On time 5/5

Really good app so far
Helpful tool! 4/5
Accurate and updates tend to be helpful
My issue with the app is that when it gets updated, it becomes either the best or worst app in the world. One minute it is accurately predicting train times and the corresponding track, other times it just doesn’t know what’s going on. Right now it’s good but God knows for how long
Overall, a useful app but . . . 4/5
Seemingly, with every update favorite pairs are lost and need to be recreated. Shouldn’t have to do that every time an update is released. Thanks for looking into a fix for that!
Simple, straightforward, intuitive 4/5
Gives you the info you need, when you want it.
Incorrect information 1/5
Update us horrible. A MNR search brings up many incorrect trains. It even give a track number that doesn’t even have a platform at my station. Almost useless. Just terrible.
Bad App. Forces you to buy Premium to see if that is any better 1/5
Locks up after ad and premium upgrade request.
Purposeful I am sure
Garbage app 1/5
Used to work just fine. Now it crashes upon opening.
Deletes my favorites 1/5
If I could give it a zero I would. App was created by MTA suits when it should have been created by riders. Every time the app has a new update my favorites get deleted and I can never reset or save it. I am better going online to see the schedule.
Upgrade Not working 1/5
Just installed update. It keeps shutting down my IPhone 8S.
This piece of junk application keeps crashing on brand new XS Max! 1/5
This piece of junk application keeps crashing on brand new XS Max!
Now with full screen ads 1/5
I am rushing to catch a train, but I need to know which train stops at my stop so I check the app. The clock is ticking. I open the app and... full screen useless advertisement. Thanks OnTime! I missed my train trying to find the tiny ‘x’ to close the ad.

Excellent App - super easy to use and very helpful!
Works pretty well.
So far I’m really liking this app. I got frustrated with NJT app not working and new there must be something better. This app is it when it comes to schedules. It automatically detects what station I’m closest to and shows me the schedule for the train line I’m interested in (you set settings for train line you want). Supposedly it will push me notifications on significant delays but thankfully I haven’t run into any yet. It also “predicts” what track your train is arriving on which is great for commuters at NY Penn Station where it’s a mad dash for the train once they show the track on the screen in the station.
Good information 4/5
Info is up to date and reliable. However sometimes can’t get information when it’s necessary to transfer from one branch to another.
No complaints 5/5
By UWS Forever
I like using this method. I use the LIRR infrequently but this seems to never fail me. I can’t attest to on time trains, but this schedule app works fine for me.
Great App 5/5
On point....couldn’t travel without it!
By com'in home
You use to post track doesn’t seem to work anymore
Does not update in real time 1/5
Trains are usually late and the app won’t reflect this. It shows that a train has arrived when is running late. Not accurate
Ok but no timely delay info 3/5
Easy to use 4/5
Like the layout and it’s “alerts”. Easy to plan trips. Wish all apps were this intuitive. My only challenge - it’s a bit cluttered in appearance but once you know how to use it the clutter isn’t an obstacle.
Its better than MNR app, PA & Schedule board 5/5
By Jason Malfax
Love this app ad it’s way ahead of the MNR.
Delays are listed accurately. Track change is always on point. Thank you OnTime!
Awesome app. Very accurate schedules
Used to be good, now ads 1/5
App used to be great. Now it's full of ads and is slow and bloated. I wonder if the developer has an option to pay for no ads and no ride integration? I hope the developer sees this and comments...
Works sometimes even when I have 2/5
Works sometimes even when I have strong WiFi connection . .. I don’t only rely on this app cause information is nonexistent or lagging often. However, when it does work it’s accurate..
Excellent value! Clean! Safe! And OnTime! 5/5

I still love the trains or railways that cross thru Ireland🍀 they are modern, with convenient WiFi, vendor machine with sandwiches and snacks! And they have tables and USB outlets! The best part is that the trains have a very smooth ride! 🍀🍀 #TravelIreland 🍀🍀🍀
A Great Win for Technology 5/5
Invaluable. No more fussing with barely legible paper timetables. Amazing that something this useful came out of a government agency.
Very Reliable 5/5
By Jose Al
Very Reliable. It’s a great app
You have destroyed this app 1/5
I’m not sure the reason why you changed the name of the stations to an address . You have destroyed a great app by doing that
You need this app! 5/5
I depend on this app to get to and from nyc everyday. It works every time
Used to be good 2/5
By latin cuban
App used to be good, now it includes ads and takes longer to load. Waste of money.
This app is so easy and quick to use
Poor app. 1/5
This app was way better last year. The more you guys fool with it worse it gets. Go back to basics, I want a train schedule not a Lyft car service or the weather in Seattle. Now that it does “ everything “ nothing works.
Gives reliable schedule 5/5
My go to app for train schedule
Super helpful 5/5
This is a great app
Sunday looking to travel back to nyc from Long Island this app crash 15 times in a row. Never worked. Simply unusable.
The ride/discover/stops feature is so annoying! I’d like to just click on the train I want without these extra steps and clutter on the screen. The ad is also very annoying.
I’m not impressed with the upgrade.
LIRR -Good App 5/5
Fast access on the fly
Whenever I go away from the app and go back, it always reloads and erasing the route I was looking at before and goes back to a default.
Never shows late trains anymore 1/5
Huge downgrade from previous versions. Never shows when trains are late anymore
Good app 3/5
By Sed Snid
I like how it keeps track of the train and reports whether it is behind schedule or not.
Fantastic app 5/5
I love the real time on this app! The upgrade is wonderful!
Back on track. 4/5
Developer listens, promises, and deliveres. Bugs were fixed. I’m so happy to have my go to app back and running. I am the last stop on the train and I love that, when I’m on the train, I can just open the app, simply scroll up, and I can see what time my train was scheduled and if/and by how minutes the train is delayed. Pay for the app, support the developer, and get rid of the annoying ads.
Better than nothing, but not by much 1/5
Why is the sense of being able to check in to a train or to follow it if data is not refreshed in real time? I was told I couldn’t check in to a very delayed train that I was on because the App thought it had already arrived. Not impressive.
Helpful tool 5/5
By Oracle of Sparkles
I use this ALL the time
Recent updates disappointing 3/5
Too many clicks, confusing labels and more importantly, inaccurate info (late trains are indicated as on time). Big bug: app shuts down anytime I click “yes” to the question “are you on this train”.
This app is perfect!!! I am a daily commuter into NYC from Long Island this app even though not connected to the MTA provides better updates & information than the MTA! The track assignments are always correct which help beat crowds and get a seat and the times couldn’t be more accurate. Even if you see a mistake with the schedule and you refresh it the mistake will usually be fixed! I definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs an easier commute! Keep making great updates.
Ad Central 1/5
By Ephemeral Wisp
Even the premium version of this app with the “Ads” and “Lyft” settings disabled has ads. It’s very irritating to accidentally select an ad when you are just trying to scroll the schedule. I’m already paying both Metro North and the app developer. Please get rid of the ads!
