    As the title says. Have the latest update but checks can’t deposit because the “amount stated doesn’t match the check on the photo”. I verified it’s not an issue with handwriting as it does the same with all checks I’ve thrown at it.

    Called for support because I could not get into “manage cards” on the app. (The rest of the app works fine) Did not resolve issue. Went to local branch, they were very helpful, said they’d send me a one-time password to fix it, it never came. Will try to call again today. This is very frustrating.

    I don’t have a banking account with Santander, I only use this because the car lot uses this bank to finance their cars through. I am able to log in online to pay our bill, but we were told we could do it on the app as well. It will not let me sign into our account. It doesn’t recognize my SSN & Bday when I try to enroll on the app either. There’s no way for me to get into the app to pay my bill so every time I have to go through the trouble of going to the website to pay! It shouldn’t be so difficult!!

    When reviewing my list of transactions by day, I REALLY miss not having a total balance at the end of each day’s transactions. They provide that for each transaction on their online site so why don’t they at least provide it for each day in the app?

    En la aplicación no va a poder arreglar ningún problema que tenga con la cuenta, siempre le piden llamar a atención al cliente y lo dejan esperando mucho tiempo y a la final le tiran el teléfono, sin darle soluciones. Actualizar el número de teléfono en la aplicación es una farsa nunca se actualiza así muestre en la aplicación que si. Todo es un problema y un compliqué control este banco.

    I have not been able to access my manage cards option for over a month now. It keeps saying a mensaje in Spanish: “Mensaje no encontrado”. Moreover, I can access the rewards on my credit card neither in the Mobile app or online. It should not take more than a month to fix issues like this. It is extremely inconvenient.

    Santander repeatedly says their IT department is aware of the bugs in their mobile banking app and for 18 months they have promised that they are working on it, but their new update may have made the problem even worse! Checks deposited through the mobile banking app are sometimes rejected for no good reason (this is the “known problem” they’ve been “working on” for 18 months). The new app seems to have made the problem worse in that it prevents customers from redepositing the check which the app rejects as a duplicate even though it was not accepted for deposit! Their workaround is that I have to deposit the check at the bank. So much for convenient mobile banking! In 18 months Santander IT still can’t fix the problem!!! If you’re shopping for a new bank, look elsewhere.

    $20k loan, had vehicle 3 months. I purchased GAP insurance & the accident was not my fault. Insurance covered all. $484 additional charge they came up with months later. Poor customer service trying to have this reasonably resolved.
