If you change your PW, Touch ID breaks. Also, app won’t allow me to turn off Touch ID. Also won’t let me answer questions about coordination of benefits on the mobile app.

Do not download. I can never get the ap to log me in. After typing username and password, a wheel spins for minutes and nothing happens.

Good app overall. It gives me access to my ID card and my HSA account which is cool. Design is a bit dated but it works well.

I've had this app for about 2 weeks. Worked great at first. Now I haven't been able to log in for days. After attempting to log in, get msg "we r unable to process ur request. Please try again later." 🙄

Just added this app looking for more info then is available, unfortunately there is NO SEARCH options. If you want to know more then what's posted you HAVE TO CALL.... which really defeats my purpose of adding the app! I hope you this improves.

I have tried and tried to get this app to work. It will not take my member ID that is clearly on my card. I also tried to sign in as I do on my desk top and it doesn't work either. I got this app so I could have 'hands on' when I needed information from my health insurance company. But it's totally useless. Do not get this thinking you will have information you need when you need to get it quickly. It's has only cause heartache and frustration.

The app is useless. I put in a search for a Primary Care physician but all the doctors that came up were back doctors. I was sick and trying to use it so I can find a doctor quickly but it was no help. Some of the numbers don't even go to a doctors office

Can you make it so the app remembers our username and once we register we can set a pin to login versus having to type or username and password every single time.

This app does basically what you need. You can look up your claims, find a provider or facility and view balances, etc. But having to sign on with a username and password is just crazy. Come on folks, give us TouchID access. It's 2016!

I updated my app but now it wont ket me sign in! It keeps saying my user name or password is wrong. I even changed my password, but it still wont let me sign in.

Getting the error message "Oops! Something went wrong on our end." WAY too often. Can't even get to my I.D. cards. As frustrating as any other interaction with BC/BS.

Lately i've been having problems even getting the app to let me login at all on my Iphone 5c. It just keeps loading. I've had insurance for 2 months now and still haven't received an insurance card. I requested a new card a few weeks ago, which I haven't received either; so I've been relying on using the app to show my insurance info to the doctors and pharmacies. But I can't even get the app to open when I need it. NEEDS MAJOR UPDATES!

BCBS needs to add emergency acute hospital provider info!!! At midnight, while everything is closed including BCBS help line my family member suffered from in expected, kidney stones. We had no idea of where to go. We were misled into thinking one location was in network but it was not! This is important valuable info needed by your subscribers!!!

App said delete and reinstall. Did that. Opened it, wants my location, no way. Now it wants to update. Tried that, failed and keeps failing. Fix this please.
After some thought I have come to a conclusion that maybe the app is not compatible with iOS8. Worked fine before. If those posting put the version of OS down that would be helpful.

Downloaded the app, was immediately prompted to install the update (which I did), then tried to register. I'm looking at my enrollment info from my card and the info I input. They match perfectly but the app says that BCBS can't find my data so call the 800 number. I thought using the app was so I
could see my info without calling. If their system can't find my data from the app, how can I trust what their app tells me?

This app needs the ability to add insurance card to passbook. It's terribly inconvenient to have to navigate through the app instead of simply opening passbook. It's easier to just pull my card from my wallet, making this app largely useless.

Was a little wary of even downloading this app based on previous reviews, but I needed to look up some info related to my policy. This app worked fine - no issues with it not opening or crashing - and has many useful functions.

I was hoping the other reviews were wrong or at least exaggerated, but they're correct. After the mandatory update the app no longer works. I can login, but after that I can't do anything else. Not one thing works in the entire app! It's just a frustrating space eater now! Will be deleting it and just hoping maybe BCBS of Tennessee will use some of our funds towards creating a working app!? Get on the ball guys! smh

I downloaded the first version but all I could see was an intro screen and no way to go deeper in! Then got notice that a new version was availble, but the download always failed. Deleted it off my iTunes and phone and went to the App Store online to download the new version, but iTunes insists I've already downloaded this app and I can't download the newer version. What is BCBS TN spending my monthly premium on? Not mobile app development....
There are bad bugs in this app... It makes healthcare.gov look stellar by contrast. Every time I try to enter a location on the find a doctor section of the app, it hangs.

The idea behind an app is that you are supposed to actually be able to use it. This won't even download completely. I was hoping to use this instead of the awful mobile website version, which doesn't work either. Why can't BCBS TN get a decent app or mobile site? It's not like they don't have the money.
