    This is a great app for keeping track of weight, nutrition, and exercise. Just the daily use of the app helps one to realize caloric intake and to take steps in the right direction. A big plus is the availability of good recipes and a blog. I use this daily and love it.

    Love the app but since the last update it won't connect to the servers. I have to use it offline most of the time. Please do another update to fix these issues! Had to update to newest version since updated to ios 11. Hate it. Please fix the weekly reports or add 1 like in older versions where you see total nutrients needed for week & total so far you’ve used & how many left instead of average - no one cares abt avengers! May need to switch apps after years bc that was most important.

    I started logging in order to maintain a 1500cal diet, now I’m down to 1200. To accurately gauge your food intake, all you have to do is weigh/measure every single thing you put into your mouth. Do you know how small a 1/4 cup of granola is?! You will now! A home cooked meal becomes a GRE math problem of divvying equivalent fractions. If I eat something I shouldn’t, I see the app’s macro counter shift— and feel a wave of failure. There is a thin line between watching what you eat and developing an eating disorder. This app helps me flirt with that line. Eventually I’ll have to delete MyFitnessPal and get a therapist, but not til I lose my muffin top!

    This app is super helpful for tracking macros the only thing I wish is if it would count net carbs as well. Apparently you can do it on desktop but I use the app from my phone only.

    Easy to use and does everything I need and more. Haven’t yet found a bar code it wouldn’t scan. I’ve tried some of the suggested recipients and they are pretty good and definitely healthy.

    This app is amazing. It does everything MyPlate doesn’t. You can enter your own recipes and make meals out of barcode scanned foods with ease. It pulls in all my data from HealthKit, and my favorite part is that it fixes my Apple Watch’s inaccurate calorie measurements— it takes the raw HealthKit data and calculates a more accurate calorie estimate for workouts.

    My #1, *****, most used app! Thanks for providing such a great app. So simple to use, especially with the barcode scanner. I have been a premium user for a while now, and plan on continuing indefinitely. The fact that I can just plug my macros requirements in and let it rock is awesome. This also allows me to tailor it to my own needs. I have also learned a lot about nutrition since using My Fitness Pal. Keep up good work.

    I have been losing weight since I downloaded this app. Ease to record your meals and it motivates you to reach your daily goals. This is a well put together app. One of the better free apps you will find. *Update I've now lost 10 pounds in 3 months. No starvation diet. Just record what I eat which makes it easier to eat smaller portions. Love it!

    This is a great app if you are interested in tracking your food and water intake. It counts your steps if you have it downloaded onto your phone and then take your phone with you when you walk. It uses the camera to scan bar codes on packages also.

    I too much like food. Have been entering my eating data for over 3 months & am walking now, a different/better relationship-path-with-food. From someone who ate when he wanted & how much he wanted, to recording w/the MFP app & now tracking the daily calories...it is crazy man, to “see” the amount of calories in most of my easy-access-foods.     I consider this app to be one of the foremost triggers of my anorexia. If you're not careful, it can make you become incredibly rigid with what you eat and instill feelings of guilt for going over your calorie limit. If you have any history of or predisposition toward eating disorders, I would highly advise you to NOT use this app.

    When I first joined MFP, I loved it because I could track my food and exercise and goals, as well as encourage and see my friends on their journey. Now my feed is cluttered with ads and blog posts. I don’t see my friend activity until I scroll through 6-10 other things. I feel this has broken my sense of camaraderie with my friends on this journey. Also the way strength training is tracked is really lame... no calorie deficit? Come on.
