I put in a photo to see if ti could fix the blur but it just in blurred the face and the face does not match the way it is supposed to so this app does not do what it advertises.

I took screenshots of the damaged photographs in the ad and ran through the app. The results were terrible and unusable. They were not at all like the first class professional examples in the ad.

It said I’d be getting a one week free trial, but as soon as I installed it it instantly charged me $5.49!! How is that a free trial?! Plus, it constantly errors out after 2 photos, saying what I’m trying to do can’t be completed. I close the app out and restart it and it works again, but only for 2 photos and it errors out again, over and over forever. Not worth getting ripped off!

I have used this app for a few weeks now. It’s pretty decent and quick for a phone app. Once in a while, the server is not available or unable to process. It works 90% of the time. When that happens, I switched to my desktop app by another brand that works 100% without fail.

If you want your photos to look like a cartoon character, then this app if for you.
I did not see any major enhancements on any of the photos I had uploaded. It made my blurred baby Santa photo look like a couple cartoon characters.

I loved this app, specifically for how the cartoonize option always turned out looking beautiful. I bought lifetime because I loved it so much and used it frequently, but now I went to use the cartoonize today and the picture came out looking like a horror version of Pixar characters. It's awful. I know I sound like a Karen, but this version of the cartoonizing is not worth the money, even if it was a one time payment. Please return the original or I would like my money back 😩

This app was wonderful. I paid for the entire year. The last month or so the app is unusable. It keeps asking me to pay (even though I paid for the full year) The app over corrects color now and leaves me photos washed out. I email them and never hear back. I will readjust my rating if issues are fixed and I get a response back from my numerous emails.

The results of this restoration can be amazing, far better than any of the other such programs I’ve tried. Faces look real; they don’t look like they were attacked by a 10 year old with a paint brush. But I keep running into a problem. After I’ve run through five or six photos, I start getting the message: “Your process couldn’t be completed, you can try again in a few minutes.” But once I start getting that message, it seems to take forever to stop getting it. Are we competing for resources with some central server? If it weren’t for that glitch, five stars hands down!
