Not helpful 1/5
Been asked bunch of questions before starting and I thought I will reach the exercises after answering . But what ; you need to pay . If you are not willing to pay , do not install this app. There are many free apps outside . Dreamsellers .
Man oh man !!! 5/5
Get it !!!!
Best workout app! 5/5
I’ve tried other apps to get me going after my shoulder surgery but they all felt like I was pushing to hard from the beginning. But Muscle Booster got me started slow to strengthen my muscles again. Almost months later and virtually no pain and I feel better than ever! Definitely need to get this app if you are a beginner or looking to build on your daily workouts!
You should make it clear we HAVE to pay before we download this and waste our time. I get that you need to pay stuff but I went through the whole process just to be met with a payment screen which is messed up make that clear first and foremost.
Dislike how these apps want you to pay a monthly or yearly service without knowing what the hell it can do for you.
Good workouts bad meal plans 4/5
The daily menus are delicious. Instead of having daily menus maybe you can make a weekly menu so users can actually meal prep for the week to keep up with the workout plan. I have to go out the day of to grab food from the stores every day and with quarantine it’s not efficient
Beginning workouts 4/5
I like it I wish there was some work out up beat music 👍🏻
First I thought the workouts would be for 60 days but it gave me a recommendation of only 4 weeks which based on my target weight would see me lose 1.5 lbs per day which generally is very hard to do. I’m a very well off person and I don’t mind spending money but I didn’t feel like I could trust this app to make a purchase. Also it’s not apparent if one can make a new “plan” later or if one needs to pay more later for another plan. And also if someone follows the plan but the plan is not realistic and the targets are not met the dev should offer a money back guarantee. If it’s as good as they claim they shouldn’t have any issues keeping happy paying members...
Great fitness app, but buggy 4/5
By Kodir Uzb
Overall the app is very helpful and the exercises are awesome.
But there is a persistent bug: even when I complete the workout it doesn't show as completed. It's not a big deal, but makes the whole record keeping useless.
I’m not allow to login 1/5
I bought the app a couple of months ago and I have been trying to using it and I’m not allowed to log in or reset my password. I don’t know where I can ask for technical support.
I don’t understand why it’s for money people are trying to become thinner and healthier and people are here charging us for that please remove the money part.
Great workout app! It’s perfect for my schedule, age and fitness level.
By J Stummy
Easy to follow with photo/video help, thank you.
Way too over priced 1/5
I got in and entered by body info and it then took me to a screen with ridiculous prices just for a workout plan, I can easily go get a schedule from my body building friend that I can trust for free, this is such a scam. I can’t believe people have to pay this much just to get a workout plan that may not even produce results that just want to get a healthy and good looking body. It’s all just a money grab preying off of people who just want to lead a healthy life.
Challenging and fun 5/5
Get this app!!! You won’t regret it!!
I like it! 5/5
The first day so far and I’m sweating buckets I should be at my goal in no time!
Trying to squeeze a dollar 1/5
By Rick Rammer
Why would I pay for something I haven’t seen yet. What a joke
Unless you plan on dropping $$$ 2/5
Don't waste your time unless you plan on dropping at least $20 a month!!! Also, No free trial to see if you like it. You go in blind spending money and you don’t even know if the plan will even fit your life style or schedule!!!
Great app! Several perfections suggested. 5/5
By Kiet this-nickname-pls-work
First thing first, great customer service! Every review here got a reply from the developer. That’s a plus. And I noticed, the developer, besides replying to reviews, actually take those reviews into accounts. Evidently, I saw several changes in the app that made to meet the reviews up here.
I’m currently under the Weight Loss plan for around a month and have lost 12 lbs since (together with my own daily diet). So I would say this app helps. The personally customed workouts work great for me, what’s interesting is that there’s also a whole separate catalogue of workouts that’s very helpful everytime I’m looking for additional exercises.
It’s been working well for me, but I still think of some improvements that can be added to the app. First thing, how to breathe. That’s important, knowing correctly when to inhale and exhale during an exercise helps boost effectivity. Second, can you please make it able that I can change my target weight? 😂 I don’t seem to find it anywhere.
Great app! Help much! Thanks!
Work hard 5/5
By jdbdocns q
Hope to see much improvement
This app needs a update, recently it started to be very very SLOW! For me it takes 10-15 mins just to open the app ? No one who works out wants to wait that long for a app, and once the app does open, it takes another 10-15 mins just to get to the workout for that day and download the exercises. This had me waiting and I was upset and inpatient. Please update it so this problem won’t happen again.
Dont plan on the foods 2/5
The work outs are ok i guess but the meal plans are outrageous they want you to eat foods that even my dogs wont touch WHEN you can find the ingredients they call for. The connect or email response they talk about doesnt work and when you try to get a refund they say oh you have to go through apple and apple says oh you didnt go through us they have to refund it
DO NOT USE THIS APP
DEVELOPERS! Use rest time efficiently. 4/5
Great app. Please, during the rest time use that time to show the next workout. I know there a few seconds before the exercise to determine what is happening but the rest time screen is blank and could totally be used to show the next workout so I could get positioned properly. Thanks!
Not worth it 1/5
By Ziggy dishwasher from BO
I was all for this until I saw I had to pay.
You’re gonna have to pay 2/5
If I wanted to pay I’d probably join a gym and watch free videos on YouTube. A week trial would be nice, but granted no one will see results in a week.
It’s good for people who don’t normally workout and want to start working out.
By Nahtanoj Kriknav
Everything in this app that can help you accomplish any goal is hidden behind a paywall.
Not Worth The Money 2/5
I never would have downloaded this app if I didn’t need home workout ideas during quarantine. I’m a mid 20s male who was at the gym 4-5 times a week and I stated that when the app ask you a questionnaire in the beginning. Rather than give me a workout that made me sweat and tired daily, like at the gym, it’s mostly stretching and abs. The stretches are things you learned in middle school gym and the abs are from any ab workouts you’ll find on the internet.
This app switches from timing you on certain workouts, to giving you a number of reps to do (Example 20 squats vs 30 seconds for squats). The workouts that are timed only give you time to do so many reps to the point that you have to run through an extra cycle or two by yourself after the workout is done to even feel like you got a workout at all.
The only reason I didn’t give this a one star review is because as terrible as 90% of the workouts were, I did get a handful of new home workouts out of it that I didn’t think of originally.
Save yourself the money and do different variations of pushups, squats/leg workouts, and look up an ab workout, along with running/walking. You can find these anywhere on the internet.
The best part about fitness apps is there’s a lot more out there to choose from. I would suggest looking up target muscle groups that you want to build, and build your own workout instead of spending money on an app.
Waste of time 1/5
Wastes your time asking for more and more info from you then asks you to pay a ridiculous amount of money for you plans.
Plans can be found for free online or in magazines.
Leaving bad review because you wasted my time and are over priced.
Great app 5/5
I want my money back 1/5
I want my money back, plz and thank you
Not worth it 1/5

Too many problems in the beginning and there’s no free trial.

Yeah so you download it (it’s a free download) you answer a few questions about what you want to do then you’re all do it hits you with $10 a week $60 a year $20 a month. So if you like it when there’s no talk of cost then the hit you with it later then... ugh
Must purchase 1/5
If you are looking for free, this app costs before doing any workouts. They have you create your full profile then want to charge.
Great workout, loved it.
Hate the new graphics. The old ones were better. 1/5
Change them please.
Ask a lots of questions , don’t shows nothing and ask for payments !! Hahahaha
I haven’t worked out in a long time. This was perfect for getting back in shape.
Could be great big but..... 2/5
By OG Jus Cuz
The app is free BUT you have to pay for the subscription before you see if the app works for you. Great concept (especially during COVID) , great promotion, I see on Twitter nearly every day. I actually saw it today, went to download the app and found I downloaded it already....entered my information and stoped at the same point ( I guess) I did last time, I had to pay before going any further. Nothing worthwhile is free, honestly I don’t mind paying, but some sort of trial period is needed. Even if it’s trash , I bet with a free trial you would increase subscribers. Just a thought...5 Star concept , 2 Star execution.
Alternative to crowd gyms 5/5
Like the app for it's simplicity to follow and the display of the exercise by the avatar .
It's been exciting starting today.
You have to work! 4/5
By francesco benaglia
Is my first time I write a review.
I think the app is good, you have to work to see any result. The only one negative think I can say is that the workouts are standard, and not always designed for your body results. I don’t understand the criteria for doing you exercises then others. But at the end, if you want to see any result, you have to work for it!
By Chintan Shukla
Asked me to pay before starting...Why would I pay in the beginning when I don’t even know what app looks like or what are the basic features.
Great guides, annoying onboard 4/5
By Joe Fraga
When I get logged out there is no button to log back in. I have to go through the onboard all over again. Annoying. Please fix
By James farmstead
Normally when you download an app, they provide some sort of value to you before they ask you for money. You guys think I’m gonna buy a huge subscription off an app, when you trick me into thinking it’s free??
This is the worst app I have ever come into contact with do not make any purchases they have nothing to bring to the table and are just after your money.
I recently paid for the year subscription but I just got a new phone but it won’t let me log in, it says I have too buy it again ? Ok
Rip off 1/5
They want to sell you a workout. Misleading to max. Find a different app and I’m sure you’ll be better off.
It’s advertised and in the market as free but all it does is gather information then ask you to pay.
