The My Spectrum app offers a fast and convenient way to pay your Spectrum bill and manage your account from anywhere, with an updated look to reflect our new company. We're working toward a single, enhanced app experience for all Spectrum customers. If you’re currently using the My TWC app and haven't been asked to use My Spectrum, you can continue using My TWC. We’ll let you know when it’s time to switch to the My Spectrum app. Soon, every Spectrum customer will have the same experience when managing accounts, paying bills, troubleshooting equipment and more.

    WiFi is absolute trash juice. I’ve had spectrum WiFi for not even a month yet and I’ve had to call them a total of seven times since then and had to have technicians come to my house. Just this morning I’ve had to call them twice to fix the WiFi and guess what!?!?! IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!! I never ever ever leave reviews, but I’m so frustrated with spectrum that I had to.

    The App needs more account info and the ability to schedule calls to Spectrum just like the TWC app did. I should be able to see my payment history, make payment arrangements, request a service request. This app doesn’t give customers enough info.

    I enjoyed using your My TWC app with an iPad format and was expecting to see it when I updated to My Spectrum app. This was disappointing. It got the job done but was not as nice

    Hate the new app. The TWC app was better designed, easier to use and gave you the option to chat within the app. I liked being able to log in the TWC app and see everything I needed displayed there not having to go hunt for it. I hate this new app!

    Rarely get the speeds I pay for. In fact, oftentimes the download speeds are less than 5MB. Have heard that they purposefully throttle down the speeds so that you buy a more expensive package.

    Please provide the troubleshooting option for internet like the my twc application. This app currently redirects to your webpage which to me defeats the point of an app.. i suppose it’s not that big of a deal, mostly just super annoying.

    You forced me to download this new(replacement) app and blocked me from using the old TWC app... but your app does not have the same functionality of the TWC app you are forcing me to replace? After a 20 minute call with your support I am told you are “working on adding the functionality”. So why would you block the old app if the new one is not ready to provide the same level of service?

    Had to switch from the TWC app .. this one is crap! I used to be able to reset my modem from the app .. the spectrum app does nothing except tell you to unplug to reset. This is what I'm paying more for?

    Annoyed is the perfect definition of my first experience with this app. After I awoke I was forced to download this “new and improved” app to access my Spectrum services. The new app is completely gutted from the previous version. The one useful tool of managing my WiFi has been removed as well as the easy to browse menus. I already miss the older format, and wonder how long until they roll out the new format and new name.

    I use to use the my TWC app, which allowed to me to do just about anything to my account. Now I’m forced to use this app and now can’t seem to do anything. I can’t even see my bill, because it wants me to type in some code from my statement. Well I can’t see that code if I have electronic billing and I don’t receive a statement. It doesn’t allow me to reset my equipment if it’s not working like the old app nor does it allow me to do a chat with somebody at spectrum. Horrible, horrible app.

    If you’re going to force me to download a new app, then you could at least ensure it operates as the old one did on all my devices. This appears to perhaps be a phone only iOS app. Whatever the case, it doesn’t work in both portrait and landscape mode on my iPad. I only can use it in portrait mode which makes using it with the keyboard impossible.

    I’ve been a time warner/spectrum customer for years now and it has only gotten worse. Every single night I receive less that 11.3 gbs upload speed. None of my streaming services work because the internet is so slow and spotty. I call into care. They send a tech out. And they eventually say it’s nothing they can do. They just keep resetting the network. The worst service and customer service ever. It would be great if something I paid for works. Will be leaving this company ASAP !

    Thank god AT&T is installing gigabit fiber in my neighborhood and I can say, KMA Charter. I had nothing but trouble with you in Tomah, Wisconsin and it’s been the same here in Winston Salem, North Carolina since you took over TWC. The TWC app did great job. You should have kept it, it worked unlike the Spectrum app you forced on us.

    I enjoy my internet service. However, the constant calls from Spectrum trying to upsale me on their products is utterly disruptive and inconvenient. As a consumer, I have done my homework and understand the products and services you offer hence the reason I have purchased what I NEED. If I wanted additional services I will contact you as I did when I purchased my current services.

    The app photos look pretty tacky with the 10% battery showing. Maybe have a full charge on the phone when you do the screen shots next time... it will show a little more class.

    There is a payment option on this app and EVERYTIME I go to pay my bill, it won’t let me. I click the “make payment” button and nothing happens. What’s even the point of having an app if I can’t pay the bill when I want to. Literally ALL my other bills have apps where I can pay and avoid to talking to people on the phone/ sending payment in the mail. And I forget to pay tho one sometimes bc the app never works right. Very disappointed

    Button to make payments doesn’t work. Took a video to prove it. Don’t get a paper bill so prob going to get hit with late fees. Spectrum def earns the nickname rectum. 0/5 do not recommend.

    Time Warner wasn’t the best but at least their app was pretty stellar. This app is horrible with absolutely no features or functionality whatsoever. I was forced to get this app as the regular app was no longer in service. This is absolutely terrible.

    I don’t like that I was forced to download the app and to stop using the twc app. All this app does is basically let you pay your bill and that’s it. The old twc app let me check my balance and let me check prior payments made in the past so I knew how much to put towards the rest of my bill. Best of all it had the chat feature that let me set up phone calls with customer support whenever I needed it. You guys need to update the app to have all of these features as well. If that happens I might consider updating this review.

    Can’t access chat, view or modify appointments, or edit payment methods on the app. Basically, all you can do is view and pay your bill. The old My TWC app had a lot more options, this is a downgrade. It’s easier to just go to the My Spectrum mobile site instead.

    App only let’s me see the amount due. Will not let me see the actual bill. I called Spectrum in November 2018 and spoke with support. Now it’s January 2019 and the app is still worthless.

    I can sign in successfully and enter my Security Code, receive a successful prompt but then am repeatedly looped back to a prompt for my code again. Major step down from the TWC app.
