This is the only way I can keep track of my cycles and know exactly when I am ovulating. I love it!
Pretty accurate 4/5
So far so good
34 weeks pregnant! Love their fertility info
So inaccurate and inflexible 1/5
Can’t seem to understand common concepts like irregular periods or miscarriages (which 15-25% of pregnancies end in). When I had a miscarriage and my period took a month or two to become regular, it was no longer able to predict my cycle, even when my period had been back to normal for months. I ended up having to track my period myself on my calendar and was more accurate than the app by a lot. I even managed to get pregnant by ignoring the apps’ suggestions and making my own calculations. Btw, I have extremely regular periods with the only exception being when I had a miscarriage. Also, Glow treats women’s health like it’s completely pregnancy-centric; do you want to get pregnant or not? That has nothing to do with why a lot of women track their cycles, but it is the best way to get advertising dollars..
Love the app 5/5
So far I have no complaints about this app. Seems to be accuse at and hope it helps me stay in track and conceive my first baby!
Glow charts your periods and ovulation on when they think you should be having your period or ovulating. If your period is a day late or early, it adjusts everything and changes previous entries you made, making the data worthless. I’m disappointed in this app and will be deleting it- looking for a better app that actually retains the data you input and doesn’t try to “correct” it. What a waste of time.
Missing features 3/5
The app works pretty good, but some features could be implemented, such as pregnancy risk even while using pills andpill tracker.
Spot on... 5/5
Love this app... it is spot on for predictions and easy to use.
Mhmmm I lik it... 5/5
Check it out.....
Amazing app 5/5
By Daniele's Ipod
great tracking for your period and ovulation cycles! The people are so helpful and amazing!
We love you Glow 5/5
Thanks to glow where pregnant and due July 12th we used Glows guide and was so accurate we only had sex on my ovulation day it was a true miracle I want to thank you so much for making our dreams come true best app ever thank you so much without glow I wouldn't be pregnant I love you Glow
Super helpful! 5/5
Fave fertility app! Super helpful and uplifting 🤗☺️
Great app-notifications drove me nuts 3/5
This app is awesome to use. Love that you can keep pics of OPK results. The thing that is super annoying is the notifications (even if you turn them off it will still have a number of them listed in the corner of the app icon). What is especially annoying about the notifications is that they are for conversation threads and not things like updates to your cycle or something. Many of the threads were completely irrelevant to me and were not topics I indicated I was interested in (why do they ask that the?!). Anyways, drives me nuts. Use it for its purpose and then delete it.
Too Liberal 1/5
I didn’t get the app to be bombarded with feminists and abortion advocates... it’s pretty disgusting what people get away with on there.
Glow Review 5/5
Love this app for tracking my cycle! So accurate, and has other features like tracking mood, relaxation exercises etc. I'm a mom of one, and hoping to wait to conceive for at least another 6 months to a year. I have had success with it as a family planning tool! I would highly recommend 👍🏻
No idea how they do it, but every month my period comes on the exact date Glow says it will. Dead-on accurate if you keep up with tracking.
Busy interface 3/5
Initially liked it but not accurate in predictions (I’m very irregular) and interface is really busy. There’s so much going on and the info you want/track gets buried in everything else. I’m looking for something more simplified and clean. I do like the community aspect but again very busy.
They celebrate racism and neglect their users of color 1/5
Despite multiple people asking them to remove one of Eve’s tone deaf post, they’ve yet to say or do anything. Instead they stand by glorifying a racist. They do not believe in intersectionality and are only interested in white feminism.
Everyone deserves to participate in learning and discovering the wonders of sexual health without worrying about sexist, racist, or homophobic politics. Put your “equality” beliefs into action. If you say it, you better mean it.
Avoid the community 1/5

The controversy corner is trash. Unless you’re a SJW your comments will keep getting deleted. These “ladies” can’t handle different opinions.
Also you need to change how your reporting is done.
Pretty Good. 3/5
By update BS
Needs to be worked on. I set it for 29 day cycle but it’s puts my cycle early which is very disappointing for someone who wants to conceive. It’ll make you think you’re late unless you recount to be sure. Love the groups though.
I love Glow! 5/5
By Proud American 316
Glow is such an inspirational app. There are so many groups you can join and it’s ok to talk about ANYTHING...and I mean ANYTHING!! Have you ever though to yourself I wonder if anyone else.......? I have found that the answer is YES to all of the times I’ve asked myself that about something 🤣
Inaccurate App & rude people 1/5
Used this app for a few months. This app didn’t help me with tracking my ovulation at all. What did help me 100% was tracking my own ovulation dates by taking ovulation test frequently and writing it down. Also, their chat rooms are not great if you are looking for support group. There’s nothing but rude caty females dissing each other and bullying. Nothing different then a regular social chat room you can find anywhere. Save yourself the wast of time...don’t use Glow app.
Doesn’t use my inputted data to update predictions. 3/5
This app is good for logging but it doesn’t update its predictions or my ovulation based on the data I input.
Beware - Never rely on a prediction 1/5
I know that a lot of women have had success while using this app, and others like it, and that is great. However, this app throws up all kinds of red flags.
From not having a place to chart cervical position (which is optional but is still very important and works hand in hand with your other two main signs of fertility) to logging hours of sleep (only 3 consecutive hours of sleep count for basal body / waking temp accuracy) to how check for cervical fluid (should be checked by spreading the vagina lips apart and wiping with toilet tissue from front to back both before and after you pee, not by inserting a finger in your vagina) to the basis of the app - prediction. This is dangerous.
First, please be aware that any type of PREDICTION is entirely unsafe to rely on when it comes to your cycle and all of the intricacies involved. Especially if you are charting to prevent a pregnancy. There are so, so many factors that can affect your cycle and fertility.
The very BEST thing you can do for yourself is to understand not only exactly what your fertility signs are on any given day (waking temp, cervical fluid consistency, cervical position) but what they truly mean is going on with your body.
Please do not rely on any app alone to give you information about your cycle or fertility. The app should be a place to chart what is going on with your body - a place to chart things that you already know about.
I just learned about a book last year and since then I’ve read it and I am so grateful to understand what I now know. I’ve learned that you cannot ever accurately predict your ovulation, but you ABSOLUTELY CAN tell if it has occurred. Once you know exactly what’s going on and how it all works you’ll find so many discrepancies with what is true and what an app tries to tell you.
The one and only book I will ever trust on the subject (and I’m not affiliated in any way, I’m just a huge advocate for knowledge) is Taking Control of Your Fertility. They have an app that was made specifically for their book as well. However if you like this app, you can absolutely still use it to chart - my point is please don’t solely rely on app information and predictions. The goal of charting is to record what you’re observing with your body, not to predict anything. Predictions are never completely accurate or safe to go off of, understanding what’s going on and charting based on what you’re observing in your body will tell you all you need to know, predictions should never be a part of that.
Love the app but 4/5
Whenever I open the app while I’m listening to music or phone calls it pauses the music making me have to manually play it or hangs up my phone calls. It’s quite annoying cause while I’m sitting in a parking lot or in the passenger seat and my phone is being used for other audio it should not be doing that.
80% accurate 5/5
It takes about 6 months worth of tracking your period for the app to become about 80% accurate. You also need to keep track of when your period starts and ends also. And keep track of your symptoms the week before your cycle ( like bloating, cramps, constipation, cervical mucus and all) the more information you enter the better the app with know. After a year of tracking it will become about 90-95% accurate, sometimes it would be off a day or two but atleast I knew to expect it within a certain time frame, because I lived majority of my life of it always just being a surprise.
Love this app!! 5/5
Love this app!
Very good!!!!!!!!! 5/5
This app is the best,period.
Advice to make the app better: 3/5
Update the app to include women who are going straight from IUD removal to TTC. Many women do not have periods while they have an IUD like Mirena. If you could factor that in instead of giving a grey message of “period late by 360 days” and take into account that she is using the app to get an idea of where she’s at in her cycle using BBT and OPK’s with the app. It would be nice to have some sort of prediction.
Wonderful app! 5/5
Great for tracking your ovulation & periods! Also allows for tracking of your moods, physical symptoms, weight, spotting, cervical mucus, etc. I’m definitely impressed at the detail, can’t believe it’s a free app. I recommend to anyone that’s TTC, or wants to track symptoms, or just to track your period. Excellent.
This app covers more then expected. <3 5/5
I recently miscarried and was worried to come back on the app and change to not pregnant. I didn’t think the app would have a setting for miscarriage. Immediately after I switched it, it asked me if I was suffering a loss. This meant a lot to me. Then it continued to offer ways to switch the mode and offer support groups for miscarriage.
Became pregnant 1st month of using this app. 5/5
We were trying for baby number 2 with no luck, then I followed this app, became pregnant that month.
Great app just one issue ! 5/5
It gives you the options of "Avoiding Pregnancy","Trying to conceive" and a few others, But Makes you choose one or the other. I am neither avoiding pregnancy OR trying to conceive. And there should be an option for that. It kind of pisses me off There is no option for this. Please Fix it and all a neither Option.

Hello,It’s worth it as long as you remember to log. Comes in handy when your doctor asks you when you recent period was. How long your cycle is and you can even make notes of concerns that you may have or any other things. You can also invite your partner to follow your cycle. I am not trying to conceive so knowing when I’m ovulating or fertile I don’t have sex during those days
Great ! 4/5
I love it . I love the groups and the friends that can be made . And the differed topics to discuss. And it’s very helpful with tracking your period.
Best app I've used 5/5
By Simple Girl1991
Easy to use. Keeps track of more than just my cycle. Very accurate.
Great app 5/5
Easy to use. Nice design. Love the chats and how supportive all the women are of eachother!
Too much clutter 1/5
I used Glow to conceive my first son in 2014. We even paid the $50/month to use the GlowFirst function. Now that I’m ready for another baby, i thought I’d use the app again. Big mistake. It’s basically a huge chat room for bored women. There are over 4K comments on a wedding dress post. It’s a PREGNANCY planning app. Not sure why anyone TTC would purchase (and brag) about paying full price for a tight fitting dress. I mean, you’re PLANNING to gain baby weight. The whole thing is just annoying. I feel like i’m reading the babycenter birth boards. It’s obnoxious because i am now involved in a medical trial and have only the next 21 months to conceive, deliver and breastfeed before i have to get back on endocrine therapy after having breast cancer. I expected to come back here and find the useable app i used last time. Instead I’m considering going to an actual fertility specialist because honestly, a transvaginal ultrasound sounds better than dealing with this overstuffed and basically useless app.
Also, there is a 12+ rating on the app. A reviewer commented this is MUCH to mature for a 12 year old. Someone from the Glow team responded that the apps are “generally” for 17+ Yet, i have a screenshot from today and the App Store lists the app as 12+
Women are discussing x-rated stuff that even at 37, i don’t want to hear (and I’m not a prude).
This app has gone WAAAAAYYYYYY downhill.
The “Community” is a slaughterhouse! 1/5
The “Community” is a slaughterhouse!!! I’ve seen so many women bash each other, put others down, and just be plain ugly! I thought it was supposed to be a place to uplift others and get advice. It would be nice if there was an option to turn on/off the community in the settings.
I love everything about the app except for the fact that you can’t change your ovulation day yourself. I’ve been taking tests and it’s kind of frustrating that I can’t make it accurate on the app because it’s about three days off...🤦🏽♀️ there’s so many other apps that allow you to do that. I’m probably just going to delete this one and use a different app even though I love everything else about this one 💔
Treatments and drugs are now buried. I don’t want to scroll through a million things to see my drug list. I’m not taking bbt, I’m not going to ovulate this month because I’m on pre IVF birth control. I need an app that tracks fertility treatment and this is no longer it.
Best App Ever!! 5/5

Thanks glow for helping me keep track while also providing great information.
Love it 5/5
This app reminds me when I’m ovulating and everything it’s for people both trying to convince and not trying! Message boards are really supportive and give you good information.
I prefer all women to use this app.
I added glow from the App Store in June 2018 I had been using glow to track my cycles and to eventually get pregnant. I am current 6w 6d pregnant and glow had its predictions exactly right down to the day. I’m so thankful for this app and will continue to use glow during my pregnancy as well as after!! Thanks so much glow I’ll never be able to thank you enough!!! 💗
Love it 5/5
Best app ever
App was so so for my need 3/5
By Nata Polly
The app is ok, a bit complex to navigate. After i downloaded the app i had to come back several times on the account to make sure i understand to make sure I did things correctly to set the account. Lastly People should be given the option or warning like you don’t have to click on certain resources, other tracker- I felt like sometimes that pop up were part of setting the account- a bit too busy for me. I was able to track my ovulation so it was ok.
Excellent and accurate 5/5
