    Still not showing all my past purchases in “BUY IT AGAIN”! I have to now use the website to see them. Why??? MAKES SHOPPING WITH THE APP DIFFICULT AND TOO TIME CONSUMING!

    What a mess! Takes forever to identify a store at the beginning, which is irrelevant to anything that I do, and then it is impossible to figure out how to spend your gas rewards at at Vons. This app was so much better a few years ago.

    Your developers have absolutely ruined this app. Used to be so easy to get around and understand everything. Now you just want to through your phone out when you try shopping at the store. Please please please can the current developers and get back to the older app. It’s laughable how almost everyone review complains about the app not working for us, your customers, yet you don’t do anything about it. I still can’t use this app like I used to be able to.

    I don’t want to scroll through random items to “clip deals” just to get to the register and find out I didn’t see the extra terms and conditions. I don’t think every company needs its own app.

    Rewards are super difficult to get, and digital coupons tend to be the same items month after month. Other grocery store Aps are better to navigate and have more selection. An expensive store already, these issues don’t make this a must have App.

    Wish it would connect to my old phone number I have been using for years. Nothing much worked to connect it. So I just created a new account. Not the best solution, but it will work.

    This has been going on for a long time with no resolve. Basically when you type in your items, there’s delay of each letter typing it in. Enough to be irritating. I have no issue with other apps or on my phone with that except this Pavillions App. I put in at different hours so it’s not high traffic of others doing it. You tap a letter & there’s an unacceptable amount time for each letter to pop up. Please fix. Thank you

    The app is incredibly disorganized and does not seem to follow any navigation standard…there is vertical scrolling, horizontal scrolling, pop up screens, menus, sub-menus that look different etc. It is as though, instead of deciding on UI standards, the developer decided to do everything. The most annoying recent change was adding haptic feedback when clipping deals. #1 it is NOT needed and is annoying. #2 this change makes clipping not work. If I clip a deal the haptic feedback starts and if I clip another it does not work until the feedback stops. That means I have to click 2 Or 3 times to get a deal to clip. Quit adding stupid stuff to the app! Just make reward clipping work - you broke it again on a recent release- and forget adding unneeded “features” that only add bugs and make this horrible app even worse!

    After placing an order, I received a picture-less email confirming it had been delivered. The groceries were nowhere on my property. I called and was told they had no idea what had happened but the food would be delivered 24 hours later. It wasn’t. And I didn’t receive any notifications either so I had to then waste MORE time calling to see what had happened. (Surprise; the idiot on the other end of the line had no clue). Turns out it’s easier and much less hassle to go to the store yourself. But I’ll be avoiding all Pavilions-owned grocery stores too as they left a bad, unprofessional taste in my mouth. NO THANKS!

    Prior to the latest update this app was great. Now it appears as if it is only interested in deliveries not instore purchasing. You cannot see your shopping purchase list anymore, only the estimated total cost. Please fix this problem.

    Generally speaking I like this app. It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. However, the membership QR code never works. Instead of being able to simply scan my QR code, I have to enter in my phone number every time. Therefore, four stars out of five.

    Easy to use but it would be awesome if you added a way to print the list too. It would make it so easy edit my ongoing grocery list and to shop aisle by aisle based on how everything is grouped.

    Multiple family member have used the Pavilion’s Delivery & Pickup App, mostly on their iPads, every week if not a couple times a week for years. We all have iPhones, laptops and desktops, but nothing was more convenient that using the iPad. Who at a corporate level made this decision? Their superiors might want to assess their analytical skill set. I have this saying in business “what does it cost to loose a customer for life?” I’ll still go there in person sometimes, but you don’t alienate or make the customer experience difficult. Time for new management or new programmers. We rarely see such a miscalculation in the marketplace. Thank you for replying, but if the new App doesn’t rotate for an iPad we’ll be shopping somewhere else. I can work on one model, I have all three sizes, just one is all I ask :) Please forward this to management or the head programmers. Thank you for an additional reply. A way to appease your users that have issues with the rotation in not to discontinue the old App. Sonos (the famous speaker company) made a strategic mistake and caused loss of clients and users because they automatically removed their old App and bricked devices. They reintroduced that version until they properly programmed their current release. Please forward this suggestion.

    I hope you like having your day interrupted with pointless Marketing notifications, because if you want Order Updates sent to you (which of course you do), these folks will abuse their permissions to notify you by sending you Marketing “deal” messages that you cannot turn off unless you turn off Order Updates as well. Not very customer centric. Boooo, Pavillions. Be better.

    I use apps on my ipad with the screen in landscape, secured in a keyboard/case. No landscape mode is a deal-breaker for me. Deleting until there is a proper ipad version.

    Please bring back the old version nothing works in this app I had some rewards and just 4 u coupons I was trying to use at checkout but when they scan the QR code in the app it doesn’t take anything off and they are so rude there about it they didn’t like how much off I was supposed to get I said that’s this is not there app it doesn’t look like that I had over $25 in rewards and coupons combined and nothing came off it’s a waste of time shopping here if nothing works and the employees don’t know anything about it and saying they can’t take any coupons off that I’m showing them in the app because it could be fake that I edited the app to have that much when I didn’t they were just so rude the old version everything worked fine but this version is just Awful

    I’m not sure how the app could be much worse. It finally forced me to update, which I did. When I logged back in, my account is connected, and there are - wait for it - NO deals under deals. Not Just 4 U, not by category, not all deals… just blank screen. I literally live next door to Pavilions and am ready to jump ship. Soooooo excruciatingly awful.

    Hate the new app. I waited a while to review since the change. It’s definitely not user friendly. I lost my rewards because it no longer tells you when they expire. It’s confusing looking for my feee deals. Just not a fan. Boo!

    Bring back the old version can’t see personalized deals or rewards I have to go to a desktop version. Kroger / Ralphs is much easier to view and use and see prices and specials

    I used to be able to create my shopping list along with using Just 4 Me coupon clipping. The new app is only for delivery shopping! The cashier today gave me a slip of paper with a QR Code to access the new app but when I scanned the code it told me that the one I was using is the current app. I want to shop and check off items as I put them in my cart! Today I made a list of the items I wanted then I removed them from my list. So I had no idea what I put in my basket or how much it would cost!

    I clipped some coupons and used them. I go back on my app a couple hours later and now there are no more coupons for me to clip when there were over 50 before my purchase. Also difficult to see what I want to buy and list function is not useful.

    The app seems to think that users are going to use only their phones, and so only require portrait mode. Gone is the landscape mode of the original app. This means no using it on the iPad EVEN though the app can be downloaded onto an iPad. I don't like using my phone to order pick-up/delivery. I'm a senior. It's small, hard on the eyes, hard to use the keyboard to search for items. I downloaded this app onto an iPad to avoid all that, and now I can't make use of any of it because it won't go into landscape mode. FIX THIS!

    Everything was easy to see, find and search for until they changed it for some unknown reason. It is NOT user friendly now and requires a lot more clicking of things to even see what there is. It’s like they made it harder to use so that people WON’T use it and then THEY save money as a result. It literally used to be organized so well and you could see everything just by scrolling and now you can’t.

    Used the app for years. Recent update completely changed the functionality of the app. It is geared more towards delivery. Can no longer make a functional shopping list. App is difficult to navigate. I have no idea what they were thinking but they managed to screw up it up royally. Unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars.

    I really don’t like the layout of the new revised app. It is harder to read and not easy to navigate. You broke something that didn’t need to be fixed.
