Need a actual calendar to pay the bills Nobody wants to guess the date. Cannot file bills. Cannot see past payments. No recent activity. Always has one bill unpaid but I have none. The quick balance screen is blocked by the Touch ID screen since update. Now I have to cancel the Touch ID button then click to view balance.

App has gotten better over time. Been asking for years for an option to check off transactions that have been reconciled. Either web or app. And a shortcut to calculator in app or web.

I like the systems of Santander bank nice and easy
You should show how much money was in the account for each transaction and also I’ve been getting a lot of error notices in the last couple days that won’t allow me to get into the app!

I’m Locked Out too much 2/5
I have been using both the Santander personal and business apps for a few years. At first the personal was usually easy to use but the business app locked me out so much I had to go to my banker regularly to unlock it.
Lately, that is also happening with the personal app too and I’m VERY FRUSTRATED!
From the business app, I see all my accounts. From personal, I see all except the business. This week I am locked out of both!
I appreciate the stringent security but it’s gotten so both apps are basically unusable. I now need to log into the website to access my accounts on line.
This is much more cumbersome than the ease of using an app. GRRRRR!

The app allows you to access your accounts and perform some transactions but has limitations. Sometimes check deposits don’t go through and when you transfer funds from one account to another, you can’t add a note to remind yourself what it was for...a biggie if you track your funds

Mobile deposit does not work at all. Tried with 5 different checks (typed as well) over the past few months and none of them will go though.

In the new current version of the app depositing checks DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. After putting in the amount and taking pictures of both sides of the checks (only manually, automatically it never works now), you can not press the "submit" button.
In the previous version of the app the depositing of checks somehow worked, although it didn't go smoothly then either. But now it doesn't work at all. Please fix this and update the app ASAP!

Trying to deposit a check in using this app is the worst experience. As a business owner, I have to deposit maybe 8 to 10 checks at a time, And this app consistently wastes my time by not being able to read the amounts on the checks correctly, or giving a variety of reasons why it can't correctly read my checks and deposit them appropriately. I thought maybe the new upgrades to this app would fix some of these problems, but it seems like it's only made them worse. Not sure who's giving great reviews, but I'm wondering if they work for sovereign Bank.
Also, fix the algorithm for depositing a check. If I'm in one account and try to deposit the check in that specific account, why does it switch accounts when I go to take a picture of the check? This is a major issue that has yet to be addressed! I could give this app zero stars I would

The App is great. Quick balance is awesome. It's fluid and very easy to use. Just one suggestion- since you can swipe left to right on a transaction to send by email or SMS to yourself, the one thing that's missing is swiping right to left to see the time of the transaction. Nowhere in the App does it give you the time of each transaction and sometimes it's imperative to know this information.

The mobile deposit is HORRIBLE. Why would they change something that worked fine before? Now the checks don’t fit into the screen at all and it doesn’t automatically capture the image. Terrible update. Why fix something that ain’t broke?

Apps that don't let me paste my credentials from my password manager and don't integrate its lookup automatically get a 1-star rating. Also no iPhone X support still, many months later.
Update: when I went back and forth with my password manager to copy my complex password, and finally clicked Login, the app immediately crashed. One star is too high.

It’s a decent app. You can’t do all the things on the app that you can on the site. Specifically, I haven’t found a way to add an entity to your “BillPay” list.

I really like the function of the app and I have been using it to deposit checks. The problem is that when you go to deposit a check and it asks what account you want to deposit into, the list comes up showing our accounts and our joint checking account is always checked. When I try to check my other account it switches back to the statement for the account I want to put the check into and won’t let me deposit the check where I want it. Twice I deposited a check and it ended up in the wrong account. Please fix!!!

Why does this app have the WORST check image capture? I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to use. Check is perfectly inside the box, tells me to move closer & automatically takes the image while I’m moving. So dumb.

Doesn't work since update 1/5
It opens to a black screen that's trying to show me hints on how to use it. But things don't line up right. 1st screen I'm able to click"ok got it" 2nd screen it's telling me how to log in and I can see the log in boxes in the background but there's no "ok got it" box so I'm stuck at that screen. Tried rebooting phone etc but nothing

I hate this bank! They’ve stuck it to me big time with their fees. They’ve found a way to skirt around the overdraft laws by changing back and forth from overdraft fees to sweep fee before you can go it to sign the paperwork to prevent overdraft fees. Robbery!!!

Ridiculous that on the iPad the app can only be viewed in landscape mode. Phone app is much better. iPad version is pretty much useless.

This app I like but it could be improved by showing you a balance that would be helpful to see a balance so you can figure out what the pending amount would be after it goes through. Heads up overall view.
