I use to use it but now that I’m trying to get back into it, it doesn’t work. Every time I hit log in this blank screen pops up. Please help.
This app is just plain bad now. I’ve used this app for a year now and never had any issues. But now it is unusable. I don’t really care about plans because I just use the workouts the app has. But now I can’t even use the workouts. The app crashes so much like it’s just useless now. I can’t even get through one exercise. It crashes too much and I’ve tried deleting it, refreshing it, and just deleting everything on the app to start fresh. But it just doesn’t work.
in app purchase 1/5
Today is a sad day for every athletes around the world
this app is not free anymore
Bug with watch and Nike plus workouts 3/5
If I’m doing a classroom style Nike plus trainer video, and I use airplay to cast the video to my TV, then my phone will go to sleep and when it does my watch will lose connection with the app.
Money hungry 1/5
Disappointed, I’ve been using NTC since It first launched. when all of their workouts were free a few years pass by and now I need to purchase “premium” if I want to better myself further? No thank you nike.
Customized Plans 2/5
I just started using this app and it’s been a really great workout app! But I was really disappointed when my friend downloaded this app and I realized the newest version no longer had the customizable plan feature available! Please bring back customizable plans!
THE BEST FREE TRAINING APP 5/5
Was looking for a fitness app to help me with something solid to do at the gym and get me back into soccer shape. This app offers multiple collections currently doing the 6 week lean program- 100% recommend downloading.
Add some items 4/5
It would be great to add Spotify to the app and also workout for people with back injuries or any other ones .
The worst glitch yet 1/5
I get notifications to use the app but it won’t open at all now. I see the green screen, then it closes. This began two months ago.
Bring back plans!! 4/5
Okay honestly I love this app but, I loved it even more when plans were available. It just made it easier to keep working out and it made it a little more exciting to be able to cross something off. Bring them back please. Plans was amazing
Let it Chromecast! 4/5
I’ve been using NTC for years and love it! I share it with as many people as I can do they can benefit from it too, but there needs to be a Chromecast option! When I’m home I workout in my bedroom and my boys like to workout with me, but it’s hard for us all to see the next movement. It would be so much better and enjoyable if we could cast to the TV!
Perfect app 5/5

The best 5/5
By insta ddy._.cris
Honestly I don’t know where to start , this app has been very very helpful if any way possible. They have the best / free workouts ever in order to be healthy in life . I really appreciate the people who invited this app , can’t wish for anything better .
Loveeee this app❤️❤️
Used to be the best 3/5
By New wot player
Was fantastic, but with time, they slowly eliminated free workouts and filled them with premium ones, in addition to removing the plans.
Awesome, but too expensive for the whole thing. 4/5
It’s a great app. The workouts are good, but the programs are too expensive.
This app won’t stop running! 1/5
If I do a workout, my watch just says “time to train” and then just ramps up my activity points. I no longer get the little notifications telling me when to switch exercises.
And before I realized this was happening, it kept running even after I took my watch off to take a shower, setting a new exercise record unbeknownst to me. The only way to get it to stop is to power down the watch. Ugh.
Yes, both phone and watch have been updated.
I’m really frustrated and disappointed. This used to be my favorite workout app!
Premium is great but could use small updates 4/5
Just finished first premium training session. I have the Nike Apple Watch and used the airplay function to show the workout on the big screen. Workout looked great on the TV, and felt like I had my own personal trainer as there is no one else behind the coach. However during Airplay, the workout could not track on my Nike Apple Watch. Would really like to see the heart rate, etc. while also viewing the workout on the big screen tv. Would recommend fixing this issue where Apple Watch still functions as normal whether in airplay or on iPhone. Or Nike needs to push the Nike training club app to Apple TV App Store. Many competitors already have Apple TV apps so in order to compete in the gym and at home this would be a necessary update.
Missing Apple TV Compatability 4/5
Overall I like this app, just wish it was compatible with Apple TV so I could see it on a larger screen and do it with a partner. I like the variety.
There is a presumption of a pretty high level of fitness of people using the app. I wish they had some more beginners classes for those just starting to workout.
Love it!!! Love it love it! Just dot it! No need to read the reviews!
Beautiful and fun! 5/5
I've been a member since 2017 and I can say that this app is awesome! It's free, easy to use, beautifully designed, and gives you access to workouts that make a difference. Five stars for sure
Great quality! 5/5
I love that the app is free yet you get a huge variety of high quality workouts. One of my favorite features include being able to choose anything from full to no equipment and in between. As a mom I enjoy that there are 15 minute workouts that are short but tough.
Used to be amazing 3/5
This app has a lot of great features. There’s a variety of workouts and you can choose based on what type of workout you are looking for or what equipment you have available. This app was really amazing when it had plans. Once the ability to use Plans was removed, it wasn’t as good, but you could still pick out workouts each day. The addition of a premium option instead of re-activating the Plans option is terrible. There are so many workout apps that are subscription based, and the beauty of the Nike app was that it was free. Nike uses the app to advertise and promote its clothing and gear as it is. If I want a paid/subscription option, I’ll switch over to another app.
Update ruined 3/5
Used to love the app until the plans were taken away...
End of an Era 1/5
Editing my review after the premium update. I am so disappointed to see that Nike intentionally cut free plans for everyone to make them a premium feature. And I’m frustrated that I now can’t search for workouts without having to browse around the premium workouts that I don’t have access to—and never will! I don’t believe personal fitness has to be expensive, and I won’t be subscribing. I have so many fond memories with this app, but I guess I’ll be moving on now. (If others want a recommendation: the website DAREBEE is very very good, and promotes free, accessible fitness for all).
I agree with everyone else on this—bring plans back. They were so helpful and motivating, and the new “collections” really do not do the same thing for the user.
Otherwise, it’s a GREAT app. But taking the plans away really cut it back. Why should I use this app now instead of finding workout routines on Youtube or fitness blogs?
Nike training 5/5
It’s simple . In three words : I LOVE it!
Great app! 5/5
This app is great especially for a stay-at-home mom! I’m able to put my little down for bed and get in a quick workout! I also use the running Nike app. They are a great pair! The major point is that most of the workouts are free! Which is amazing and most workout apps are not. Love it!!
Great variety & tailored workouts 5/5
The new app is awesome. I'm loving the tailored workouts. The variety offered is great. Anyone that works out knows that variety not only gets you better results, it also makes your workouts fun. The social feed is great too. Offering tips and challenges every so often. I'm also a fan of how the different Nike+ apps work with each other. I love it. Keep up the good work Nike. 💪🏿
Thanks, I still buy a lot of your shoes, so keep the workouts innovative challenging and FREE!!! (as much as possible). I believe “just do it” so “just do it” for the poor guys!!
Almost perfect 4/5
By That guy that woks out
This is a great training app and I use it almost every day. The work outs are well constructed and I feel the progress. The only problem I have is that there are no more plans.
LOVE !!! 5/5
I really enjoy using this app , it’s amazing
i love this app but something’s wrong with my stats 5/5
every time i do a workout it says during it that i burn around 250 calories for a 25 min workout which is correct. then after i finish it says i worked out for only like 11 minutes and burned only 98 calories. it’s getting a little frustrating bc this didn’t happen before and it’s connected to my apple watch activity so it takes more to reach my goals. what can i do to fix it??
Great app, one suggestion 4/5
I love the workouts and would give it 5 stars but I don’t think anyone from Nike will look at my review if that was the case. My suggestion is for the app to have a function to lock most of the screen during a workout. To often I’m wearing non-cordless headphones, place my phone in my pocket during a workout and the app stops or changes workout from buttons getting pushed. Otherwise I love the app
The best app ruined 1/5
This was one of the only free workout apps. The premium costs $9.99 a month and ruined a good app.
Premium Not Up to Par 3/5
When I was using this app for free, 5 stars. But I paid $15 for a month of the new premium version and will probably cancel it. I’m a personal trainer myself, so I geek out over the new advanced workouts (particularly Ryan Flaherty’s), but otherwise am underwhelmed. Biggest red flag is that some of the video “tips” (e.g “importance of warming up”) in the program have no sound on my phone. I’m pretty sure this is a bug because some of them work and some of them don’t. For $15/month, there can’t be technical issues like that.
Other thing I don’t love is the high number of workouts that are only offered in class live video format. If I’m at home, I love following along with the trainer, but at the gym, I need a whiteboard format. More often than not I’m working out at the gym and I’m not going to set my phone up and try to follow along in that setting. It would be great to have a written version of the video workouts for times when video is not possible.
Now has a premium 2/5
This app used to be amazing!!!! I used to rave and rave to everyone about this app, mostly because it was free and it would help me sooo much! Now. Of course, you have to pay for the longer workout videos. 🤦🏽♀️
Nice App 5/5
Good app for beginners to expert
This app is so practical and so easy. I love the countdown to the next circuit and the ease of changing levels based on your readiness. I also love that you get whole body workout in short bursts rather than long workout. Makes the time go fast and definitely help someone who doesn’t like working out.
It was great 1/5
I used to love it before they released the premium version which feels like incomplete for $15/month and made the free version not even close as good to as it was. Just subscribed for $50/ year to results from
Funtastic and I couldn’t be happier. Bye bye NTC!
Great but not free any more 4/5
Used to be able to customize a workout plan for free, Seems now it’s only for premium. It’s a great idea with the nutrition specialist stuff that’s been added to it but we get that for free on the internet so won’t be needing the app any longer.

When feeling like I can’t stand to do another 3 minutes of a difficult workout, this app pushes me with helpful instructions to persist through the most difficult of reps.
Thanks Nike Training Club!
I have been trying to sign in to my account for the past 2 weeks and every time I click on log in it pulls up a white screen that doesn’t change. If I click join it doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-download it and it just keeps doing the same
I knew this would happen 3/5
My brother put me on to this. Love this app! It's free99. It feeds my inner competitiveness by tracking the minutes spent working out and giving badges. It smokes me with the great workouts from world class athletes and celebrity personal trainers. At first I was annoyed with the updates but now it's awesome. Keep it up Nike and thank you!!!
Update: I downloaded this app about 5 years ago. It was amazing and my go to app. The workouts were great and it was FREE!! But all good things must come to an end. Over time they’ve changed the workouts and changed up how they categorized them. And now... the “premium” workouts that require payment. Sigh 😔 it was good while it lasted.
Bring Plans Back 1/5
Updating my review since the new premium NTC version came out. Although premium seems to have brought back a paid version of the plans, all the workouts are streaming instead of downloadable, so my iPhone keeps rendering and stopping throughout the workout. I also have pretty solid internet service so not sure what’s up, but I can’t even get through 5 minutes of the first workout, plus when I pause to tinker with the app, it concludes the workout and I have to start all over. Nightmare. Please bring pack the plans. They were succinct and to the point. I have no need to listen to trainers and their introductions every single time I want to workout.
I recommended this app to countless people because of the plan feature. Collections are limited, and could be better used as a supplemental feature. The plans were tailored to each individual, with duration and difficulty. Hard to understand why Nike would remove the most useful feature within the entire app. Guess I’m going back to the gym...
The best Health app 5/5
It is the best health app that I have ever seen and also it has the things that I never saw before in the other raps
Incredible with Apple Watch 5/5
This app is amazing for at home workouts and it’s companion app on the Apple Watch is soooo useful. Finally if it’s the end of the day and you just need a bit more to close your circles, you can pick a quick, ab, yoga, or whatever you want routine and make it happen.
Needs Plans Back 4/5
Really want to give the App 5 stars as I use it everyday. I even got dozens of other people to use it as well. Unfortunately the elimination of plans significantly reduced the quality of the app. I no longer recommend it since the plans were my primary selling point over other apps. I haven’t tried the premium features yet sense as others have said, for as much as they add they miss key features of the basic workouts like watch integration. One of the things I like about NTC is that it wasn’t like the typical exercise video, premium seems to be a regression to that.
I’d love to see plans return or at least see something posted to the app’s feed to know if it’s gone for good or just being reworked.
Was perfect... 4/5
Really made me sad when you put in premium workouts and now you have to pay for it monthly. Nike, it’s not like you need the money. Couldn’t of just made one thing free. Thanks.
Highly recommend 5/5

Beats paying a trainer! I love this app.
