Since I know exactly where I’m going to park, it cuts my time. I don’t have to search and drive around trying to find a place to park. I’ve used the app 5 times now and the prepaid has been honored at all 5 locations. Instructions are easy to follow. Will definitely continue to use!

Tried using Panda Parking app. I am in Minneapolis. Error is all this app gives me. No parking. Location is on. Nothing. Just nothing. Tried between 10:00AM 3:00PM.

A must have for ANY MAJOR CITY parking. Payment is easy. Spaces are very affordable. The scanner feature for entering and exiting the garages is wonderful! I did end up getting a ticket once, called in and told them the situation, sent in my receipt for the ticket, and it was resolved within a couple days. I will ALWAYS use this app for my travels into the city! (I use it for Denver, CO)

I have never had an experience w/this parking business that was unfair. I’ve always been refunded if I’m not going to an event, plus the parking space has always been available. Their business is legit and I’ve parked throughout Atlanta w/Panda Parking. The app on my iPhone is easy to understand and gives maps and directions if I’m requiring this.

We’ve used Parking Panda often when we head to DC for the day. It guarantees a close parking spot. Sometimes the price of the garage sans Parking Panda is the same price, but it reserves you a place and allows you to pay ahead of time. We’ve never had an issue of showing up and the spot wasn’t honored and vendors are always welcoming of the business.

Was skeptical at first. The attendant scanned my phone and I was in the parking garage in Tampa. Nice to know I had a spot. I just booked a spot for July in Atlanta.

Its only show option for parking with whom Parking Panda has tie up. Last time in DC near tidal basin it didn’t show any parking place although we found couple of in walking distance. There is no option to follow the parking destination through map. Need to improve.

Seriously? No updates in 2 months? Clearly, Spothero is done investing in Parking Panda.
Every 2 seconds, I get an error message saying I need to sign in. Except I’m totally signed in. And the errors prevent me from using any promo codes.
Parking Panda = either maintain this app or just shut it down in favor of SpotHero. This is just silly.
It hasn’t worked out after two tries.
Ended up paying online and then again when no parking attendant could be found. Waste of time and money!

Was already impressed with ability to book a 3-day parking reservation in downtown SFO on-the-fly that was accepted at the parking garage within minutes, but what really got me was when I had to call into the helpline for support - they picked up within 20 seconds and already knew who I was and suggested an easy remedy to fixing my login issue (silly me had used an incorrect email address). Honestly, the combination of the online and offline experience is superb, something that all 2020 companies should be striving towards. I will look for more ways to use this app.

I’ll try them again. My first reservation was easy to make but didn’t go well. The address was wrong and I had to park somewhere else—and pay for it. I contacted customer service asking for a refund. It took them about a week to respond, but they did respond and helped me. They refunded my money, so I’m satisfied. I’ll try using the app again because I love the idea of it and appreciate their customer service team being responsive.

I made a reservation but had canceled it. Saw a double charge to my account so I reached out to Parking Panda and they responded within a day of contacting them, notifying I would get a full refund.

One of the worst customer services. First of all, on the first page on the app it doesn’t say that it DOESN’T ALLOW IN AND OUT ENTRY. It’s not until you press view extra details that that pops up. The first page and second page (the “details page”) is all repetitive information, but the only thing that’s different is the it doesn’t allow in and out. I payed for 3 days (1 extra day because we wanted to leave later) & I only parked for 8 hours and wasn’t allowed to go back. Who brings a car to Chicago & doesn’t use their car for outside events on New Years? I called customer service and the employee didn’t allow me to speak on what happened and was extremely rude. Let me quote him on this situation, “This happens to a lot of people,” and when I tried to speak, he would interrupt me and day, “Can I speak now?” If it happens often to customers then something is wrong with the information details and it is not the customer fault. Maybe it’s a clue that something should be changed and EMPHASIZED! I paid $60 for 8 hours and then I had to pay the hotel another $100 for the other two nights (& they were the ones who allowed in and out). On top of this, the customer service personal said that he would let someone know of the situation to review my case and I have never gotten a call back and it’s been 3 days now. NEVER again will I do business with a rude company and app service like this. So disgusted, disappointed, and horrible first-time experience with you guys.

App told me my reservation was good til 4am. When I go back to get my car there was a sign saying the garage closes everyday at 10! Not only that, but there wasn’t any scanner for my qr code, so I had to pay twice to get my car locked away overnight. No way I ever use this app again.
