Seriously, you cannot even log into this application. I have been on the site, they have my account and all information (the site is it’s own hassle even trying to update personal information. Somehow, I ended up finding the FAQ section (no small feat, and they don’t even have that on their website!). I was trying to figure out why I haven’t been getting my minutes and my end date keeps changing. The last time I spoke w customer Svc, they said I am supposed to get my minutes on the first of the month. But my end date is the 11th? Doesn’t make sense and the end date changes before I ever get there.
So I downloaded this app to try and figure it out. FAQ: What do I do if I didn’t receive my minutes? “Click HERE for instructions.” Nothing happens when I click “HERE”. Same thing happens for all the different links; None of them work!
If we have this app, it should show us not only our service end date, it should explain what that means; tell us what day of the month to expect our minutes so we don’t need to guess; and tell us how many minutes we will receive each month, how much data, how much extra we may have purchased, and how much, if any is eligible to roll over and how much is not. Please stop keeping us in the dark. The customer service reps have no idea, bc every time I call, I get a different answer! Not to mention, I can’t understand them and they can’t understand me. You are being paid for the service we are supposed to be getting, so please give us some GOOD service!

Doesn’t work, nobody at customer enrollment/support can explain why...
The main app page upon clicking to open the app, won’t accept my phone number to login after it requests I enter it. It says “ Sorry, this is only available for SafeLink customers.”
I can click apply now (for new customers and it will route me to the browser and open the SafeLink website, where I can successfully login after entering my birthday, last four of social security number and a “captcha” code every time, but what is convenient or secure about that method and why have the app???!!! Errrrrr ughhhhh, SafeLink just seems to be so BAD at everything, whenever you have a problem AND there’s always a problem!
It takes for ever trying to load the homepage.
I’m so tired of getting “Sorry, this is only available for SafeLink customers” every time I try to login.. I AM A SAFELINK CUSTOMER!!! SafeLink is a colossal disappointment on so many levels.. of course they have a non-functioning app. 🙄

…and the circle spins & spins, just like the website. This is mostly marketing, to make it convenient to buy services…for account maintenance, the free 611611 service is way quicker and more efficient.
The app worked for me the first few days but stoped it takes 20 minutes to retrieve my data which is the only reason I got the app and it doesn’t work

The app works pretty well, I can see balances that I normally can’t see on the Safelink website. However, when app restarts, I am prompted to sign back in every time the app is restarted. Can you please add an option to stay signed in or at least have Face ID/Touch ID authentication?
