Can't logout of the App 3/5
So apparently, every time you try to sign out, it tells you to go to settings>tv provider. But every time I do this, there isn't a button to select tv provider. Possible error by Spectrum?!? Plz fix!
My spectrum app 5/5
I love using this app it is so easy keeps you updated on new features. Very easy to submit your payment and use your WiFi finder app to connect with the thousands of cablefi and passports around town. User friendly
What’s the point? 1/5
Crashes constantly. But even if it didn’t, this app is missing so much functionality. How about allowing me to see the caller ID? Or listen to my voicemail? Another half assed attempt from Charter and Spectrum. What did I expect? Their service is pretty half assed too. They’re the only company that can’t figure out whole house DVR and how to get upload speeds to match download. I miss my FIOS. So much better. Not worth the extra cost though.
Why not have an option to save payment information? It’s annoying to have to enter credit card numbers everytime

I am a father of 3, I have had spectrum for some time now and like most parents, I live paycheck to paycheck. The accommodations in which spectrum has tailor made for me is beyond most providers interest of monetary gains. I can truly say that if more companies were interested in a relationships longevity as spectrum is, and continues to be, they would be more lucrative, and successful moving forward in their respective markets and industry. Thank you to the unique staff members Within this organization whom have provided transparency and compassion to my individual needs and ability, in which have accommodated my needs as well as desires. I look forward to another year of best in class service and support.
Cannot make payments 4/5
When trying to make a payment the app does not allow me to select a payment type or even the payment account which is required to fill in. The billing page seems to have bugs. Please resolve this issue so that I can have a smoother experience to pay my bills on time. Rest of the app seems to be working fine. Hence 4 star rating
DVR app 5/5
It would be great if I was able to set my DVR from the app on my phone when I’m not home. That’s the only thing I’m dissatisfied with.

The TWC app was much better but does not work any more had to down load this could do much more could turn on call forwarding got caller id from my home phone on my i pad or cell phone this one doesn’t do anything

MYTWC App allowed me to set notifications of calls received on my home phone to my cell — there no option for this on MYSPECTRUM App. Needs lots work before it can compare with MYTWC app.

The app rarely works an currently will just close whenever I try to sign in or choose forget password or username which I had to try because it isn’t accepting my correct log in.

Worst Internet provider in the country!!! I have to set my modem EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Looking for new company but AT &T is 2nd worst company! We need more competition. Hate hate hate spectrum!!

I signed on six months ago, the speed is awesome, but My service has been down several times. Sometimes, days at a time. Other times, maintenance of the lines, they cut the service and didn’t notify us. Other two times, they called it “outage”. As slow as my old internet service was, I never had any issues with the internet been down...

Many times the TV buffers to catch up. I have a Bose stereo that I linked through WiFi but had to stop using because I missed half the song due to buffering. This experience has turned me off of Spectrum.
Took a Great TWC APP AND RUINED IT! 1/5
This app was forced upon us former time warner cable users, replacing a very functional and useful app with this stripped down imitation. Called and complained to Spectrum, and was told the other functionality the previous TWC version had would be added to this one. That was months ago. Take a five star and turn it into a 1 star. Very Sad.

Very disappointed in the new My Spectrum app. The old My TWC app was great because you got push notifications for new voicemail messages. With My Spectrum, we no longer get them - which is a HUGE disappointment. I hope this feature is added soon.

Only works on iPad in portrait mode not landscape which I always prefer. The layout on my TWC was much better, everything was viewable at a glance.

Wow what a piece of garbage! The WiFi profile does not work on either apple phones or android. Called tech support and they are clueless and asking to try to access the hotspot at the business. Wow. Do they QA their product? Do they ask for feedback from customers? NO and NO wow

Ever since upgrading, I have never been able to login. I’ve changed passwords called the support line. In addition, it shows up iPhone screen size on my iPad. Just junk.

I don’t like the app since it was changed to spectrum. I used the app all the time to forward calls and now it is gone. Very disappointed since I used it all the time. Lots of things missing on the app. Don’t like it at all

Since the app updated, you can’t login to the spectrum or time warner app. It says “we’re sorry something went wrong. Try again later”. When you try to login to the website, after hitting login the website redirects you to TWC and spectrum are same company and continues to redirect you to this website and won’t allow you to login. How frustrating.

The app is just as good as the spectrum/time warner service... terrible. Aside from checking your balance and payment don’t waste your time. If u could give it less than one star I would.

I can no longer set call forwarding and I do not get a notification when someone is calling like with the TWC app that this one replaces. Why Spectrum stopped us from using the other app when this one is missing such functionality shows poor planning and thought.

I used to use the app to check my bill status but for some time now I haven’t been able to actually log into the app to check it. It just says sorry there was an error please try again later and it never works if I wait I have no idea what is wrong with it I’ve deleted and redone loaded it and updated it as need I’m at a loss for words

I can never get logged in. I enter everything and hit sign in and it crashes the app. Every single time. When the app reloads it just puts me right back at the sign in page. I have the most up to date version
Really easy way to pay your bill. Takes seconds if you link your bank account.
