    really love this app, the workouts are resourceful and very manageable, the variety is very plentiful along with the fact it is all free, the only problem for me was the access to the app was a little hard to maneuver when u first go on it , but overall it is a very successful way to complete at home workouts

    I absolutely love the work outs in here the plans are always so helpful ! The only frustration I have is it doesn't always sync with Nike run so if I am doing a plan I get frustrated when it doesn't sync. Other than that amazing app! Update: I went back to the app after New Years and they got rid of the plans! Those helped me stay on track and get in shape when I stuck to them! This was a major benefit to this app! Please bring them back! My husband also was hoping to get back on the plans and was bummed when he couldn’t...

    I used to love this app!! I was on it daily it helped me stay dedicated and motivated. I was at my healthiest I’ve ever been with this app. Truly was a blessing from god. It all changed when they removed planning from the app completely. I’m 100% no one asked them to do that. It was the best part of the app and it made it very unique. They replaced with a store...of course. The collections tab is supposed to be the mock planning tab however, there’s only like 6 options and none of them were appealing to me. BEST app turned WORST app. Sooooo disappointed and I know other people are too just look at the reviews!! BAD MOVE NIKE

    I really do enjoy this app...easy to use and great workouts. I like how you can find workouts based on the muscle group. The one thing I would love is if you can add a calendar to this app and you can schedule the workouts you would like to do. Right now when I’m searching workouts i just add them to my favorites and then I have to look through them when I get to the gym. It would be nice if I could add the workouts maybe to a “Monday” and when I go to workout on Monday those workouts are there and I don’t have to search for them through my favorites. Just a thought. Otherwise good app.

    This app was great until the beginning of 2019 when they stopped posting new workouts and start posting a bunch of articles about celebs working out. Sad to see one of the best workout apps go completely downhill.

    I’ve been trying for a week to get back into the app so I can get back to training after almost 2 years (pregnancy and post pregnancy), but I keep getting a message that it cannot connect to the server Los at the moment. Whether attempting to log in via FB, traditional or password retrieval, it all reads the same. I’m trying so hard to not be upset and be patient because this is by far the best app I’ve used and used faithfully for the past almost 5 years!

    i love this app and it has really taken me to the next level in my fitness. i do think that there should be more yoga workouts and arm workouts without equipment, but that’s just me. i really love the new collections and i would love to see more yoga though!

    I’ve used this app for years. It has helped me lose baby weight with both of my children and I continue to use it to challenge myself. I work out at home and I love that I can easily fit a workout in during downtime or make space in my schedule to enjoy the longer and more challenging workouts they have developed. I like the way to app works, I find it easy and accessible. One thing I would like to see, and would make this a five star app for me, is if the limited Nike masterclasses they offer would show up in the tracker of how many workouts and minutes you’ve accumulated over the month/year. I love the classes they offer and have used them in place of my normal picks, but I’m pretty bummed with it isn’t tracked and counted towards my minutes.

    This app is good for showing workouts and describing proper form. However, after doing the same workout multiple times, my Apple Watch varies wildly on how many calories burned. One day it’s 140 calories, the next day 40, then some days it records zero calories and doesn’t show my average heart rate during the workout at all. Please fix this

    This is honestly the best app I’ve used. I don’t know why anyone would be pay for any fitness programs when Nike offers such high quality content for FREE. The workouts are challenging, interesting, and easy to adapt. I always recommend it to people who want any fitness guidance. Thank you!!!

    this app is so helpful, especially as a person who deals with motivation & body issues. i have been wanting to regularly work out for years, but i finally got to it maybe two weeks ago? anyways, nike training club has been vital to my success so far. the trainers & commentary keep me motivated and on my feet. the levels help by reminding me that i’m not lazy & am only at the beginning of my health journey. i really break a sweat & LOOK FORWARD to working out now! thank you so so much for this app. the only suggestion i have to improve is to add a direct message so that someone could give us personal tips. for example, i CANNOT do the airplane to save my life... it would help immensely if i could ask & have someone help.

    Love the workouts, great diversity of type and durations. Like the plans! Enjoy the audio guides and video to make me feel more confident about my form. The dynamic stretches and breaks built in are perfect because I’m bad about doing stretching on my own. — suggestions — Audio should continue on lock screen. I would want to lock my screen when I know a workout already and just want the audio prompting but the app stops/pauses so I have to keep it open which makes it hard when I have it in my flip belt/pocket. Integrate running data without using the NRC app. If I forget to use it (which I usually do because I just pop on music), it doesn’t count my runs and I have to manually input them.

    I really miss the way the app was set up before, where it had each plan broken up into by week and day. It was much easier to follow a plan and see progress. I was 5 star and beyond satisfied with that set up.

    Sometimes connectivity to Apple Watch disappears and it wont record the calories and time of the workout. This wont update your daily goals. But excercise seems to be effective.

    After using FitStar (now called FitBit Trainer) for over 4 years, I decided to look for something that would actually allow me to use my Apple Watch (FitBit obviously does not want to play with others). Nike Training Club seemed like the perfect solution. But I’m hardly even motivated to begin using it without the option of a comprehensive plan that balances my workouts and rotates the exercises continuously to target all areas. It seems fundamental. I’d rather spend my precious time working out than browsing through pages of workouts looking for something that’s perhaps complimentary to the workout from two days prior. The benefit of a plan is that you open the app and hit “Start” while knowing that you’re getting a well rounded array of complimentary exercises. I have to say I’m sorely disappointed.

    In the midst of my workout, the app through my Apple Watch will tell me I’m burning a certain amount (seems like a pretty accurate measurement, might I add) of calories and then once I finish the workout, it’s says I’ve burned only a third of that amount in total! It says it in the Activity app, the Nike app on the phone, and on the watch! My Activity app at least recognizes my effort through the rings but for example, I burned roughly 300 active calories on my most recent workout (according to the watch while the workout was still going), but when I look at my stats, it says my active calories was only 75 calories for 30 minutes? Because my Activity app still picked it up regardless, I’m not too annoyed, I just want the Nike app to accurately measure my workouts from beginning to end. Otherwise, GREAT app with very helpful and challenging workouts!

    This, as well as Nike Run Club are by far my favorite apps for training/working out. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because you guys got rid of the plans. The plans were probably my favorite feature of the app, so I was rather disappointed to see them go. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a great app to help you get in shape, or stay in shape!

    First off, I want to say that this app has been tremendously useful for my workout routine, but there are just too many problems for me to put complete trust in it. - Removal of Plans: This was probably the most useful feature for me and the part of the app I used and enjoyed the most. Why remove it? - watchOS app is practically broken and only works half the time: About 50% of the time, the watch app opens and tells me to “start a workout on the iPhone app”, even if I had already initiated a workout. Right now for me, it’s even worse. It’s telling me to “set up [my] Apple Watch from the Nike Training Club app on [my] iPhone” even though it’s already set up. Sounds like there’s a lot of syncing issues. - The app dims the volume of my music even if I have the sound set to Basic still timing; instead of vocal instruction, the app simply exits a beep when an exercise ends and begins. There’s absolutely no reason for it to dim my music, I can hear it just fine. There should surely be an option to turn off this feature, rather than having to turn the sound off completely. Please address these issues and I might be using the app more often.

    Overall the app works good. I’ve had the issues where the volume of music and instructor gets louder then softer. Not really a problem for me. However, the last few times I’ve done workouts using the app they won’t sync to my activity app. I see the minutes and calories, but the it doesn’t list the workout and give me my stats. Hope that can be fixed.

    I love this all. Keeps me motivated and adds fun and variety to my workouts. There’s plenty to choose from so I can even get in a quick workout on my lunch break or on days when I feel a little lazy.

    After an injury I was finally able to jump back in with my Nike training apps. The plans and workouts are gone. It was so amazing before. I would have paid a subscription to be able to keep the old features. I’m disappointed.

    Good workout app accept for a couple things, they’re more suggestions then issues. For each workout that’s downloaded, an area where you can type out notes if need. Also, if ur able to Connect Apple Music, being able to turn the music up while working out. Maybe there’s a way to do that, but I’ve yet to figure it out. Aside from that it’s a good app.

    I don't know how this app is 4.8 and editor choice. I expected the app to be good since it’s by nike but looks like they put no effort into the app. I’ve been working out for a long time and I cant find one work out routine for me. I mt would be jice if you can just search up chest and get chest workouts but no this app has ten useless workouts.

    I liked it way better when you could create a schedule for your workout plan. Now you have to constantly navigate thru the app to find out the work out. Before you got reminders of which days you had workouts and what workout you had next. It was much easier to keep you organized and motivated. Several of my workout friends agree with this as well.

    I love the range of beginner workouts. They are challenging yet doable. I feel like finding 15 minutes per day has been easier than dedicating an hour to the gym. There are many workouts that require no equipment and are moderate in intensity. I am achieving small goals and getting a good workout (per my body’s messages) in. Thanks NTC!!

    I’ve used this app for the past 4 years and have always loved it. That is, until the workout plans were removed. I loved being able to build a workout plan to meet my needs and schedule. Even more I dreaded but loved the notifications on workout day. And if I missed a day, visually seeing that lack of activity motivated me more to not miss a workout. I love the workouts on this app and the variety Nike offers. But the workout planning is what set this app apart from other workout apps and is what made me fall in love with it. But now, it’s just like the many other workout apps out there. I used to praise this app to anyone who needed guidance or was struggling with their fitness. Most of all I bragged about the workout plans they could create. Sadly, I won’t promote this app now. I’m going to try another app and hope Nike brings back the workout planning.
