Same a logging in on desktop 1/5
This app never saves username and Touchid always fails. I have several other financial apps and this is the only one that consistently fails to easily log in.

Ok so first of all the last update was 2years AGO LIKE COME ON, I have the X and it just looks like crap, the thing the app needs first is an UPDATE. PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are on top of charging people all the hidden fees and the app looks like they have made this 1990s and there was no update on that since then ....

Fingerprint login works about 10 percent of the time. Then when you manually log in it bogs down and just thinks about logging in. Actually faster to go to their website and log in that way. App is complete waste of time.

I have used the app since I openend my account and it has worked perfectly every time. My Touch ID also works every time.

Why bother using this when it’s the exact copy of the website version? Clunky and full of bugs. App also isn’t updated for 2 years and doesn’t look nice on iPhone X

So many problems with this app! It keeps saying that the bug fixes has been fixed but that’s not true at all! Every since I’ve had this app which has been almost two years, It keeps logging you off and making you start all the way back over to log on.. The fingerprint does not work and it does not save your username!!
Need to update your app have to ask for the 3 digit code in back. Should upgrade to do Face ID or thumb print to log in.

Every time you sign in your must enter 3 digit code on card. It doesn't save your information. Doesn't use compatible lock screen sign in. Thumb print or face recognitions.

I have a few different apps on my phone for credit cards and banking and this is by far the worst.
The Touch ID never works and I like that option when I am on the go and need to checks my balances on my cards real quick to see what card I want and/or need to use.
This company itself takes forever to process payments to get an updated balance as well.
Hopefully someone will update the app and make it a bit more proficient in use soon!
Suspended my account because I used two of my bank accounts to pay my balance down. Makes no sense. So ready to close my account.

Awful. Doesn’t remember login ID even when checking “remember me” and Face ID (iPhone 10) doesn’t work even though it asks if you want to enable it. And why do you need to enter your CVV every time you log in (online requires it too)??? If your security is so bad you need 3 verifications (password, picture and CVV) then you shouldn’t have an app or online account access. It’s as if this app were created in the 80s and never updated.

This company took $95 from me and sent me a card and closed the account before I even received the card. There thieves. I just got done reporting them to the better business bureau and the attorney generals office

Do not use this card under any circumstances had no choice but to fold on the account and still playing HELL trying to get my credit correctly reported even after paying off the card
Stay away from this card. I can’t wait to call an le cancel. I made a payment and you have to wait like a week to use the funds unless you pay with a debit card by phone. They charge $8 per month just to use the card. There are better options out there.

This app constantly lock me out from using fingerprint and tell me my password is wrong and it does not send me the email to reset

My only problem with this app is that it “forgets” my user id and even though I have Touch Id enabled it’s never available when I open the app. If I disable and then enable it, close the app and then open it immediately it works. If it’s not immediate then most times my user id is blank (even though I checked the box) and I have to enter all the information including my CVV code or the last 4 digits of my Social Security number.
I hate this app, I have capitol one and credit one apps. They are so much more user friendly. This operation system is outdated and seriously needs a change. Will continue to give one star until changed....

I really feel this is the worst app I’ve ever used. The touch feature doesn’t work ever. I want the convenience of paying my bill via my phone without delay. This app needs to be revamped. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I don’t carry my card around with me to reset the password you need all the information from the card. The app just needs to be retired and they need to try again.
Slower than molasses in January 1/5
Using iPhone X, this “bank” is extremely slow at posting charges and credits. I can see on my online checking account that my payment cleared, yet Premier is days behind posting payment to my account. Same is true for showing charges. Also, I signed up to use facial recognition to open the app, but it does not work as its supposed to work. This app needs some serious updating.

This app doesn’t make it easy to log in, have to provide my code on the back of my card every time I log in. I can’t pay online unless it’s through some western union app..which is a little sketch if you ask me. I like that I get a notice via text that I’ve used my card or that my payment is due but other than that...this app needs some serious upgrading.

After being a credit card customer for over three years,I asked for the annual fee to be reduced or partially credited. I never have a balance on my card, and have great credit, I was told too bad and there was nothing they would to to refund me, the rep even insulted my name, then closed my account before trying to save the relationship and keep it open. It’s apparent I was only a number and since I don’t pay any interest they only wanted to keep my account if I paid a fee somehow. I will never use this company again!

It’s kind of annoying that every other app I have, including credit cards allows Face ID. Yet with this app, I have to type in my account info. Then verify 3 digits on back of card/ last for social, just to log in. UPDATE THE APP FOR FACE ID.
Ripp off card the worst experience 1/5
This card ripped me off for my money do not I repeat do not get this card they were charging me money That I didn’t owe plus added interest on top that at first I thought it was only interest but no and one late payment only a day late they had blocked my card! Scam! I canceled the card now I fell for it cause I needed to build credit not worth it just go with capital one journey card no problems there at all and got a balance increase.

Make payment through this app and they never get the payment and charge me late fee because your app malfunctions
so I get to pay your late fee
P.S all the late fee payments first Premier receives you should invest all that in getting a new app instead of line in your pockets make your customers happy

I don’t even know why I have this card. Oh yea, because my credit isn’t so good. This app and card is a ripoff, setup for you to fail and pay fees. 10 days to process payments from a wells checking acct.

Like others have said, you can login online but the app says your credentials are incorrect. The mobile site works fine, it’s just annoying trying to get the app to work. Glad it’s not just me.
