Employee name and company name not written on any of the pay stubs. I can’t get any financing approved due to this. Write the employee’s name and company name with weekly stubs. UPDATE: wow now I have to enter my password multiple times enter my social and use Face ID multiple times and two step text verification just to get from one page to the next! Horrible! Why did they do this!!!

Only used so that their managers can be lazy and don’t even use it to its maximum potential! The whole premise of a “days off calendar” on Paycom is to keep track. There’s no reason for a paper calendar that has to be approved! You approve it through Paycom!

You can clearly tell this program as a whole is made to work on the highest of high speed internet, nothing else will cut it.
Lose 1 bar of wifi or data and your looking at a 10 minute load time to do anything including make your punches, so your losing money waiting for this garbage to load.
Then theres the in/out of bounds which dont even work, i can be dead center of one and it still marks it as an unacceptable location.
The UI is terrible and making any changes is like pulling teeth.
Then to top it off because of the problems with thier own app they send out passive agressive messages that you had to many "flags"

Approximately four to five times per month, I am unable to access the punch in / out features. I get a pop-up indicating a “supervisory restriction”.
The only way to clear the restrictions is to delete the app and reload it.
No help from Paycom to resolve the issue.

Great in the employee self-service section (things like managing my own PTO and so on…), but the “Manager On-the-Go” side seems like they haven’t finished it yet. As I spend at least half my time traveling, I could really use certain features “on-the-go” but instead I can only browse the most recent 10 or 12 resumes submitted, and can’t scroll past the first page of a resume.
If there is a simple fix for these issues, they should fix them or make them more apparent.

I am new to using this app. So far everything has been functioning perfectly. I love that it is easy to set up and it’s easy to understand. I also really like how there are tutorials to help you out with anything you might need.

a little clunky to load and figure out how it works. but it’s pretty useful for work and completing stuff online. everything looks pretty similar on it so it’s easy to get lost? but the navigation buttons help with that.

So far not impressed at all. Last 2 paychecks have been screwed up as far as deposit date and time deposited which has caused my auto draft bills to bounce. All banking info correct and stuff approved in time on my end. Then, app will show my status is “clocked in” or “clocked out” but won’t accept the punch and mark it missing later. Then, this morning when I went to clock in, it said was not connected to WiFi or cellular data, but my phone was connected to both and all other functions and apps were working. And, I’m not crazy about having so much of my personal data on an app for who knows who to see and where ever said people are to have access to.

Made an error and I have absolutely no access to any of my information. Very frustrating when the company tells you they have no access either. So at this point what exactly is the benefits that I'm gaining? This app is useless. There's no help at all. Thanks for nothing I guess.

I only work for my employer a few times a month. I find Paycom cumbersome to use - not intuitive on any level. I think it try’s to do too many things and consequently doesn’t do anything very well.
It should be easy to use - it’s not.

Watt? The developer never heard of quick links? Such a chore to approve your pay, half the time the software misses your punches and your supervisor calls you at 5:30 in the morning to tell you to approve your pay when you already approved it the day before. Absolute junk software I wish my employer would just throw it in the round file.
Uploading photos for expenses needs improvement 3/5

The app is convenient, however every time I use an existing photo of a receipt to complete expenses, the photo is zoomed in and I’m unable to zoom out to capture the entire receipt. The best way to capture expenses is to take a photo vs using an existing photo.
Also, if you’re tracking miles and need to adjust your route (I made a non-business related stop), it will not capture your adjustments correctly because the “points” don’t adjust correctly.
If you’re using the app for generic purposes (paycheck, end of year forms, PTO request then the app is fine).

I love Paycom! It is so convenient to be able to see and track your time and financial input from the touch. it beats the old fashion way of having to get paperwork and take it to HR. It helps us to keep track of our own mistakes. Paycom is the best thing since sliced bread. I don’t understand why anybody would want to use anything else. If you are employer, please get pay COM for your company you then may even be able to go home a couple hours early.👍😊

this app and the whole concept is tedious and impossible to use. for some reason a recent update made it so all our staff get a daily alert if we don’t clock back in after 30 minutes of being out to lunch. no one asked for this - and it doesn’t apply to our staff. it appears to be impossible to turn off. now we have yet another meaningless alert to ignore which means people will get used to ignoring them and ignore important ones too. no way to contact support from the app. just a help file that produces zero results. i wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy.
