Not a user friendly interface. And it doesn’t accept Apple Pay so why bother?

Tried to pay at my table and the app wouldn’t scan the QR code. So I tried to enter the code on the receipt and that didn’t work either.
Curb Side doesn’t work 2/5
I’ve tried ordering curb side 3 times with the app and each time I sit and wait with no one bringing out the food. When I go in and ask about it I’m told the order was put through as in store. The app requests the car info so why does this happen?

Twice now I have chosen curbside pick up- it has me out in my vehicle info and then no one brings me my food. Both times I have gone in and was told it came through as in store pick up. The store also said others have complained about this- it’s an issue with the app.

I used the app quite a bit and loved it. Now I try to confirm my order and it won't let me. I cannot submit my order. What a waste. I ended up just ordering from somewhere else.

The app crashes anytime I try to enter my payment information or submit an order. Very disappointing
It simply won’t let me set up an account. My wife tried on her phone and she couldn’t either. Crap!!!

We ate at the Chesterfield location, provided my email and the server found us for rewards. While waiting, downloaded the app, used forgot password and app responded with “we are unable to access your information.” I don’t want to sign up again and lose my rewards. Server even said they know the app doesn’t work well.
When you’re hungry and it fails 1/5
Not sure what the deal is. It no longer has any of my past orders nor will it let me order now. It always worked fine and all of a sudden, nothing. It let’s you get all the way to confirm. I press it....nothing. It blinks at you, the little wheel turns for a millisecond and then nothing. So very disappointing. Seems like a very simple issue to fix, yet, after coming to the App Store to see if I needed an update, I see this has been an ongoing issue. Please fix this. In days where companies fight for business, a simple convenience like ordering online goes a long way.

For some reason it doesn’t load when you apply the payment through the app. I always have to order through the safari app directly through their website.

This app does not work properly. It keeps redirecting to the beginning or to the payment section I have already filled out. Had to call in the order after repeated tries.

your app is awful overall barely usable, most importantly YOU CANNOT ORDER. it’ll let you get to the end, you press confirm, then it exists. pathetic.
Location Limitations 1/5

Downloaded the app today but when asked to provide my favorite location (of which I have a few) none were listed in the provided location list. Actually I have three locations near places I frequent and NONE of them are listed (Canton, Kentwood, and Monroe). So the app is basically a read only app. I can’t place orders for my favorite locations and therefore probably can’t earn rewards. The computer website lists all locations but it’s not a very mobile reference and certainly not convenient when traveling around the state. What a shame but what a waste!
