Worst app I’ve ever downloaded. 1/5
Went thru the hassle to sign up for service. Downloaded app. Can’t log in. Can’t reach server. Not worth time , money, and hassle.

Good content but poor performance. On the apple version of the app I try using air play and it crashes/drops frequently. It also resets to a default lower video quality every time.
Tried the amazon app and it is missing several episodes of shows I want to watch.
Not worth the $, not even close.

App is okay. However signing up and logging in is awful. Customer service is impossible to deal with since you can only email them and can hardly get an email back. Now I have been charged and I still don’t have access to watch anything.

This app freezes on you every five minutes. You have to keep telling the video to continue playing after every five minutes. Also if you bring up the video quality the menu will stay frozen on your screen until you turn off the tv or exit the app. I’m on my 7 day free trail and I will not be sticking around for the yearly subscription.

They charged my credit card twice last year never made it right if I could I would rate it minus ten for service I had asked them to make it right they never did so I guess they lost a customer for life i enjoyed the content never really had to much problems with the app content gets a four star just be very careful with them

XS Max and it works beautifully! Not sure why so many others are having problems. Love the app and all of the shows. Also have it on Roku and love it there as well. Great for the price.

This app is absolute garbage. Freezes every minute and hard to navigate. Why would anyone want to pay for this. IT DOESN'T FUNCTION. YOUTUBE WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE ME MY FISHING KNOWLEDGE.

I have been wanting to get this app for about 9 months now but still haven’t pulled the trigger. I have read a bunch of the reviews and it doesn’t seem like the app experience has gotten much better. With all the issues they seem to be having, there is no way I am going to pay $10 a month. They might have $10 a month worth of content, but with everything I am hearing, it doesn’t seem worth it. If they took responsibility for their failures and didn’t put the burden on the customers then I would gladly sign up (ie: lowering the cost until they put out a quality product, or reimbursement to their customers). Either way, I am an eager future customer waiting for a quality product to support.

The app is full of bugs, anytime you go to watch a show the video freezes and the audio continues to work. I’ve given it 3 months and developers have failed to release any updates. That said, I’m just ANOTHER lost customer.

When Charter/ Time Warner bailed on the Sportsman channel, I dropped down several tiers and subscribed to this app for a year. Enjoyed the first year watching on my IPad while awaiting for the promised Apple TV app which was to arrive at some point last year, but has not.
I am a hunting junky and watch these shows while on the treadmill or stuck in the airport, etc so I am caught up on the series I really like. namely McMillan and a few others. What I have noticed is that your a year or more behind the broadcast and many of the series on the Sportsman channel and Outdoor channel are not on here even though all owned by the same corporation.
Netflix and Amazon Prime are adding outdoors shows routinely and YouTube has content too that is already a sunk cost for most of us or free, so you guys need to significantly improve this experience to keep subscribers paying for the service.
The app itself is a challenge to use to find the shows you want. Too many watchlists and the search is tailored to shows and not the series. The app is not at all intuitive, I should not need an instruction manual to figure it out in the feature rich world we live in today. There is no excuse for getting it almost right anymore.

Why do I have to pay $9.99 a month and watch commercials? Shouldn’t it be one or the other? Also this app isn’t available on Apple TV. We need new generations to hunt therefore we need they an up to date application.
I love that all my favorite hunting shows are in one spot. Now with that being said, every time I go to watch it freezes up. I can still hear the show going on but it takes me gettin out an going back in a few times before it will play. Fix this an you have me hooked.

Thank you for finally fixing all the bugs with casting to chromecast. It now works much better and plays episodes in continuous order without freezing or crashing. I would like to see newer content for $10 a month though.

I originally downloaded this app about a year ago in 2017 and it was still very new reguardless of how long ago it came out it had a ways to go I tried using it and it never worked..a year later I downloaded the app and tried once more and it evolved, the only bad thing was if you clicked out of the app to respond to a text or something of the sort it would make you re log back in. Now to this date November 12th 2018 they have corrected that issue and it is a dream watching tv series and tv shows right from my phone. Wish it was a little cheaper monthly but it’s still pretty nice.

For the love of god can you make a customer support number to call and actually talk to someone to solve an issue? I send the email and don’t hear back for days. I literally just paid yesterday 11/8/18 for my subscription and my account has been charged and shows on my Apple ID, yet I haven’t been able to watch one single show since paying!

I’ve rarely had issues with this app and if anything it’s because my internet was running slow and had to call xfinity to get back up to speed. Support team very helpful and respectful when needed!

Whatever changed with the update needs to go back. It won’t hardly load, and is difficult to navigate. Only has a few shows on main page, and erased my complete watchlist. Please update again soon.

I just downloaded and my YouTube app can connect but this app can not seem to find my tv to stream to.. I don’t want to watch on my phone this needs to be fixed ASAP

I got this app for the fishing shows love the verity of show but having a hard time loading not sure if the content is to large and it’s taking longer to load but before the update I have no problems

It’s a good app for my hunting shows but it won’t let me stream the videos from my phone to my smart TV or my Xbox One. There’s an icon for TV streaming there but it says no devices found everytime I click on it. If this was working it would be a 5 star Rating from me.

Love the concept and the shows but the new version takes for ever to find the shows I always watch. The browse looks for episodes not the shows!!
Since the last update I can no longer stream the shows on my tv. I have a IPhone 7 and Vizio tv and have watched a lot of my favorite shows until the last update.
But they updated and it’s easy to stream to tv for us older generation.

Earlier - The app has been updated but there is still no ability to watch downloaded videos in the app. It works fine to watch content online but downloaded videos cannot be played.
Today - the latest update finally fixed whatever was stopping me from watching downloaded videos on my iPad when offline! I enjoy this app a lot when I’m online. Now I can take episodes with me to watch on my iPad’s larger screen!

Worst Video App I Have Ever Used 1/5
On an iPhone X and this app is the worst. When watching a show and trying to fast forward or rewind the app locks up and have to close the video and restart it.
When watching in landscape mode, once it’s about halfway across the screen you can’t fast forward because the little circle overlaps the white line to close the app.
And on the iPad, downloading episodes causes the app to crash completely.
Why there is not a fast forward or rewind button is beyond me.
I hate this app so much. If it wasn’t the only way I currently have to watch Jim Shockey episodes I would delete this app (and cancel the monthly fee) in a heartbeat.
As soon as I catch up on the episodes I’m behind I’m canceling my subscription.

Love the shows and quantity but the performance of the app and even the website is terrible. The app feels cheap and not up to the standards of even basic apps these days. The app crashes constantly. Using with chromecast requires constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to watch the next episode. I also cannot chromecast downloaded episodes to avoid buffering or crashes. The app should easily be able to let you continue watching from where you left off. Not only does it not show you where you left off but it defaults to the most recent season. Why wouldn’t your watchlist and favorites be the first thing you see? Instead it is the networks shows they are pushing. I shouldn’t have to navigate through multiple menus every time I want to watch a show. The website also seems to almost slow to a halt during peak hours which means for all those $10 fee’s they aren’t using enough servers. The website also consistently crashes or has a network error despite my internet working fine. For this type of monthly fee the app and website should be flawless. I really expected much more for the premium price.

Still great content on a horrible app media player. One way screen orientation? Constantly crashes. Doesn’t resume where I left off on episodes. Favorites is broken can’t remove them and sometimes they randomly remove themselves. Won’t be paying for this sadly.... YouTube for me I suppose
P.s. no I don’t want to email you to “troubleshoot”, how bout to troubleshoot your app! My iphoneX is fine.

Why isn’t there just a app on my Samsung smart tv already??? What are these guys working on??? Nothing has improved for the 2 years I’ve had this. I really enjoy the content. It’s just nothing is user friendly to watch it on a tv.
Worked ok when first launched. Kept kicking me out. Needs to also be available on ROKU for streaming. When that happens, I’ll give it another try.
