    This is by far the worst company out there. Go with any other internet service provider and you’ll be grateful you did. They don’t prorate your bill if you cancel. They don’t give you the internet speed you’re paying for, they will charge you for months on end for equipment you’re not renting. It is seriously the worst. If it were a person it would be Toby from the show, the office.

    been trying to pay my bill for three days but until this AM, your website has not responded. When I try to call, the computerized “customer service” leaves me on hold forever. In 4 attempts, I have accumulated 110 minutes on hold. The last time was 35 minutes. Your computerized voice apologizing every other minute for “the inconvenience” doesn’t help much... or hold much weight. When I called the local office for help (thinking that I might be able to talk to a real person) another computerized voice referred me to another 877 number. I’m seriously considering cancelling my service and finding someone who actually knows what “customer service” really means.

    Just plain terrible. It’s crazy can’t even use internet access to pay my bill have to use mobile phone network to get job done slow computer slow tv slow everything pay for 60 mbps get 32 just ridiculous!!! Been with this crap fest since 2012 too bad another company not available n this area. I’d be long see ya O So later GONE!!!

    My experience with Century Link has been an incredible disappointment and a headache. Poor customer service when I call - actually no customer service at all! I have great technology skills for being 60. However the service representatives cannot even help me to be able to logon with their app or online. I am incredibly disappointed and will be moving my account and several of my business accounts away from Century Link.

    By far one of the worse non functional apps in use. Wrong non existent numbers for contact. BOT Support. Reps teleworking in the street trying to troubleshoot issues with background windnoise and auto horns beeping. Disaster of company and shows in app.

    We just signed up for the service in Ocala Florida. We were told that a service agent would be here on Friday the 16th of October between 8:00 and 5:00 to connect us. We waited all day and no one showed up. My husband was on hold for hours trying to find out what happened and no one answered . We tried logging in to the app. But unfortunately the message said there was a service problem at their end, not our fault and apologized. No sorry we didn’t make it, here is your new time to install. Nothing! Will someone email, text, call us? Wonderful way to run a business!

    I have been a customer for years, and our service has been horrible for the last 5 years. Our internet has run so slow and it doesn’t work half the time yet we get charged outrageous prices, I would love to switch and hope to soon!

    If you want a professional company that knows what they are actually doing don’t go with century link. I work from home now with COVID as a lot of people do. Long story short, century has failed me numerous times from the start. Takes 4 days to set up a modem? Then continues to go down resulting in me losing connection, losing my customers, which means losing money, which means losing business.

    I’m in Pacific time zone, but app seems set to Central time zone! When setting Schedule Reboot, you have to subtract 2 hours.Not awful, but annoying.

    Worst customer service experience ever! No one can fix even the simplest of problems and they constantly transfer you to someone else equally as incapable at fixing problems. Speeds are promised online at one speed and actual speeds are less than half of the advertised speeds.

    Customer service takes a minimum of 45-60 min to talk to a live person. Overcharge and then when you call, it’s a battle to get adjustments rectified. Sadly the only service in my area.

    My phone landline 503-760-3122 has been out for over a month and I just keep getting jerked around on what’s being done. Every two to three days the update keeps saying they are aware of an outage in the area but NOTHING is being done to fix this issue. You are really doing a disservice to existing customers and several in my neighborhood are without service and are dumping your poor service. Why should I keep you?

    I tried for two hours on the phone to simply update the new expiration date on my credit card. Somehow online my account was not linked with my email. I talked to at least five individuals until I found one that could help me. I stayed on hold for well over an hour during this process. I had trouble even finding out where to sign out on the website. I could not recommend your situation to anyone.

    OMG where in the world would you get a 4.4 rating?!!!!!?? Our service continually buffers so you are waiting waiting for the movie or show to start again. It is just not worth my time to try and get ahold of an overseas customer service rep. This is all we have put in the country now so what is a person to do??

    I used to like my CenturyLink service, but I can no longer recommend them. I recently moved, contacted CenturyLink well in advance and was given a date when service would be connected. On that date, I had not received a call by early afternoon so I called. The move order was never placed. I was unhappy to say the least and was told I’d have to wait another 2 weeks. I called back after the call to confirm that the order was placed. No order in progress. I told the representative to cancel the account I was going with another provider. My account was NOT canceled, it took 3 more phone calls to FINALLY cancel my account and get credits for the lousy service! I will never go back to Century Link nor will I ever recommend them

    I try an pay online. Enter username and password. I know both are correct, though it says it isn’t. So, to try and fix I decide to change password, it won’t allow me to change because there are no security questions set up for that acct. ??? (When and where is that done) When I call in, acct. is found by phone number associated. with acct. get the balance owed just fine. Go through all steps to be told there is not enough information to process my request. Sign into Century Link app, then it doesn’t recognize my phone number as being associated with an acct. Can’t go any further. I didn’t have the bill in front of me for acct. number so was trying their other options for payment. None worked. First attempt at getting acct. number through email failed as well. Not sure why FINALLY, upon second request, got acct. number through email and made payment. Not sure the hassle of payment is worth the service.

    The app when it works is great but lately I have had a hard time logging in. It’s always saying we are having technical difficulties and then when I am in it will not have all its features or they won’t work. But like I said when it works how it’s suppose too then it’s a great app
