The app is very confusing. The should have a Shepard tab of its own for electronic deposits. The IT department should look at Chase Banks app and Citibank and Bank of America etc. Those apps are user-friendly. This app is not user-friendly and was designed by idiots! Find some new IT engineers and keep in mind the app and the website should be user-friendly and not as confusing as they are. Thank you

Ever since this bank joined with zelle I literally cannot do anything with zelle and I have tried MANY times to verify my info through the phone, only for them to tell me to go to a bank. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT EVEN MAKE. Remove your partnership from zelle or get some representatives who can actually help me

I recently got a new phone . I had saved my passwords but not my user ID. My Santander account had me answer a few questions to retrieve User ID. Nice and easy. I’m actually sitting outside a PNC Bank where I had too make an appointment to retrieve it. I’m closing some accounts and Credit Card here today also and will be slowly moving my accounts to Santander. Just not now cause I have like 7 auto payments from my PNC checking so I’m gonna leave that open until I move over auto payments to my Santander account.

Great for mobile deposits and paying bills if you don’t need to review individual purchases on say a credit card payment from another vendor. If you have to go to another website to view bill in total then the web URL is better.

Always fails to sync with Face ID and forces me to use password to sign in. Why?? Pretty close to changing my bank a/c due to this, Santander benefits are not special anyway

I have been a customer since the branch opened in Freehold, NJ. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bill pay is user friendly. I wish they had branches in Florida’s west coast. I love, love this bank.

So far this bank has made me feel safe I was banking with Bank of America before you guys and I would get random charges across the country that I could dispute but at the end it would be my fault so they wouldn’t put my money back. I feel safe so far that I don’t have to keep checking my account a million times a day or worse carry a lot of cash on me at a time because I didn’t trust where I was banking so far thank you very much !

I’ve been using the Santander Mobile Banking app for years. It is seamlessly designed and easy to navigate. Compared with the multiple banking apps I use, Santander stands way out from the rest.
Takes to long to transfer a few business days where I’m use to other banks transferring instantaneously

None of the passcode or PIN reset links work here. Brand new card already blocked before I could use it because your own card PIN mailed failed on first use. Now I get a popup says I have to visit a branch 709 miles away to get a new PIN mailer and wait another 2 weeks for it to show up in the mail. Meanwhile all my money is locked up by your incompetence. #fraud #grandtheft #scam
