I ordered a pizza and I thought I had paid with Apple Pay on the app. Driver came and said it was cash, but I didn’t have cash on me so he took pizza back. I had my credit card, why couldn’t we call the store and just pay over the phone or something? But for him to just leave? That was stupid, and probably they tossed my pizza anyway. Horrible service. I don’t think Domino's would’ve thrown my business away like that.

Every time I order a deal on the app, it’s a higher price once I add it to the cart. For example, I just ordered a deal that is supposed to be $26.99 but when added to the cart was $30.99. I’m constantly being overcharged but there’s bo other way to order bc no one ever answers the phone. I’m getting sick of this.

Doesn’t allow me to Cancel Order on app. Was setting up the time for a future order and hit wrong date. Automatically sends out the order, gives me no secondary menu to checkout. Very unhappy with app.

I’ve had the app several years and have been a customer for a long time. I just tried to use my dough points and the app didn’t accept my email. It’s the same email I’ve had for many years. I had to create a new account and the system didn’t recognize my email. Very disappointed I lost all my dough points and had to create a new account. I have all the emails showing my VALID points and I couldn’t use them. Letting it be known I did not tip this order, frustrating.

I was given a code to use because of a delivery mishap. I tried to use this discount t and was told it was invalid. So you invalidated your apology for my previous experience and expect me to continue to patronize your business? I don’t think so. From now on I will be fulfilling pizza needs from another business. I hate to say this, as I have been a loyal customer for over thirty years. Bye bye Papa.

The app is screwed up. It keeps saying there are no stores who deliver to my address which is not correct and have had many deliveries here. Not the first time Papa Johns has had issues with their mapping. They need to get this fixed. It’s ridiculous. You’re losing business until you get it right.

My family loves the pizza and service. The app itself has some flaws though. For one, you don’t see an estimated time of delivery until AFTER you order. Which, for my family, can be a deal breaker. For reference, Dominoes gives it to you BEFORE you place the order which gives us options. I understand it’s just an estimate and we are patient. However, it’s frustrating to place an order and then find out it’ll be over an hour estimated. Then there’s the flip side when it gives you a 30-40 minute ETA and then they haven’t updated past the first step in 30 minutes. So you call and the answer is they’re short on drivers. So why isn’t that some sort of factor in the app? Love Papa John’s, dislike the app a bit.

The stuffed crust pizzas used to be $11.99. I just went to order one today only to see that not they’re almost $19! I get inflation but this is just absolutely ridiculous! $19 for any pizza no matter how fancy from a fast food chain is just bizarre.

I made a purchase at a local franchise, I downloaded the app and I signed up to redeem my rewards. But every time I try to sign in the app it never remembers my password. Now I cannot redeem my rewards although I continue to purchase papa John pizza

My favorite pizza place, but the app could use some tools like a cash tip upon delivery button (in case you tip based on if they are late as we have experience in the past), and an estimated time button so you know before you place the order if it’s going to be an hour wait (it’s not rude to choose to go somewhere else if you’re overbooked already and don’t have the ability to get it there sooner).

Really love the taste of their pizza but the app is unable to customize you order like their competitors! I order half cheese and half no cheese for my wife. Really don’t understand how they don’t offer this but until they can figure it out me and the family will be ordering from the competition across the street and their app.

This app has almost all the features you would like in a food app. But it missed a crucial step in the order tracking department. If you click out one time you can no longer track your order, or at least it isn’t easy or ergonomic considering how many times I’ve tried to find it. I think it has something to do with their partnership with door dash, but when your food doesn’t come 30 minutes after delivery estimate with no information on what going on you want answers.
