My son got the app and we thought we had to do nothing. But no! We have to get a subscription to watch videos! We don’t have money right now. And the subscription is to costly. At least drop it down to $4.99. It’s alright if you get the subscription but it’s a bad app in my opinion.
I did order this for my 7 day trial period. My daughter used it for 3 days and was no longer interested so at 4 days into the trial period I went in and cancelled my subscription. They charged me for a month today even thought I cancelled my subscription early. Bad way to do business. Now I have paid for the next 30 days for something she is not interested in using.
Can’t download peppa 1/5
Warning you can’t download any peppa episodes to watch offline but you can the other shows. Such a scam.
Won’t let me play videos 3/5
Just started my subscription and it won’t let me play videos or go to the grownup page. Also it’s not letting me because I don’t have “WiFi”
This app is full of subscriptions! It won’t even let you watch ONE episode without a subscription! If only it could go with ATLEAST FIVE EPISODES THAT ARE FREE! Before I downloaded it on this day, they had two episodes that are free! That’s better than having none! I currently HATE AND DESPISE this app. If it gets better, I would probably download it again, but at this time, I HATE IT.

As a parent of a special needs child who adores Noggin, it really meant a lot for your customer service to be so attentive with the iOS force close issue when it was happening, and then caring enough to write back when everything was resolved. We will be subscribers for as long as this service is available and are grateful for it’s return! 🙂
First week I bought the app, there was no sound. I deleted the app now I’m constantly being charged for an app my kids don’t use. Stupid app keeps trying to charge my card after I requested to cancel months ago. I’m filing a complaint. This is absurd
I have other subscriptions, but $7.99 a month is too steep to justify. I enjoy the features and my child likes the interaction as well as her favorite shows. I would definitely reconsider if the price point was under $5.
Crashes with iOS 3/5
My 2 year old absolutely loves it but if you have iOS you may have trouble using it. When I purchased the app it worked well with 1 device but as soon as I downloaded the app on a separate iPad it stopped working. It won’t open in either iPads now. I contacted customer support and they told me they are working on the issue with the new update and they were nice enough to give me a $10 iTunes gift card but it’s been a week and the issue still isn’t resolved

Signed up for my 9 year old with autism
He was so excited to download the app on his new iPad Pro but after sign up and subscription the app keeps crashing mid into music. Rebooted new iPad Pro still no luck.

My daughter loves this app. She loves playing the play along videos . But lately since the last update the app hasn’t been working it’ll crash randomly & now for the past few days it won’t even load up . I hope this gets fixed fast . Cause I did pay the year long subscription.
I cancelled my membership, removed the app, and they’re still charging me. So I just reinstalled it to try and cancel the membership again and now the app won’t even open. My child is too young for this right now so I would have renewed membership later, but after this I definitely don’t want it.

I love this app and the shows and stuff. But your app freezes and we have to always start over. I pay for this service. If Netflix or Hulu doesn’t have this issue (services I also pay for) neither should your app. Please fix the issue!

The last couple weeks or so this app crashes almost immediately upon opening. On my ipad, my sons ipad pro, and my iphone 8 plus! Very frustrating! App is up to sate and i even deleted and re-downloaded! Not worth the money! I will be canceling my subscription due to this! Unacceptable for a paid subscription app!

My little brother loves Noggin but man is it buggy. Not only does the Roku version have its issues, but so does the iOS version. It always crashes when you open it. This is unacceptable to have an app this buggy when we are paying for it monthly!! Please patch these problems Noggin!!

Recently got this app for my child, which she loves, but is unfortunately crashing and won’t open. Not sure if everyone pays for subscription but this is certainly not worth it, if the issue won’t get fixed.

As soon as app is opened it shutdown. It worked well the first time and I continue to pay for this app but I haven’t been able to use it.
Bad update? App crashes now 100% 1/5
Not sure what happened here, this app was working fine for a long time. Tried force closing, soft rebooting ipad, deleting app and reinstalling, and finally factory reset on the ipad. App still crashes upon launch. Please investigate for potential bugs.

None of the videos are playable outside the U.S., so I wouldn’t pay for a subscription unless you have the time to download all the videos you’ll need *and* sufficient storage space on your device.
Maybe I missed it, but it would have been nice if they had stated up front that this would be so limited. I would be willing to pay extra for an “international” subscription, but these media companies just refuse to get their acts together when it comes to copyrights.

Please update the app. I rely on this app for my autistic son who loves Dora and Diego. The app keeps kicking off I have deleted and reinstalled several times at first it was saying the video wasn’t feeling well. Now I can’t even get it to load.
