Great App I just wish they had it integrated with each managed device. The FiOS app allows you to turn on or off individual devices which is great when you have a child on punishment and you don’t want them using there Xbox etc

The app could be improved I should be able to login anywhere or anybody’s advice not just with them my Wi-Fi area because I am a special spectrum customer even with for over ten years and honestly like everything but the secret prices and make up and weird packages that so confusing

STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRUM 1/5
Not only did the app tell me I was paid up for 3 months which was not true. My auto pay was not actually charging my card. Now Spectrum has locked me out of all but one method of payment. This company has unhelpful customer service and clearly their technology is useless. Find another cable company even though none of them cares about their customers. Spectrum is the lowest of the bottom feeders.

Will not let you “pay amount past due”
Does not give you a payment option or “confirm” a payment before submitting.
It will take out the full amount due without notice. Don’t click “make a payment”, unless you are ready to have the full charge taken out of your account. Cable is very expensive as it is. Some people need to split a payment or pay due amount now and full amount in another week. Some people can barely afford the high price of cable which is why many are “cutting the cord”. Not considerate - shame on you Spectrum.

Was repeatedly told the account number on my bill was not a valid account number. What's the point of advertising this app if people can't sign up and use it?

Spectrum has the worst customer service. They don’t care about anything but the company. Is like talking to robots, they don’t show empathy or any kind of understanding. I’ve been with them for 4 years, and today they’ll receive my last payment. I’m out.
Cannot Change WiFi Name and Password 4/5
Every time I try to change my settings for the WiFi it does not work. Everything else works correctly except that. Please resolve the problem.

After all the constant resetting, flashing, and countless hours dealing with tech support dealing with issues on there end this company is a waste. The App just shows you where to find it, the issue is at. Two years later and the network related problems have returned, this time leaving me with no service long enough to watch a video in HD on YouTube or even Netflix.

When you try to use the app to pay there is no notice that your payment has been submitted, just a request to rate the app. There’s also no page to show previous or pending payments which caused me to submit my payment twice. Then Spectrum told me there was nothing they could do to help me cancel one of the payments. The app is garbage as is their customer service. This is quite possibly one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with.
No Internet Connection 1/5
I had lost my internet connection and digital phone line 2 weeks ago for more than 2 hours, 2 months after they increase my bill. After the said event, they offered a lower rate supposedly with a faster internet. Yesterday afternoon, we had no connection again for few hours. Then last night I lost my connection again and it has been more than 6 hours now. Everytime I call, the voice prompt will just say there is a temporary system maintenance, worst is that it was unannounced. How long is this temporary system maintenance gonna take? This is just unacceptable, I have never experienced this long hours of no internet connection with my previous carrier. Also, not being able to talk to someone who can address the issue is too much hassle.

TWC app was way better than the Spectrum app. Better interface with more details. ie... scheduled appts and chat. This app is very basic and kind of useless. It would be good if I had nothing to compare it to, like the previous app.

For the price you have to pay for this crap, you think you could go more than 3 days with out losing all services. I think it’s time to go back to dish or just go with free TV service.
Can’t Adjust Payment Options 2/5
App won’t let me adjust payment amount or type (links don’t work) so I have to call in to pay my bill. App is often buggy in the billing section which is super inconvenient.

Excellent for what it is. I can’t seem to pay my bill on the mobile page but the app works just fine. It can be a little slow sometimes, though…
This app is a surprisingly smooth and modern experience compared to their website and in store locations! I’ll be using this from now on to work with them.

This company is the worst customer experience possible if all aspects. Based on the waste I’ve observed in their business processes it would also be poor investment. Never get the same answer; still waiting after 2 years to get them to fix green box in our field, supervisor was going to take ownership of my issue and call me back tonight.....crickets once again 😡.

For 3 days now my service has been on and off also my internet, since I work from home this is very inconvenient I am having to into the office in San Jose. Spectrum is quick to charge you but not so quick to compensate you when their service is down, nor do they at least send a message saying service is having issues or when they expect to have it fixed.

Our internet (entire building) went out on 9/11/19 and from that evening until today 9/16/19 I have been calling Spectrum about the issue.
1) When I called of course they put you through shut down, unhook, put back, re connect) which was done. I told them again!! “It’s the whole building “
2) The next day they sent someone out. He check the signal in-house and the main box downstairs. He told me he would have to call the engineer team to come out.
3) the engineers came out about 1 hour or so later... they checked the connection downstairs. No word on any progress
4) now it’s Sunday and I call again ... the rep wanted me to do the unhook etc again I told him NO that was done, the tech & engineer came out already... it’s a Spectrum Issue! He told me he can schedule another appointment for a tech! I said “WHY” if you read the notes all of the information should be there.!!
NOW it’s time for me to look for a better company!! Spectrum is the PITS!!
Also Don’t send me another piece of mail for you so-call deals!!! Nothing you do is a deal!!! And don’t call me about “how was the service” I can answer that now HORRIBLE!!!

When you are the only game in town you can get away with useless products like this. Channel doesn’t come in randomly. Check the app for support. Follow steps that don’t work. It says contact support. You’d think there’d be a link of number but no. I can’t wait to move somewhere else to finally be rid of this.

Support says you cancel auto pay anytime - I tried! That was bull ! I did it bc I needed to change the card I used bc my card on file was hacked! This service bites! Sorry Spectrum - half the time you do not work and the other half the programming bites! I am tired of paying nearly $200 for nothing - no recording (DVR cut to save but where is the SAVINGS?) and only kept the phone bc I am a 21 year US Army Disabled Veteran ! No breaks there either guys! I am left with the slowest internet which is giving me pause as well bc of the number of my devices! I will cut the cord when I figure out WHO will next get my business! Grrrr...Spectrum!
