    Logged into MyTWC to chat with an agent and was told about the new app. I downloaded it expecting it to be iPad compatible. It’s not. Unlike other iPhone apps which at least function while using less space on the screen, this one simply crashes.

    Never in my life have I had to change my password every time I try to sign in. And yes I know I entered the correct passwords. It won’t even recognize the password I created just a few minutes earlier. It is a horrible app and I’m deleting it.

    I have been away from cable companies for a long time due to the lack of service and more importantly customer service. Spectrum has proven to me to be an awesome media company that actually treats me like a person and not a number. Our family will be with Spectrum for our entertainment and telecommunications.

    When we signed up for spectrum we were told by the agent that our bill would be 127 per month and would not increase. When asked if this was a promotional option with a time limit, we were told no, and that our bill would not increase. One year later, our monthly bill increased to 145 per month. Additionally, we paid for Cinamax as part of our package. Spectrum stated that cinamax would no longer be part of our package and if we wanted the service, we would have to add it for an additional cost. So when signing up for spectrum service, we were promised one thing and a year later they increased our bill and removed services from us. This is poor business practice. When speaking to a manager/supervisor, we were basically told that there is nothing that can be done and we would receive a 20 dollar credit. In a time in which Netflix and Disney + are better than cable, this is a bad game to play with customers. I’d rather purchase cheaper internet service from a different company than continue playing these games with cable service providers. If you are contemplating getting spectrum, beware because the agent may lie to get you to sign up and then the company will go back on its word and charge you additional fees. When bringing this to the attention of their supervisory staff, we were told sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s nothing we can do. Shame on this company

    The rest of the app is ok but when listening to voicemails, they don’t delete when “delete” is pressed. I get an error message that says...oops can’t change the status of this voicemail. Sometimes that error message also makes the app crash.

    I’ve been trying to login to the spectrum app for 3 days now. Yesterday I called and the man said it was in the process of updating and the page/app should be up and running soon. I try again this morning and it’s saying the same B.S.. Not a big fan right now. And they sent out the wrong WiFi equipment. Something needs to be done.

    I recently moved back home to live and take care of my parents in Ohio, and the deal was, we have to have internet. So, I called Spectrum and had them give us new cable service, internet and phone. Everything worked out great for both my parents and myself. Thanks Spectrum.

    We received no notice that we were about to lose service. That’s not fair I would have scheduled a payment for my wife’s payday. . You cost me at least $39.00 in charges now! Thanks again for piss poor service this is twice now. I’m trying to get to auto pay it seems your just about money and nothing else. Heartless that’s how I see it . A message across the screen would have saved hassles. Thanks

    How about an iPad app? You are a tech company , right? Why do I get an email that my bill is due bu your app says I owe $0? Also why do I have to log in to every site you transfer me to? Can’t control my devices like I could with the TWC app. Transfer and login to reboot my cable box, then is doesn’t work? Why? Update: 11/07/2019 still get emails that my payment is due, waited 2 days, app tills says $0 due? I use my pc to pay. Sad.

    Cannot use two devices at the same time. Bill is due after only two weeks of services yet states it’s for a month of service. Not very happy! Oh and a 9.99 one time fee was added that they forgot to mention!

    Way to expensive for the little bit of tv I watch will be looking into an antenna. I think you should offer for the customer to pick only the channels they want. Like a 5 channel package then a 10 channel package.

    There was an older version of this application that allowed me to view payment history up to 6 months in the billing section. Now I can only view statements and enroll in autopay. What good is having the mobile application if I still have to use the desktop website to view something so simple as payment history? I might as well delete the app and use the site. I do not appreciate my payment methods being saved automatically without asking permission like literally every other app ever made. Waste of time. Horrible updates.

    Phone customer service is very poor. The automate person is so annoying and poorly designed and really testing patience. I made it through after coming back few times. You increases price without any notice and warning. Smh

    This is is very user friendly and HAD to use this because logging in online it kept saying there was an internal server error on Spectrums end(it didn’t matter what computer I used it still said error). So I guess blessing in disguise??

    My internet speed isn’t the greatest. I do stream but even just streaming only it’s a little laggy. Every other day it seems like my service is in an out. I have wifi but my service seems to come and go. I have a app to check my upload and down load speeds and it fluctuates quite a bit. Hopefully it improves.

    Like the company and service this app is pure garbage. Double charged me while trying to pay a bill and then Spectrum refused to return the second charge. Corporate bullies and represent everything that is wrong with this country!

    I asked for internet and I was sent TV, Phone and Internet. I was charge triple what I should have paid. Because of this, I was screwed out of the 12 month intro internet offer and had to immediately begin to pay the full price. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. Telling me “yes, yes I know how to spell” while I began to spell my address over the phone in order to help. I don’t know what it is with this company, everyone I’ve dealt with has been selfish and completely rude. Just last bill, they began charging me an extra $5 a month without telling me for “WiFi service”. Don’t I already pay you enough for internet? Also, the auto enrollment has a mind of its own. It was coming out the 7th, or the 5th all year. This last payment decided to come out of my account the 4th, causing me to overdraft 2 hours before midnight when I get paid, though I’m sure they couldn’t care less.
