Whatever stupid update was made, it doesn’t allow me to log in using google anymore, then it won’t let me log in with my reset password it sent me. Completely useless

Waste of time!!! You are better off just finding your own lot. I reserved a spot and when I arrived the lot was actually cheaper than what I paid with app.

I’ll try them again. My first reservation was easy to make but didn’t go well. The address was wrong and I had to park somewhere else—and pay for it. I contacted customer service asking for a refund. It took them about a week to respond, but they did respond and helped me. They refunded my money, so I’m satisfied. I’ll try using the app again because I love the idea of it and appreciate their customer service team being responsive.

I made a reservation but had canceled it. Saw a double charge to my account so I reached out to Parking Panda and they responded within a day of contacting them, notifying I would get a full refund.
Great response time and they made the situation right.

One of the worst customer services. First of all, on the first page on the app it doesn’t say that it DOESN’T ALLOW IN AND OUT ENTRY. It’s not until you press view extra details that that pops up. The first page and second page (the “details page”) is all repetitive information, but the only thing that’s different is the it doesn’t allow in and out. I payed for 3 days (1 extra day because we wanted to leave later) & I only parked for 8 hours and wasn’t allowed to go back. Who brings a car to Chicago & doesn’t use their car for outside events on New Years? I called customer service and the employee didn’t allow me to speak on what happened and was extremely rude. Let me quote him on this situation, “This happens to a lot of people,” and when I tried to speak, he would interrupt me and day, “Can I speak now?” If it happens often to customers then something is wrong with the information details and it is not the customer fault. Maybe it’s a clue that something should be changed and EMPHASIZED! I paid $60 for 8 hours and then I had to pay the hotel another $100 for the other two nights (& they were the ones who allowed in and out). On top of this, the customer service personal said that he would let someone know of the situation to review my case and I have never gotten a call back and it’s been 3 days now. NEVER again will I do business with a rude company and app service like this. So disgusted, disappointed, and horrible first-time experience with you guys.

We went to a Penguins game tonight and literally parked at the front door!!!!! It took ALL the parking stress away....we will use this any and every time we go to an event in Pittsburgh!!!!

App told me my reservation was good til 4am. When I go back to get my car there was a sign saying the garage closes everyday at 10! Not only that, but there wasn’t any scanner for my qr code, so I had to pay twice to get my car locked away overnight. No way I ever use this app again.

I have made several inquiries regarding a reservation that was not able to be used because of the size of my vehicle . Customer service refuses to respond to my requests for a refund. Will never use or recommend this product again.
UDDATE: I was contacted by Parking Panda and they apologized for the poor communication. They corrected the situation and I couldn’t be happier.

Bought my ticket, got to the lot and found out that it didn’t take barcode scans. Sure the ticket was only $3 and I’m not worried about getting my money back. But if you’re going to say that your app works at a certain location, you should make sure it works 100%

Very frustrating. I automatically log in to the ParkingPanda app. It must not register because it constantly tells me to login first . I am already logged in. It won’t let me see my reservations or do anything without logging in, although I’m already logged in. Argh!!!!

I reserved a spot in a building which it managed by the company that owns parking panda, spot hero but parking panda still let me reserve the location.
I ended up canceling the spot about an hour later because we commuted with someone else that had a pass and waiting on a refund- nothing. I emailed parking panda. No response. I sent an email to spot hero. - nothing. Finally I submitted the refund request with my credit card company and received
Then after 8 days, finally received an email from spot hero and they stated they didn’t have my information. By then I received the refund.
Poor customer service. They have no problem collecting the money, but when you should get it back?....

Great app, especially living in TJ DC area. An improvement would be for it to only show garages that your vehicle will fit in. Case in point, it shows all garages although my expedition exceeds max clearance on some. Wish it only showed what would fit. Shouldn’t be difficult as you need to put vehicle type in app to register, then it just needs reference info. Clearance list in notes on each garage.

I use this app for the first time. It charged my charged but never booked my reservation! I call the customer service line and Vanessa told me that it didn’t look like it book it but I’ll get a refund within 48 business hours. Then try to get me to rebook it. Absolutely not!

Great competitive rates. Panda App easy to use. I notice an affiliation with SpotHero as reservation emails came SpotHero. A bit confusing but it worked out. WalkyPark PHL was the best experience I've ever had at any airport.

Made me pay to park at places that did not accept parking panda, then never called me back or emailed to deal with the issue. Of the 11 times I’ve used the app, 5 of them have had me pay for reservations that weren’t honored. Each time I called and only reached a person once and they were extremely rude and refused to refund me for an obvious mistake on their part.

Parking panda sometimes malfunctions. I typed the garage’s name that I usually park but it booked a wrong garage rather than where I parked. So I can’t use my reservation and wasted way too much money than I should have. Besides that, it also wasting my time when I tried to get out of the garage but I can’t because the reservation is for another far away garage. When I reported this issue with my bill receipt of $34,parking panda representative only refunded $5 as compensation for such a bad, time/money-wasting experience. I felt disappointed.

Had a reservation and got there to find no spots in the lot. Called and they reserved me another spot half a mile away. Got there and no spot either. Made me miss my lunch reservation (had to pay) AND made me miss the first two innings of the Rockies game. Had to park in the cattle lot and walk over a mile. They are lying when they say you have a reserved spot. This is a scam. Don’t use Parking Panda or Spot Hero.
