    This app is by far the simplest and most user friendly app on my phone, and I have at least 60 of them, so that's saying a lot! There is only one thing I haven't figured out, and that is how to stop paying monthly to SKYPE via PayPal. I suspect that is SKYPE's doing, because the link to connect to PayPal from SKYPE doesn't work. I should go and review them. Bottom line, if you use PayPal, your life will be easier by using the app. I would have given them five stars, but I hate that I keep having to sign in even though I’ve signed up for automatic sign in. Every time I use PayPal to pay, I have to use my password instead of it doing it automatically for me. If there is a way to correct that I will gladly change my rating to five stars.

    Firstly, I had a dispute because PayPal was dragging their feet giving me back my money, so I disputed getting my money back via my bank, which got me my money. Paypal sent me an email and basically asked why had I gone to my bank instead of to them. So they locked me out of being able to pay for anything on Apple. So I created another PayPal account and was finally able to use iTunes again with my bank account tied to PayPal. Really bad company for doing such a garbage move against you and NEVER telling you they did so. It took two days to figure out it was PayPal that blocked me and they still hadn’t reached out and told me that they did it. Not only that, but come on! STILL no iPad version of this app? Still no iPad support for this app? Why oh why did Apple sell these wonderful iPad pro’s when they refuse to get on all these lazy developers who refuse to support this model? Thankfully eBay is smart enough to do so. And amazon. And google. And many other companies and services. But PayPal? Nope. Still stuck in the 90’s with their outdated app that they refuse to scale to fit the new iPad Pro... that’s been out for two years!

    You people have disrupted my financial life with your ineptness and stupidity. All over a bogus charge of $77.98 that I reported. You have limited my accounts ability to send money to debtors, causing them and me significant anguish. You have not allowed monies to transfer to my bank. You offer a callback service that does not call back. This is an inexcusable way of doing business. I have updated my account with two different debit cards,as per your worthless “resolution center”, with zero results. This has been dragged out over a month even though you and Syncrony bank both claimed resolve three weeks ago. This complaint will delivered to the BBB by end of this week. David Maloof

    “Money received” is the message I received. So I handed over the equivalent in cash to someone who needed so spare cash. Then I realized the money never hit my paypal account. And when I looked closer at the transaction details... is says “Money Received - Pending” I’m now being told it’s because I got paid in the form of an e-check, which MIGHT go through. So basically... “Money maybe received” 10 days and counting, waiting to receive the money I apparently already received.

    I have had more problems accessing MY MONEY than ANYTHING!!! Everyone I speak to is OUTSIDE of the US, there is no one to contact at corporate, they put you on hold AND DON’T COME BACK TO THE PHONE when they don’t want to deal with your aggravation...THIS IS ROBBERY!!!

    Let me tell u this The employees at pay pal will tell u anything and not have your best interest at heart I used pay pal allot and they lost money mainly because people were not doing there jobs. If they would have it would have saved me 5 phone calls and many emails. I'll not be doing much more businesses with then. B careful

    Absolute garbage. Don’t even think about using this for distance transactions. They will hold half of you money (over $500) since you are not using the chip on a card. I’ve been waiting for more than $500 for 3 weeks.

    I can’t remember when I started my account but it’s at least -4 years. I’ve never had a single issue. So many people asking if I use other cash apps but I refuse to change. It works, it’s save and easy!!

    I had 2 authorized transactions went through at “Fabletic” I do not even know why they charge me money , each transaction was 49.95 total almost 100 dollar. I called PayPal told them I did not purchase anything on that day and I do not know why I got charged. The lady told me no problem since the transactions still in pending status so she can just canceled both. After few days the transactions already went through no transactions was canceled, then I call PayPal again to ask them about the situations and request them to get my money back, the customer service transfer me one by one I was on the phone almost 40 -60mins to waiting and waiting and waiting then the phone was hanged up on me 😱. Then I went online to apply disputes both transactions then the website was denied my request for 3 times !!! Finally I called BOA and explained situation with BOA’s customer service, she and I called Fablitics and got my money back !!! The PayPal did nothing at all !!! I use PayPal for many years it never happened like this , Now I am seriously to concert about PayPal’s abilities to fix and customers issues! PayPal denied my dispute request for many times . PayPal customer service did not do what she suppose to do and give me empty promises plus wast my valuable times! if PayPal think this is my problem why the BOA one phone call solve the all???

    I had an issue with a payment I’d made and needed to cancel it. I filed a complaint through the resolution center and got no help. Even though the seller agreed I no longer needed to make the PayPal payment, PayPal would not cancel it. Fortunately my bank does stop payments with no fee. I’m done with PayPal. It’s too slow and support is non-responsive.

    I’ve been trying to get my fraudulent charge cases resolved through paypal. I have called over 5 times and twice have been told it was resolved but when trying to access my account to upload evidence there were no options given in the resolution center to upload evidence for my cases. Tried resetting my password to access my account because I wasn’t receiving the two-step verification I thought would be helpful but in the end hindered my ability to access my account and get the cases resolved. I’m out of money due to fraudulent charges which I can’t fix due to this app and their website and poor customer service. Very frustrated and disappointed in the company.

    Don’t ever have an issue because they will not support buyer. Seller was above to commit fraud and get away with it even though I provided proof of indiscretion. Unbelievably bad experience. Will only use my credit card in future.

    It says it can’t transfer to my card, I have to link my bank, which I did but it just hangs there loading but won’t go through. Tried multiple times a few days apart, on WiFi or mobile still hanging on the same step. I know for a fact my card can receive money but it says it cannot transfer to card, what a joke. 1 star.

    PayPal states, “Set up a Goal.” If I am able to set aside money monthly, I need all the tools available. #1. PayPal rejected the $100 dollar check from a legal firm. Clearly printed, no handwriting & clear print. #2. Picture quality good & 10 days before check would be deposited! I agreed. I’m debating on eliminating this PayPal account all together!!!

    This one best you can go to Walmart app cash cvs store game store them all but some time you have problems with fraud protection they will cancel your account did me once because i travel all over USA add cash a different Walmart once a week to my family thinking i was committing fraud but once i call they told me they was closing it few day later i was back up thanks PayPal
