My Spectrum App

Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks are known as one company, Spectrum. The My Spectrum app offers a fast and convenient way to pay your Spectrum bill and manage your account from anywhere, with an updated look to reflect our new company. We're working toward a single, enhanced app experience for all Spectrum customers. If you’re currently using the My TWC app and haven't been asked to use My Spectrum, you can continue using My TWC. We’ll let you know when it’s time to switch to the My Spectrum app. Soon, every Spectrum customer will have the same experience when managing accounts, paying bills, troubleshooting equipment and more.

    So frustrated! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days and it won’t work! The expiration date for my CC has randomly changed & I can’t edit it. When I click submit payment, nothing happens!! Ugh!

    When I signed up I was told that the app would support control of connected devices. The only way to do so is to reset the equipment and change the password. The Verizon app is significantly better.

    The site won’t load the app says try again later. If their internet wasn’t so fast I’d left this guys a long time ago. For now I will have to pay my bill by mail..... fantastic!

    Whenever I enter the app to pay my bills and I press make payment, it doesn’t do anything and I keep pressing it and still nothing, I restart the app and nothing.

    I’ve tried and tried to sign in. I’ve already changed my password and have the correct info but continue to get error messages every time I enter in my credentials

    Used to love just the simplicity of the app, because I was able to paid my bill through it, had any problem... just click “troubleshoot” now not even that!! I do not have any idea who made changes into my account without my knowledge or consent. Spectrum!!! You are getting worst and expensive every single day 👎🏼

    This app can only be used in the portrait mode so I must close my iPad stand and then turn the iPad up on end! Why was this app designed without a landscape mode?

    The app does not work properly. I am unable to view my bills through the “View Statements” feature. It will ask me to verify my security code and once entered kicks me back to the billing screen. When I click “view statements” again it will ask for the security code again. The My Spectrum app removes the ability to reboot cable boxes or the ability to view the status of the equipment. It’s a definite downgrade in usefulness of the app. In short the app is garbage.

    I updated my app on my iPad about three weeks ago and my streaming on demand has not worked since! Am I missing something or is there something that needs to be fixed at your end per your customer service? I would love a response or at a minimum fix this the problem! I have been as calm as I can be but come on man.... I pay a fortune monthly gold package, home phone and internet! Please FIX THIS ISSUE..............

    Never able to log into my account through the app. Always getting an error message saying oops something went wrong. Iced changed my password multiple times and still unable to log in.

    This app is not ready for customer service. It is dishonest because it appears in the app that my balance is past due, but my bill I received in the mail and in the Spectrum app states that the payment date is for tomorrow. When I called Spectrum billing, they couldn’t clearly explain why. I was told that’s Spectrum’s billing policy. Excuse me, but I need to understand...Do you mean it’s Spectrum’s policy to make it appear as though I missed the date to pay my bill? (Please note: Get everything that is promised to you by the sales representative, including “FREE STUFF”, in WRITING so that you may present it to the billing department once you find out you were given false information.) Why was the amount for 2 months in red with a PAST DUE/SERVICE INTERRUPTION threat below it??? The app and the policy are erroneous. The representative did state that the due dates are gonna change hopefully by May. I received the service on Feb 25, first bill is due tomorrow, March 21. Next bill is due on April 7th because that is Spectrum’s policy I was told. They only bill on their chosen days and not your agreement with the sales representative, nor from your installation date. SPECTRUM BILLS ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. The cut off threats and past due error began 5 days before the actual due date. This app does not function properly because the LINKS DO NOT WORK to pay my bill at all. This app is not reliable because every time I open it it does not work. Deleting it now until Spectrum updates this app to function as it should. You don’t have the bully me with a dysfunctional app to pay my bill. If you treat me real right, I’ll try to be your best customer. So, please FIX this app. We’re COUNTING ON YOU, Spectrum. Thank you!

    Go back to old app. This new version is awful. I was charged twice after it said it could not process my payment. It’s both ridiculous and stupid and the biggest inconvenience.

    Very plain and basic app, i don’t like that we were forced to download it since i cant use the TWC app anymore, the other app had more info and was actually functional in trying to troubleshoot things. also i cant turn off or change the password or my router through this app. very frustrating!

    My internet keep kicking me off and it also runs really slow. I also purchase 3 Apple TV and let’s me say that was the worst decision I made they are always freezing up on me and they are always saying I don’t have internet connection even with the one I have connected directly to the modem it still gives me problems. I’ve called customer care and some of these representatives don’t even know what they are doing cause all they do is just transfer me to different departments one time I got transferred 9 time and at the end the problem was still not fix. Don’t recommend the Apple TV ppl.👎🏻

    This app is convenient and is easy to use. The only problem that I’ve encountered was activating payments from the app. Which you can find the code on your billing statement, but it did not work the first time around.

    I haven’t been able to access my account through the mobile app or even in the desktop. Without exaggerating, I have changed my password 5 to 6 times. I get a confirmation that my password has been updated, but when I try to login, I have no success. I’m the kind of customer that likes to pay my bills online, but this website and mobile app are pathetic. I hope you do something about it. Unfortunately I had to go with Spectrum cable and Internet because my former provider does not service my area

    This app does not have the same features as Time Warner. Support gives you the run around; the app can’t check the equipment and I cannot check my emails when I’m away from home just to name a few. You all need to work on this. You’ve not made the services better since the merger. Please fix your services and your app.

    I don’t know why I expected anything that works from spectrum. The app won’t allow one to verify your account without going into a loop. Perhaps you shouldn’t employ rocks to do your programming. Can’t wait to switch to fios.

    When I first sign up I was told I had the channels I was looking for, for my family and it turns out that it’s far from the truth so I go up charge to get my channels. Little upset but still new so we’ll see.

    After "successfully" verifying my account several times, calling Spectrum, deleting and reinstalling the app and trying on different days, I am still unable to view my statements using the app. My TWC worked just fine. Why force a change that didn't work. They should have allowed us to keep the app we used until they got it together. We pay Soo much for cable and they can't get an app to work.

    Though the Time Warner Spectrum app was totally buggy, it offered so many more features. We’ve now lost the ability to see in a notification that you have an incoming home phone call in real-time, and the big one for me is that I no longer have a way through an app to listen to voicemail messages. You’ve got a lot to make up for and you brought this out way too early. I’m one disappointed customer.

    After “Spectrum” took over this has really lost functionality. Can not reset the tv box or even check connection. This App is a regression not an improvement, instead of fixing the App it is only a reminder to pay your monthly bill.

    I just recently switched from Cincinnati Bell Service to save $20 a month. I have had nothing but disappointments and problems. And they (Spectrum) still hasn’t gotten it right. Bas decision on my part.
