Great app, but needing additional ways to watch. 5/5
The app is great, and the classes are really motivating for those looking to get in a great workout without going to the gym. My only complaint is the lack of compatibility to stream the workouts. It would be great if you could also bounce the videos to Roku or Chromecast and not just Apple TV.

Best workout app ever with so many great options.
May cause consistently! 5/5
Love this app and all the different workouts. I never get bored and I can take it anywhere. My only suggestion would be to have a way to save or mark favorite workouts. I can never remember which ones I liked or didn’t like. As much as I love changing it up I also like to repeat favorites.
Outdoor Workout Audio Issues 3/5
Outdoor workouts don’t work unless you’re connected to WiFi - annoying!
Price hike? 1/5
So sad. What happened Peloton? I took a break after undergoing surgery. So excited to get back into it after Doctor cleared me to workout again. Only to find out that membership has gone up from $12.99 to $19.49 a month. I don’t have the bike so I thought may be it is time to bite the bullet (the bike) and get one if I’m going to spend $20 a month on Peloton Digital. However, buying the bike does not make things better as far as cost. Come to find out purchasing a bike for $1,995++, you still have to pay a monthly membership of $39 a month. Why Peloton? Do we need to cover the cost of new stores popping up? Please reconsider your pricing model.
Great content, but huge feature missing 3/5
By Trent Bigelow
The Peloton instructors and content is truly top-notch. The app is good with lots of options...
...BUT without the ability to download an on-demand class so I can take my iPad to the gym where there isn't wifi or LTE coverage... It's extremely limited.
Using an iPad is a much better experience than the tiny screen of an iPhone.
@peloton when are you going to let us download a class so we can be on the go and not worry about cell/wifi reception? Netflix does this, why can't you?
Linking to Apple Watch 5/5
I love the bike, the workouts link to the app on my phone. Unfortunately it doesn’t link to my activity ring unless I log into my activity app on my Apple Watch for indoor cycling or the strava app to log my workout-even though the bike itself has all of the info. There has to be a better way to link all of this information-otherwise I LOVE PELOTON
I wish it would say the membership before you download.
10.2 update has issues 2/5
With the latest update to 10.2 my Wahoo cadence sensor and heart rate sensor quit syncing to the app. Everything is on and shows connected via my Wahoo app but won't show up on the Peleton app. Frustrating since it was all working great with the previous version.
Love it 5/5
Absolutely LOVE this app. It has so many options for workouts, from the gym to working out at home. Definitely recommend!
I don’t like going to gyms and I only run. I took their strength workouts and let me tell you, they are amazing. I am doing their trial right now, but I am going to sign up for their service. Later I am going to buy their exercise bike.
Perfect for me! 5/5
I’ve only just started using this app, I purchased the subscription a few days ago, and I LOVE it! I travel all the time and I’m constantly staying in hotels, I really wanted something that would make it easier/more exciting to workout in the hotel gym. This does just that! I am motivated to workout everyday. I actually don’t own any equipment, so when I’m not traveling I use the body weight workouts and the audio running to keep up with my routine. I highly recommend this app! Of course, if you don’t have access to equipment it may not be as useful, but otherwise it’s fantastic!
I’ve been using this app for over a year and LOVE it!! Unfortunately, it’s been highly advertised after the new year and is now incredibly glitchy. I couldn’t even get a workout in today it was so bad! Hopefully you’re working on this issue because I do love the app!
Life Changing 5/5
My Peloton experience for the past two years continues to evolve. I rode 2-4 times a week when I first purchased. I moved from FL to CA and had to leave my bike behind for about ten months. Once I got my bike back and found the online community I have soared. The instructors are all fantastic and I ride with them all. Love the yoga and meditation. Stretching and strengthening classes have really helped too. I wish I room for a tread, that would be my next purchase.

Life changing 5/5
A great app! First time ever I've liked to exercise. Thank you!
No ability to download 2/5
Make sure you have really good service or WiFi where you’ll be doing these workouts or the app is pretty pointless.
Need To Improve Class Times 3/5
I like the app, but unfortunately 90% of the live classes are scheduled for people in the Eastern time zone. Most live classes are scheduled between 3-5 AM.
I use the app on my iPad primarily for stretching and yoga. The classes are great - many options, styles and times. The app is easy to use, performance is good and there aren't any bugs. And more classes are being added.
Amazing product, TERRIBLE support 1/5
Had problems with my digital subscription and found the online support completely inept. Wish I could give this feedback directly to Pelaton, but there is ZERO way to contact them.
Needs chromecast capability 4/5
I love this app, but would be super helpful for me to have chromecast ability so I can project to my TV
A Great App for the Inspired and Uninspired Alike 5/5
I needed to get back to the gym, but I was having trouble finding the motivation. This app helped me to get fit and start to feel great. I don’t have the Peloton bike so I was skeptical about how much this could actually do. The answer is a lot. There’s so much to love about the app. The instructors make every cycling session engaging and fun. I love the fact that it tracks my progress and the classes I’ve taken. There are also great stretching and cool down rides to choose from. New classes are added regularly, so it’s rare that I’ll have to retake a session. I’m really enjoying it. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to sync with my Apple Watch but maybe that’s going to come in a later version. Overall, awesome app and well worth the subscription fee!
Love the app, but... 5/5
Love the app, but wish the female instructors would wear a top. As a woman, I want to focus on a good workout, not their boobs. So I only take classes with the guys.
Please be clear! 1/5
It is only an app structure, nothing is free inside. Why don't you ask for the money in the beginning!?
Too glitchy 3/5
By Paul Zander
I love the workouts except I can’t do any live workouts without a bunch of lag and speed ups. I did a live workout with my girlfriend next to me and we kept getting off track on time. This was supposed to be a live class... I guess they may have too many users. My WiFi is great for steaming everything else.
Redownloaded, re-logged in, went celular, tried other device... same issue.
Recorded classes are fine
This app is so cool but it doesn’t connect with my Apple Watch. So it’s not recording my entire workout. 😩
No HealthKit integration regrettable. 3/5
Good app. Couldn’t give a perfect score due to some missing features. Please add Healthkit integration. It’s a Glaring omission. It would be fantastic if for example when I do a 10 mile bike ride that it writes the data to HealthKit that I did a 10 mile bike Ride instead of Only Calories burned.
I am loving this app for the treadmill. I’m just starting out after taking a considerable amount of time off from running and the beginners classes are exactly what I need to start back up again. The instructors are motivational and upbeat and push you to your limit. My only complaint is that the app isn’t available for Roku, which would make doing the yoga and strength training classes much easier from my tv instead of my phone. I truly look forward to working out with Peleton everyday!
Nice app 4/5
App is very nice. Lots of variety. Just wish it was a bit cheaper for those of us who have the bike.
You need an Apple TV 3/5
To mirror your iPhone screen on your TV screen you need an Apple TV. My suggestion is to add the casting icon to this app, so it can be mirrored without needing an Apple TV. I would also suggest you add this app to the Roku TV so it can be streamed directly from the TV
Love this app! It’s user friendly, offers a large variety of workout options and easy to filter. I started with just the app and then have transitioned to the app and peloton products.
You can select your workout (running, cycling, outdoor running, yoga, meditation, weights, etc) and the best part is you can filter from their library of options easily. You can select duration, specific instructors and music genre. You can use this app on any equipment. That’s how I started. I would walk up to our HOA gym and get in a high quality workout by encouraging and knowledgeable instructors.
I’ve recently used the outdoor running part. It’s amazing! You get a solid playlist and someone coaching you through each step. I’ve increased my muscle and have lost fat by consistently using this as my workout (and eating well.). I highly recommend this app and peloton as a brand.
Missing download capability + Strava integration 3/5
I LOVE the app, especially instructors who sing along and drop the f-bomb. But being able to download classes is a significant missing feature. The WiFi at my gym is spotty. Today the app spent more time buffering than actually playing. Really frustrating, especially during intervals. Would be nice to download a class at home and then play it at the gym. Strava integration would also be nice.
Motivating and Exciting Exercise Instruction 5/5
By Not very happy :(
I downloaded this for the two week free trial and now I’ll have no choice but to pay for the subscription because I am obsessed. Guided workout classes give ideas for new workouts and teacher motivation and guidance has allowed me to run further, faster, and get more out of my workouts overall. The app has a huge range of classes in running, biking, yoga, meditation and more - what’s not to love?
I love this app and will eventually be purchasing a bike BUT.. 4/5
I love this app, hands down one of the most motivating fitness experiences I’ve had is doing these classes, especially Robin’s Tabata and HIIT classes. This said, there is one thing I wish this app would hurry up and support, the Apple Watch. I store all of my fitness data via the Apple Watch, and I just merely want to see my heart rate on the Peloton app while I work out. I know the technology is feasible, but I keep wondering why Peloton forces me to buy an Ant device, only to port my fitness data via Strava or some other 3rd party app into Apple Health. It’s frustrating and cumbersome!
BEST money spent in 2018 5/5
I have wanted to this bike for a long time but never thought I would actually own it. I was working late hours and forced to find another way to exercise late at night and at my convenience. I finally bought this in March 2018 and must say I have no regrets. There are so many options that it makes it impossible to not find something that is perfect for you. Most of all, thank you for diversity among the instructors, Peloton!!! Something for EVERYONE!!! I have my cycling guy and can ride with him only. Thanks, Alex T!
That's all you need to know !
Skipping and buffering 2/5
While I’ve been enjoying the app I noticed it recently started to skip and buffer quite significantly. I have very fast Wi-Fi and I’m running the latest version of the app. If this could get fixed I’d rate it 5 stars. This morning during a live class the audio and video were completely out of sync making it very difficult to follow and stopped to buffer roughly every 10 minutes.
Love it already 4/5
In the middle of my first workout outdoors. I already love this app but I’m the middle of my sprint the audio cut out😩. Just walking in hopes it will come back up.
Best of the best 5/5
I had peloton digital for almost 2 years and switched to Flywheel because the bike was on sale. The bike itself was a good deal but the app and instructors with peloton are like no other. The amount of classes, the music, the instructors, are incomparable. Flywheel is like Peloton’s little brother. Don’t go the cheap route like I did.
Fix your app 1/5

If you want me to be able to create an account
Last update 4/5
So most updates are amazing, but the new features cause my screen to rotate when I put it down so it’s vertical not horizon. I would love a rotate and lock feature or something to stop this. Also. Bring to Apple Watch for outdoor
Peloton app is great 5/5
Even though I don’t own a Peloton bike (someday). I use this app with my apple tv. Its creates a great home gym. Thank you!
Great up but needs improvement 3/5
I enjoyed this app, but there is no way to turn up the volume of music without increasing the voice of instructor. Sometimes I wanted to have the instructor’s voice softer and turn up the music. Also when you have no service, you can’t use the app. There is no offline option. I was recently traveling, and the gym I was using didn’t have good reception, so I was not able to use this app to workout with. If they could fix those issues, this app would be super amazing!
Good but 3/5

Chromecast support please
Price has increased — why? 2/5
By oc az us
They have increased the price from $13 to $20 per month — but the app features remain the same they were.
What is the reason for the monthly subscription price increase, other than just a money grab?
Are we supposed to see new features in the app? Like some of the features you’ve artificially kept only on your branded bikes?
Request for the developers- can you please add challenges to the app so a home rider can see the challenges they have joined and track their progress? It’s kind of a pain having to go the bike and activate the screen every time you want to take a look. Seems like this would be an easy update.
My only other request is to integrate Apple Watch as a heart monitor, but I know that’s probably not as likely.
Overall I love the app and appreciate how often you guys are updating it!
Versatile, quality workouts 5/5
Versatile, quality workouts. So many options on workout types- strength, core, arms, yoga, bike, outdoor runs- and also in duration from 10 min to an hour. The instructors are personable, good about instructions and proper form. Can’t wait to run into 2019 with Peloton. This will definitely make me stronger and better!
Really awesome to be able to stream live and on demand. The only thing I wish is that this was available as an app for the appleTV also! Please make it for the AppleTV also so I don’t have to airplay it haha.
Does not work with Apple Health 4/5
Surprised and disappointed that the app can’t store workouts in Apple Health, nor can it read or write HR data. So I have to choose to use my HR strap with Peleton and not get measurements in Apple health OR use it with Health and not get data in the Peleton app. It’s 2018 and the HealthKit APIs have been around for a while now.
