do.

    I eat Moe’s 2 times a day try and scan my receipts tells me I can only scan 2 receipts a day it’s been 48 hours since my last scan and they still won’t let me scan I Love more but this app is ridiculous

    This app has extremely few items you can choose from, and none of them can be customized. If you want to order a bowl, for instance, you get two choices of which bowl you can order and that’s it. When I go into a Moe’s location I always order a custom made bowl, I choose exactly which ingredients I want in it… there is no feature that allows you to do so on this app. It’s very easy for the app to be made with a customizable ordering option, not to mention that most fast food places (such as Chipotle Grill) have an app that allows you to choose exactly what you want. It’s honestly confusing why Moe’s would create an app that lacks over 90% of their menu’s ordering actions.

    A fan of Moe Monday’s! Lately when I use the App to order from my local Moe’s, the app will show one price (Moe Monday price) and after my payment info is entered and my order placed, the summary shows a higher amount. Deceptive. The store manager even admitted the app over charges customers.

    This app used to be great but then something happened with the update. It started with the receipts not scanning. No big deal I just put them in manually. Then the app would not take the code at all. The last straw was that I have been unable to get into the app. I cannot log in and I know my email address. I do not have Facebook (no one should). I deleted and reinstalled the app. I emailed customer service before and never got a response. I only go to Moe’s on Mondays for the sale and the rewards. I haven’t been able to get the rewards in a few weeks so.....

    I don't like the fact that you can't scan more than 2 receipts at a time, but I understand why they do it. Also your receipt should never expire. The scanner on the counter sometimes doesn't read for free queso but the manager is a G and gives it anyway

    I’ve entered my phone number numerous times, with and without the dashes. It won’t allow me to proceed with an order as it continues to tell me I need to enter a phone number that is only 10 digits. The app works well otherwise. It is a convenient and easy way to earn rewards, but it’s quite frustrating that I am unable to use the mobile ordering feature.

    Moe’s is always my go to place when I’m in town. Unfortunately, I’m just not a fan of the app. The receipt expires in 3 days?! I miss just putting my phone number in at the check out. I felt like I was always earning free food and it made me want to come back sooner. ☹️

    As always, a pleasure. The best deal in town as far food quality/quantity and price. The crew is always friendly and efficient. The only complaint would be occasional difficulty getting a drink when they are busy because the drink station is so small. It's still manageable and well worth the wait. Thanks Moe! Rock on!

    I turned on notifications to get lunch specials and deals at Moe’s. Frequency was fine. However, I HATE having active notifications on any app. After looking at the ones from Moe’s they don’t self-delete if not used, only when redeemed or expired. Should really add the feature of self-removing notifications once they’ve been read. If I see the offer and choose to eat at Moe’s I’ll come by and pull up the app to redeem the offer. If I’m not going to use your offer, I’m not coming by. Having your notification stay active won’t annoy/pester me into coming; it will just annoy me to the point that I turn off notification completely. As a result, I miss your offers and specials and only see what’s going on when I think of you and check your app. Out of sight out of mind often happens and you’re out of my restaurant rotation...all because your notifications won’t go away after they’ve been reviewed...

    My wife and I both tried unsuccessfully to use the app to place an order. Both of us repeatedly keep getting an error message asking us to fix our phone number to a ten digit number. We were using a ten digit number. No spaces no dashes, except the ones it adds and you can’t edit. I would love to place a catering order for 13 people, if only the app would recognize a phone number of all things. PLEASE help me give you my money. I want to give you my money but you’re making it harder than it needs to be.
