    This is a Medical Group which doesn’t test its patients for COVID-19 to save money. They limited the testing only in Emergency Room. Very rude when calling to the designated numbers especially COVID19 hot line numbers. Really felt bad the way they treat their patients.

    My only problem is there is no integration with the native health app on the iPhone. I would love for it all to be sorted but it’s not. One an update comes out with the Health app (that Epic does have integrated) then I will rate 5 stars.

    I take my Mother-in-Law (86) and my Mother (90) to their medical appointments. Login is hit-or-miss for the Advocate portal accounts, which accounts are separate for each of the ladies.

    I used Epic with another health system and theirs was much better. On this system I want to send a non urgent question/message to a provider and he is not listed. There is no way to request a refill on a prescription.

    I like being able to send messages to my doctors anytime. The response time has been very good. I also like getting to pay my bills online. Having all my lab and test results in one place is also very helpful.

    The entry into my chart is clunky and difficult to get to the portions regularly used. The login time out should be longer, working between appointments and your reminder calendar is two short especially during device updates requiring past schedule entry’s. Otherwise this is a very useful app. Thanks.

    I want SO BADLY to like this app. It's well designed and fairly intuitive. I like the extra features. But the point of MyChart is to make my life as a patient with doctors in multiple networks EASIER. And even if I can see connected test results etc, having an app for just advocate that won't let me message my other doctors or switch facilities to do so is annoying and takes up space I could be otherwise using more beneficially. If the app is updated to allow messages to other medical care providers than those within Advocate Aurora, or a "switch account" function is added like in the basic MyChart, I'll happily convert and give this app 5/5 stars. Until then, I have no use for an app that will only let me contact a doctor I don't even see anymore, even if it has many convenience and awareness features.

    I paid my bill on Monday. It’s now Thursday and it’s still showing that I owe money. Also, I should have the option to decline vaccines that I no longer want/need so it doesn’t keep showing up as a past due service.

    I just transitioned to the new App. It is well laid out and easy to navigate. Using it today i noticed a few things that may need attention. I did the in-app preregistration for a procedure I was having. When I arrived at the registration desk I had to give all of the info again. When asked why, I was told that I should have told her I pre-registered. I would have thought that she would have had all of my info pre-populated already. Either that or she should have asked me. There really was no way for me to know that it was my responsibility to advise. Second, on the app Under devices I cannot add my cell. It shows my iPad already but not iPhone. No add button. The app also shows a remote proximity auto advisement feature on check in at the hospital. I toggled that ON but it won’t stay toggled ON. Not sure why it won’t stay activated. Anyway the site is very current and intuitive. I like it.

    Unsure why but test results never fully show so if I tryto share with physician, they only see an end result which is often not significant enough to monitor changes. Pretty stupid as the full report hsould be available.

    This application used to work fine on my cellular connection. Now it never connects and always gives an “There was a problem communicating with the server” error every time on on Verizon Cellular. If I use WiFi it logs in with no issues. Unacceptable!!

    This app continues to evolve and has become a useful tool for helpful schedule and manage care activities. Having results from tests available here is really helpful. Thanks for fixing the problem that had the Touch ID selection overlapping with the PIN selections.

    First of all it is Monday And my appointment tomorrow is missing in act. That was never an issue before, it might sound picky but it is important when your provider Is in a different clinic and you do not understand where it is or when to be there!
