I use On phone for my business,I was purchased and always make renew on my own number on On phone but after 4months and even i have still 18days left for my purchased number but the sever take back my number for Expired and CUSTOMER SERVICE didn't reply and I will never purchase again!!

I have been using this app for a while and about a month ago it said my number expired, since then I have renewd service with 2 different numbers by advice of support and still does not work. I have asked for a refund with no response. Would not recommend this service unless they fix this issue

The phone stopped working due to maintenance, since Sunday until today Thursday. Customer service does not give a reason why and they don't say when it will be fixed. I use it for business so it's causing me losses. It's not a reliable service.

This app is an amazing app , fast , reliable and easy . It was affordable before upgrade but since after upgrade the rate/fee has drastically become expensive. To text within US is 10coin per sms which used to be less than 4coin, calls is between 10coin to 90 coin in per minute within US, the rates are just too high please see to these ASAP.

I see a lot of bot reviews on here…Anyways, It used to be a really great app, lots of number choices, free credits, clear quality, etc. Now though, last week with this new update, they got rid of soooooo many phone numbers and even totally got rid of some countries…..Without all of the countries numbers, the app isn’t as great as it used to be. A huge reason why many people download this app is because the ability to get a local number in many different places, now OnPhone has been slacking for almost 2 weeks now to add any new numbers for them other countries. If you don’t want a US, UK, Australia, or Canada number, just know there’s no other option anymore as of right now. Please pay attention to what drives your customers, and add numbers for other countries again…Thank you.

This is a horrible service that cannot even explain how you pay for it. Do you buy a number for a year for $100 or do you use coins like an 8 year old playing a video game? Who knows? Don't give your number out because they will randomly cancel your number without telling you. If you wonder why your phone isnt ringing it's because they deactivated your number without telling you. And if ou complain they tell you "just get a new number." Also, their answer to everything is to give you more "coins" although I have asked 4 times whether I need to pay AND use coins and no one will answer me. CUstomer servie will engage with you, but they won't actually help, and will simply stop responding if you ask a question they don't have a canned response for. This app had promise but is actually horrible, do not buy or you will regret it
